HE SPOKE HIGHLY OF YLISSE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOVELY SPRING AND HE WANTS SPRING TO COME TO NOHR. NO WONDER HE WEARS A BUNNY COSTUME. (That, and perhaps Elise and Leo blackmailed him into wearing it)
