Reina: I thought about Hinoka's POV for this, but I changed my mind to do this.

The darkness... I could feel it coursing through my veins and taking over my body. I screamed and attempted to move, but no sound came out. Instead, I was forced to watch something else control my body and grab Corrin by the neck, slamming her into the ground.

No.....

"Corrin!" Ryoma yelled. He lunged at me in an attempt to save Corrin, but it was all in vain as he was hit with my naginata and sent flying backwards. Sakura looked at me in fear as she screamed. It broke my heart to see her sweet face look at me in fear. Like I was a monster.

Takumi looked at me with rage and contempt, as if he had expected me to betray him. He reached into his quiver and notched an arrow in his bow, aiming it at me.

"I'll shoot you down!" He yelled.

"Takumi, don't!" Corrin cried.

I tried to stop my body, but it was futile. My hand raised itself of its own accord and summoned darkness. After a few seconds, it was launched from my hand and sent Takumi away.

Corrin looked at me in fear. I tried to open my mouth, but I could feel my body glaring at her.

Corrin.... It's not me.... I wanted to say. I'm not in control.

The voice in my head laughed manically as it picked up my naginata. I tried to drop it, but it was stuck to my hand as if it had always been a part of me.

Tears flowed from Corrin's face. "K-Kill me if you want...."

No.... I don't want to kill you! I'm not in control here! I want you to live!

"But do it as yourself."

Corrin! I yelled.

Pathetic, the voice replied as it tightened its grip on my weapon.

Corrin's voice dropped. "If it's you.... I'll accept death with joy."

No!

The naginata went down, damning my soul for all eternity.

Or so I thought.

Fate has a way of complicating life, turning thoughts into action and manipulating probability to create historical masterpieces.

In the second my body betrayed me and turned on Corrin...

My vision blacked out and I fell over, dropping the naginata on the floor.

Reina: So much for having Hinoka or Robin barging in to save the day.
