~With Kyoya~
Kyoya was seen running as fast as he could to the Royal Capital. While he was running, he saw someone flying towards him using Wind Magic. When he got a glimpse of who it was, a sigh of relief escaped his lips.

"Yuno, why are you here?"

"After Asta and I defeated an elf in our village, two more locations were attacked by elves so we decided to split up. After I finished my battle, I was gathering up magic knights to help protect the Royal Capital."

"I see, think you can help me get there quickly?"

Yuno nods his head in understanding as he made a chariot out of wind magic as he lifts Kyoya into the sky with him as they start flying towards the Royal Capital. While this happened, Yuno looked at Kyoya for a moment. He felt intimidated by the amount of mana that Kyoya now posses. One thing was clear, Kyoya has gotten stronger and it will be a big help.

"Let's go Yuno."

"Right! We have to do this."

"LET'S MAKE IT TO THE ROYAL CAPITAL!!!!!!"

~Meanwhile~
Luck and the rest of the Black Bulls, with the exception of Asta, Noelle, Yami, and Kyoya, were all fighting off some elves in front of the Shadow Palace. It's been a tough fight so far, but they haven't landed a decisive blow onto any of the elves.

"Dammit, these bastards really have a lot of mana on their side. At this rate, we're just gonna run out and be sitting targets for them."

Zora knew everyone was reaching their limit. As he jumped back, he dodged a spear made of sand magic that came from Alecdora, who was now an elf. Meanwhile, as Luck kicked an elf away, he sensed some people with powerful mana heading his way.

"It was about time that you came here."

Just as Luck said this, the Black Bulls felt two things. A strong gust of wind that nearly blew them away as it swept up the elves in one spot. Afterwards, they felt a chilling cold as the elves were now frozen in ice. As the Black Bulls looked in the sky, they saw Yuno and Kyoya flying towards them with some magic knights that were scattered around the kingdom.

As the two boys landed, Charmy used her cotton magic to create many sheep cooks to give all the magic knights food. As Yuno and Kyoya started eating, they felt their magic power being restored.

"Thanks, Charmy. What's going on?"

"Well you see, Asta and the captains are fighting the enemies strongest fighters inside of the pitch black castle."

When Yuno and Kyoya looked at where Charmy was pointing, they saw a large black structure shaped like a castle. The two magic knights felt something ominous about it. When Magna looked at them, he decided to fill them in.

"Yep, that's where Asta and the other captains went, along with some guy holding a trident and a red eye. Apparently if the enemy puts the last magic stone in place, the elves reincarnation will be complete and the human souls of the body will be lost forever. If that wasn't bad enough, the only entrance is closed."

Kyoya and Yuno, had a brief look of disappointment. However, that disappointment was short lived as Yuno's magic stone started to shine. As a bright light was being emitted, an entrance to the Shadow Palace was being opened. Seeing this, Yuno and Kyoya nod towards each other.

"Wind Creation Magic:Heavenly Wind Ark."

With his grimoire opened, Yuno manifests a gust of wind and then shape it into an ark-like vessel. As Yuno and Kyoya were flying towards the entrance, they had one single goal. They would fight with every ounce of power they have. As they were entering, they made a promise to themselves.

"No matter what.....we'll protect the kingdom and escape together!!!!!"

~Meanwhile~
Vinea was in a room all by herself in the Shadow Palace. She was still contemplating on what Kyoya said. For some reason, she just can't ignore a single thing he said.

"I know hell."

"That boy...why won't his words leave my head?"

"Kufufu. Even as an elf, you're entranced by Kyoya Fullbuster."

Vinea quickly stepped to the side as she dodged a thrust from a trident. When she looked up, she saw a murder of crows flying towards her.

"Water Creation Magic:Vainel Gown!!!!!"

With her grimoire opened, Vinea was surrounded by a vortex of water. When the vortex calmed down, Vinea takes on the appearance of a water dragon, gaining gills and fins in her body and she created a long blue sword, ornamented with water snakes on both sides as she used the blade to slice apart the crows. When she turned around, she saw one man before her.

"Kufufu.....you elves really are terrifying."

