~Flashback~
Vetto was seen in an opened field as he saw his home on fire. His fellow brethren were all being slaughtered in front of his eyes. As this happened, he saw the humans smiling and laughing as they robbed them of their lives.

"Our bonds.....our hope.....all of it was taken......BY YOU HUMANS!!!!!!!!"

~Flashback ends~
Soon an overwhelming amount of magic was pouring out of Vetto's body as he was floating into the air. He has only one option left.

"If I am to go down, i'm taking you and this whole temple with me!!!!!!"

As he heard this, Kyoya was slowly standing back up. As he looked behind him, he saw that Ultear was still in place. Soon he began to walk next to Asta. He barely has any magic power, but he wasn't quitting now.

"Hey Asta, i'm a bit low on magic power so I may not be of much help."

"That's fine....i'm barely even able to keep on standing. But that doesn't mean we've lost yet!!!!"

~With Yami~
The captain of the Black Bulls punched the wall in frustration. He knew his squad couldn't survive something like that. As this happened, the High Priest saw Yami's grimoire glowing as a lot of magical power was radiating from it.

"I can't take this anymore!!!! I'm not just gonna sit here and watch them die dammit!!!!!!! I'm busting out of here!!!!!"

As Yami unsheathed his katana, his grimoire suddenly turned its own pages as a new spell could be seen being formed on a blank page.

~With Kyoya~
"Think.....it's not just my squad's lives at stake. Kahono, the people outside the temple, even Ultear. They're all in danger. What can I do?!"

As Kyoya was trying to think of what to do, one idea came to mind. He tried to use it against Licht, but he was stopped by Gauche. Should he try it again? Should he risk his live to save them by using Iced Shell? Or should he do nothing.

Soon he didn't have time to act as Vetto's power only continued to grow stronger and stronger. The beast magic user was going to self destruct. They had to do something quickly. Soon Kyoya heard something crash behind him and the Black Bulls. As he turned around, his eyes became wide as he saw him and the High Priest land on the ground.

"What's good bitches. Still breathing?

"Captain Yami!!!!!"

All of the Black Bulls were happy to see their captain. As Yami walks pass all of his members of his squad he gave them a pat on the head. Soon he stood in front of Vetto.

"You all did great work. I can handle this on my own. You already risked your lives fighting him, now it's your captain's turn. Everyone....you all reached and surpassed your limits. Since you all did so much, i'll handle the clean up."

"I mean every word of it. You all really did great. You're all a bunch of idiots. But it's thanks to you all, that I surpassed my own limits!"

As Yami cloaked his sword in dark magic, he looked at Vetto. For every single bone broken, for every drop of blood spilled, he'll make this bastard pay for what he's done.

"Dark Magic:Dark Cloaked Dimension Slash!!!!!"

With a downward slash, Yami released the dark magic from his sword as Vetto was sliced perfectly down the middle along with the large cloud of mana that he produced and everything behind him.

"Thanks for toughing up my squad. See ya, you despair obsessed bastard. Rest in peace."

Soon Yami sheathed his katana as the battle against Vetto is finally over for good. Everyone in the Black Bulls were glad and surprised that Yami manage to end this with one strike. As this happened, the High Priest stood in front of the Black Bulls.

"Captain Yami Sukehiro and the Black Bulls....by beating the Eye of the Midnight Sun you have won the game and saved the Underwater Temple and its people....you all have my eternal gratitude. Now...for your prize."

As the High Priest said this, Nero flew into the area. As it pecks Asta's head, the boy saw the magic stone in Nero's  beak. While this happened, Kyoya walked over to where he left Ultear.

"I'm surprised you're still here. After all, you had every chance to escape."

"That is true. I had every chance to do that, but........"

"After you atoned, after you pay for all the trouble you cause, after you find your freedom.....let's go home, Ultear."

".....I still have something to do. After all, you said after I pay for my crimes, we'll go home together."

Kyoya smiled as he heard this. Meanwhile, Finral merely glared at Kyoya as he saw him talking to a beautiful woman and hearing about how they'll go home together. Soon the High Priest spoke up.

"Now then, let's hurry and get you all treated for your wounds as your magic power recovers."

~Meanwhile~
"Hahahaha. That was amazing!!!! They actually took out Vetto. Plus I was right for sending Ultear. Her fight against Kyoya was really entertaining."

Byakuran was smiling as he saw this all unfold from inside the hideout. Meanwhile Rhya, Fana, Sally, and Valtos were right behind him. Soon the young man stood up as he eats a marshmallow.

"Well then, i'm off."

"Hold it, Byakuran. Don't you care about Vetto's death? Just imagine how Licht will rea-"

"Crying over spilled milk won't solve anything Rhya. If you don't want his death to be in vain then we need to continue our quest for the magic stones. Besides....I think it's time I finally make my own move."

Byakuran soon looked at the group behind him. As they looked at him, they saw that Byakuran had a serious expression on his face.

"It's time I get serious. We've lost Vetto and Ultear, which were precious allies. That's why i'll carry out my own goal. I joined not because of Licht but because of what I want most of all. The Witch of Greed, Echidna. She knows of many things. Forbidden magic, lost magical items, and other things. That's why i'm going to reach for it, her Sanctuary. It's near a village that also occupies a magic stone."

As Byakuran spoke, everyone was shocked by what they saw. For the first time, Byakuran was no longer smiling. When he walks pass them, he had one thought.

"The war between us will begin shortly, Kyoya Fullbuster. I wonder....which of us sinful beings will reach her first. Though.........."

Soon he remembered the attack on the capital that his colleagues did. More specifically, he remembered the girl that Kyoya saved during that time.
As he walks away, he knew he had something else to do.

"While i'm at it....i'll get the other magic stone that I located. I'll make sure she's near the Sanctuary as well. After all, she's also made contact with Echidna."

The battle with Vetto has finally come to an end. However, a new battle is slowly approaching. There will be hell, there will be loss, there will be bloodshed. But most of all, there will be despair.
