"Real Illusion?"

As Juvia and Mukuro were running towards Noelle's location, Mukuro decided to tell her about his new spell so they can form a plan. He had to explain it to her so she can fully grasp its limit.

"Kufufu. Yes Juvia, that is the new spell i've received. When Kyoya battled me and I used the fourth path, a flame was over my right eye remember. That was also a gift given to me by a certain witch. It's known as the Mist Flame which has the characteristic of Construction. By using my illusions with the Mist Flame's characteristic, I can create illusions that actually affect the physical world. Something my normal illusions can't do since they attack the mind."

Juvia was in shock from what she heard. That means if he used this Real Illusion and made a dangerous monster it would have mass, it would have all five senses a being would have, the destruction it could create would be real.

"However, it seems I can only make real illusions of myself or people I have a connection with. That's why i'm using this exam as a testing site. To see if I have a connection with someone I hate."

Noelle was in shock to see Kyoya here, but she didn't know it was just a Real Illusion made by Mukuro. Soon the illusion stood next to Juvia and Mukuro as the man who created him laughed.

"I see. No matter how much I deny it or hate him, me and that ice mage have a connection. I guess it makes sense considering our situations. This just makes me want to make a pact with him even more."

As Mukuro held his trident, the real illusion of Kyoya soon made a sword out of ice. Seeing this, Juvia was gathering water magic in her hands as they were facing Noelle and En in an effort to destroy their crystal. As they lunged forward, Mukuro thought to himself.

"This may be a reall illusion of him, but I will say this. Kyoya Fullbuster, you're stronger than the image I have of you fighting at my side. One day I will form a pact and control your body. But for now, i'll let you have center stage."

"Ice-Make Unlimited:One Sided Chaotic Dance!!!!!!!"

With remarkable shaping speed, a vast amount of swords are created, all made of ice in various shapes and sizes. These weapons are connected by a large chain of ice that spirals around Kyoya several times with the blades pointing outwards.

Kyoya then swings one arm forward and one backwards, sending the large chain of weapons towards Yuno freezing the area around him. However, Yuno flew high in the air but started to move around swiftly to dodge the numerous amount of blades that Kyoya created.

"Wind Magic:Crescent Kamaitachi!!!!"

Yuno extends his arms outward and forms a thin crescent-shaped blade of wind, which is sent towards Kyoya as it cut through the blades made of ice that was targeting him. While this happened, Kyoya placed his right fist on top of his left palm.

"You really are amazing Yuno, but while you may have a lot of magic power, I have far more experience than you!"

Kyoya fires a barrage of crescent-shaped ice projectiles, allowing them to counter Yuno's spell with ease. Seeing this, Yuno smiled as he looked at Kyoya. Meanwhile, Bell looked frustrated as she looked at Kyoya.

"I can't believe the guy who called me a mosquito is actually giving us a challenge!"

"Heh. To be honest, I kind of enjoy this battle. So let's do this, Bell. Wind Spirit Magic:Sylph's Breath!!!!!!!"

With his grimoire opened and Bell's assitance, Yuno launches an enormous bullet of concentrated wind streams with the spirit's assistance. Seeing this, Kyoya was shocked by how much power was behind this yet he couldn't help but smile as he puts his hands together as the spell got closer.

"So you're using your spirit magic against me. To think you would go so far just to fight me seriously. Fine then, the real fight starts now! Ice-Make:Gungnir!!!!!!"

Kyoya created a giant lance made of ice that he launched at Yuno's spell. As the two spells made contanct, the spear of ice went through Yuno's spell as he was trapped inside of the attack. Seeing this, Yuno used his wind magic to make a strong enough wind to break himself out of the ice. While Yuno was enjoying the fight, Bell was next to him while she was shivering.

"What is up with this guy?! He keeps countering us with his icicles!!!"

"Bell, it's time. I've been waiting to use this against Asta in the finals, but Kyoya is powerful in his own right. He's worthy!"

Soon Yuno flew down to the ground, a few feet away from Kyoya. When this happened, Bell got in front of him as everyone in the area felt strong amounts of mana coming off from them. While this happened, Bell hugged herself as with a smile on her face.

"Becoming one with my Yuno.....I love it."

"Spirit Assimilation:Spirit Dive."

With his grimoire opened, Yuno assimilated Bell into his body. By doing so, he was able to contain and control the power of his spirit, Sylph, drastically increasing his own magic power.

"Damn Yuno.......you really are full of surprises. I don't even know if I have a spell to counter that. But even so...."

"The part of you that says you aren't worthy or ready is also a limit that you need to surpass. Surpass it, because the most terrifying limit you can have is the one you place on yourself."