Mukuro was standing before Vinea. The elf remembered when she blasted him through a wall back when she first awakened. As she turned towards him, she only said one thing.

"Die, you disgusting human!!!!!! Water Magic:Vainel Arros!!!!!!"

With her grimoire opened, Vinea creates a big vortex of water and molds it into a spear around her sword as she thrusts the weapon forward to impale Mukuro. Seeing this, the number in Mukuro's right eye went from one to three.

"Third Path:Tiryagyoni!!!"

As Mukuro used the Third Path, he manifested several deformed beasts in front of him. As Vinea thrusts her spear, it pierced through the beasts but it didn't make contact with Mukuro. Seeing this, Mukuro decided to attack while he had the chance.

"I'm not going to kill you, but I can at least deal enough damage to render you immobile!!!!!!!"

As Mukuro said this, a shadow version of himself was launched at Vinea. Seeing this, Vinea knew it was just an illusion. However, as the illusion passed through her, she saw several crows inside of it. As they bit into her flesh, Mukuro overloaded them with mana so they would explode upon contact.

"You're mind is clouded, elf. Whatever Kyoya Fullbuster said to you must have touched a nerve. But deep down you must've accepted that he's right about whatever he said."

"Shut up! Shut up!!! Shut up!!!!! I refuse to believe a single word from you humans. To say that he's seen hell, to say that he plans to save someone.....that arrogance is unlimited!! If he thinks he can be a hero than he's nothing but a-"

"He's not a hero."

Vainel was surprised to hear Mukuro have a serious tone with her. As the young man looked at the elf, he glared at her in annoyance. Just like humans don't know the pain of elves, the same rule could apply to them as well.

"Kyoya Fullbuster is not a hero. I can tell that just like myself, he's witnessed hell. Actually.....he may have faced a hell even worse than mine. Yet despite that, he continues to fight because he doesn't want anyone else to experience that hell. You think he wants to save you out of kindness? Don't make me laugh. His reason is a lot more selfish, a lot more human."

"....then...what exactly is he?"

"Kyoya Fullbuster is not a hero. In fact, he's exactly like you and I. Kyoya Fullbuster is a victim. But unlike you, he refuses to stay a victim or use that status as an excuse. He wants to save people from experiencing hell, because he's tired of seeing hell. You elves think you've got it rough, but the look in Kyoya's eyes told me everything when we first fought. There are some fates even worse than death."

"Don't.....don't you dare lie to me, human!!!!!!!"

As Vinea's rage was growing, so was her magic power as she was gathering large amounts of water. Seeing this, Mukuro knew he had no defense against this. Soon Vinea looked towards the illusionist as she heard his voice.

"You're still in their, Juvia! Do you really want to face Kyoya like this?! Do you want him to see you as anything but Juvia!!!! You have to fight it, the one who is meant to fight by Kyoya's side isn't Vinea!!!! It's you!!!!"

"Stop spouting nonsense, you filthy human!!!!!!!! Water Magic:Vainel Ganezza!!!!!!!!"

With her grimoire open, Vinea gathers a large amount of water enough to flood the entire area both Mukuro and herself were in. When she unleashes it, it takes the form of a giant tsunami. As the water was about to crash down on Mukuro, he merely smiled.

"So this is how it ends.....I guess this was just my limit."

"If that's the case, then just surpass your limit!!!!!! Ice-Make:Ocean!!!!!!!"

A figure was falling from above Vinea and Mukuro. Before the tsunami Vinea made could crash down, the individual slammed both of his hands on top of the large body of water and froze it in a matter of seconds. When he landed in front of Mukuro, he spoke up.

"Sorry i'm late. Mind if I take over this battle for a minute?"

"Kufufu. Go right ahead. Arriving at the last minute when things are at its worst and after I just said you weren't a hero....Kyoya Fullbuster."

"You're right, i'm not a hero. I'm something more realistic and a lot more reliable than a damn hero. I'm a magic knight!!!! A member of the best magic knight squad known as the Black Bulls. This time for sure.....i'll save you, Juvia."

Though he faced some obstacles to arrive, Kyoya finally stands before Vinea once again in order to save Juvia. The unfinished battle between the elf and magic knight is here.
