Just a small thing I wrote.

Ike glanced up at the tree. "There they are. The peaches of immortality." 

Chrom, Marth, Alfonse, and Roy looked up as well. Lucina, Robin, and Corrin began to talk quietly, trying to figure out how to get the peaches down.

"Can we throw something?" Roy asked. "Perhaps we can hit the branch amd they'll fall...."

Marth shook his head. "There's a possibility that we'd hit the peaches instead."

Alfonse tapped his finger against his chin. "Maybe we can get on each other's shoulders and pick them."

"We'd fall down," Robin replied.

Alfonse scowled. "Then how else do we get the peaches."

Corrin, who had been looking at the tree, gasped and pointed up. "Chrom!"

Everybody looked up to see Chrom climbing the tree. They all gasped, and Ike yelled, "Chrom! What the hell are you doing?!"

"Getting the peaches," he responded as he climbed higher.

"Get down from there!" Lucina cried. "You'll get hurt!"

"No I wo-"

SNAP!

The tree Chrom had grabbed snapped, causing him to lose his balance and fall to the Earth.

"CHROM!" Lucina and Robin screeched.

Ike ran forward to catch him, but he was too late. Chrom hit the ground, and time seemed to freeze.

Alfonse carefully approached Chrom. "There is no way he is ali-"

"UGHHHHHH," Chrom groaned. He slowly pushed himself up, much to the group astonishment. "What.... What happened?"

"You were lucky to survive that fall," Roy whispered. "You fell off the equivalent of a mountain."

Corrin paused. "Perhaps you gained immortality... If so, we need to test it out. Anybody got some fire?"

"CORRIN NO!" Marth yelled.

"CORRIN YES!" Corrin smirked.

Ike stepped forward, annoyed. "Cut it out! We are NOT setting anyone on fire. You hear me?"

"Aww," Robin and Corrin pouted.

Ike rubbed his temples. "Bakas."

Also, everyone here is immortal.

This could be for an Eight Immortals of Daoism Fanfiction. The basic plot is how one of the immortals gained immortality. I'm not even kidding. He was the nephew of a Daoist philosopher, and when the tree branch broke, he gained immortality before crashing into the ground.

Shall I write an adaption of this?

I could use the Voltron characters (making Lance Chrom and Keith Corrin) or SSB characters. Or the Nohr siblings and Hoshido siblings. Or Evillious characters.