"I'll surpass my limit as many times as it takes!!!!! Bring it on, Yuno!!!!!!!!"

Yuno smiled as he aimed his left arm at Kyoya. While this happened, Kyoya puts his hands together as he wasn't ready to give up. Nothing else mattered in this moment, all that matters is that they give it their all.

"Wind Spirit Magic:Spirit Storm!!!!!!!"

After using Spirit Dive, Yuno concentrates a large amount of mana in the palm of his hand and then releases the mana in a dense beam of swirling Wind Magic. As the beam was heading for Kyoya, he smiled as he decided to use everything he had in this one attack.

"Ice-Make:Rose Garden!!!!!!!"

Kyoya releases chunks of ice in the form of roses and thorns towards Yuno's attacks. As Yuno's attacks shatters some of the ice, Kyoya just continued to make more and more.

Suddenly everyone watching this battle felt harsh winds that nearly blew them away. If that wasn't bad enough, they felt a chilling coldness surge through their bodies. As Kyoya and Yuno kept struggling to keep up their attacks they shouted one thing with all their might.

"I WON'T LOSE!!!!!!!!!!"

~With Mukuro~
"Illusion Magic:Corpse Eating Crows!!!!!"

With his grimoire opened, Mukuro conjured a murder of crows that flew towards En and the giant mushroom he created. As the crows got near them and bit into them, they all exploded due to Mukuro overloading them with mana.

"Now!!!!!"

As Mukuro said this, the Real Illusion of Kyoya jumped towards Nolle as she was defending herself in a barrier of water. When his hands touched the barrier, Noelle saw that her spell was now frozen. Seeing this chance, Juvia quickly attacked.

"Water Magic:Water Jigsaw!!!!!"

With her grimoire opened, Juvia creates a face-like entity out of boiling water, using it to fire water beams at the frozen barrier. As the barrier shattered, it revealed Nolle pointing her wand at Juvia.

"You're really strong. You're better at wielding your magic than me, but even so.....I won't give up!!!!! Water Creation Magic:Sea Dragon's Roar!!!!!!"

"I can tell you're serious, but you're not the only one who wants to win!!!! Water Magic:Water Nebula!!!!!!!"

As the two spells clash, Juvia looked towards Mukuro. Seeing this, Mukuro quickly dashed towards the crystal. However, when he got close he saw various mushrooms with arms holding him down by his legs. When he looked around, he saw En standing back up.

"I may not be that strong, but even I can support my teammates. We've worked just as hard to make it here.  That's why no matter what, we won't give up here."

"Kufufu, this match keeps getting more and more interesting. But I guess it's about to be over soon. After all, just look above you."

As En looked up, he was surprised by what he saw. There were still some crows left from Mukuro's previous spell. While they flew down, Mukuro said one thing.

"I hate to admit it, but Kyoya and I have one thing on common. We both hate to lose!!!!!!"

~With Kyoya~
As Kyoya and Yuno's spells clashed, Kyoya can see that his ice spell was shattering at a faster rate. Meanwhile, Yuno could tell that he couldn't keep Spirit Dive active any longer after using this much power.

"Not yet........"

"I'm not done yet!!!!!!!!"

With a large shout, the two mages poured everything they had in their attack. A large explosion occured as gusts of wind were flowing in all directions as shattered ice was falling down. Yuno was breathing heavily as he was no longer using Spirit Dive. When he looked forward, nothing but smoke blurred his vision.

"That took a lot out of me. But that must be the same for hi-"

Before Yuno could finish that sentence, he saw a lone figure running up to him. When the smoke cleared, it revealed Kyoya charging forward as he held two swords made of ice. Seeing this, Yuno just smiled to himself.

"I see, it's my lost."

Yuno could barely move, so he braced himself to get hit by Kyoya's spell. Yet that pain never came. As Yuno looked forward, he saw why. Kyoya fell on the ground just inches away from his attack connecting to him. However, that wasn't the only thing that caught his attention.

A large explosion was heard in the distance. When Yuno turned around, he saw that it came from where his team was. When he looked back at Kyoya, he heard the announcer say one thing.

"Team P's crystal has been destroyed!!! The winners of the final match is Team J!!!!!!"

~Meanwhile~
Mimosa, Magna, and Charmy saw the whole match unfold with Asta as he recovered. When Mimosa looked back at Asta, she saw him facing the wall. With tears silently running down his face, he said one thing.

"Yuno....Kyoya....I haven't given up. I'll catch up to you both! I swear it! I'll do it....and become the Wizard King!!!"

The long battle of the final match has finally come to a close. After a clash of magic and wills, Kyoya's team has emerged victorious in the Royal Knights Selection Exam. Kyoya has finally seized victory and surpassed his limits.
