JURASSIC WORLD

Listening to: Asgard- Thor: The Dark World Soundtrack

((Spoiler alert))

"You're not supposed to get that many feels from a dinosaur movie."

That was my first thought as the end credits started rolling and I made my way to the other side of the theatre where my brother and mother were.

Feels, you say? From a Jurassic Park sequel, you say?

Yes. Feels. So much Feels. Yes, that had to be capitalized.

Man. It started in the theater.

There was a Star Wars poster- You know, how they show posters of upcoming movies and stuff?

And you know what was on the poster? The words 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' and 'December' amid the backdrop of stars against the black spy in space. That was it. That. Was. It.

That's torture for Star Wars fans!! A chance to see something, and we get basically nothing.

Then, next to it was the poster for Crimson Peak, which has Tom Hiddleston starring in it.

So, two fangirl attacks and conflicted feels coming from just being in the theater lobby.

Then, the actual movie.

I just- I can't even.

I was so happy when I noticed that they had an animatronic Apatosaurus in one of the scenes.

But, I was sad. Because it was a dying-then deceased- Apatosaur. First, I teared up a little. Okay, a lot. Then, a tear fell out of my eye and I drank from my Root Beer.

That's how it played a lot during the movie. I felt emotions and drank a lot of my Root Beer every time that I did.

Honestly, I don't really cry a lot during movies, especially not in public. I don't usually have a very severe reaction. Then here I am feeling sadness in a bloody public theater over dinosaurs.

The raptors- They made me sad. That's all I have to say. Ily raptors <3

Katie McGrath- MORGANA!! Oh, okay, she's using an English accent. OH MY STARCLAN OMG WOAAAAH (Death scene)

I was also wondering, how does (Aunt) Claire run around in those high heels? Through forest and mud and such, nonetheless? Respect points for that, especially involving the T-Rex part. People who can run in stiletto heels have superpowers.

A/N: Oh. The actress had to actually go through specific training to run in high heels. Wow. Respect.

STARLORD THE RAPTOR TAMERRRR

The ending fight- Holy crap, that was awesome. It reminded me of Godzilla so much ;_: And, when Blue came around the corner- Chills. So much chills. I teared up here a little. THE MOSASAUR. THE REXTER. THE DINOSAURRRRS. Then, the whole Rex VS Rex thing- So cool!! It got me thinking, how big exactly were the I Rex and the T Rex? If the I Rex was, say 50 feet, then how big was the T Rex? They looked about the same. Maybe the I Rex wasn't fully grown yet.

I've seen Sue, she's about 43 feet long. It's smaller than you expect the T Rex will be, but it's still not something that you'd want chasing you down a street at night. So I'm thinking about an I Rex , and that's pretty scary. I mean, camoflauge. Bruh.

Hoskin's death scene- It's ironic- previously in the movie, he had remarked how using Raptors would be beneficial because they couldn't be bought off by the enemy. Just before he's killed by a raptor, he tries to reason with it- 'We're on the same side!!'

It may seem a little strange that I had so much more of a reaction over dinosaurs than, say, a movie about humans (I mean just humans, no dinosaurs) or a very loyal dog (Hatchi), but I've had dinosaurs in my life since I was a small kid. A very small kid.

I recommend, 10/10, much amazing. I would definitely say that it is the strongest of the Jurassic Park sequ
