"Ice-Make:Ice Cannon!!!"

Having created a large, bazooka-like hand-held cannon, Kyoya fires a cannonball made of ice towards Zancrow. Seeing this, Zancrow caught the attack with both of his hands coated in flames. Seeing this, Kyoya was planning his next attacks carefully.

"Ice-Make:Death Scythe!!!!!"

Kyoya first creates a large scythe made out of ice, and then jumps into the air. When he's high enough, he swings the scythe at Zancrow. The flame mage merely smirked as he gathers flames in both of his hands.

"Flame Magic:Fire God's Scythe!!!!!"

Zancrow molds the flames in his hand into the form of a scythe as he used it against Kyoya's. When their blades crossed, a flames and ice filled the air as both of their scythes broke apart. Soon Zancrow jumped back with a vicious smile on his face.

"Fire God's Explosive Flame!!!!"

Zancrow releases a massive ball of black flames at Kyoya and Wendy from his arm by launching it forward in a punch-like motion. Once his flames reached them, the flames increased in size, creating a giant explosion.

"Heheheh. Hahahahahah!!!! That's right! Weaklings should just burn to ashes!!!! There is no place in the world for scum like yo-"

Zancrow didn't finish his sentence as he didn't hear Wendy or Kyoya screaming. As the flames began to fade away, Zancrow looked closely and was surprised by what he saw. Kyoya and Wendy were just fine as they were standing inside of a construct made of ice.

"Ice-Make:Diamond Castle!"

Wendy was in awe as she saw Kyoya's spell. A whole castle completely made of ice. It was quite breathtaking to look at. However, Zancrow just grew more and more pissed. His flames didn't melt the ice of someone so beneath him. It was nothing but infuriating.

"Would you like to find out?"

"What was that you bastard?"

"My ice or your flames. Would you like to see which is superior? Besides, I froze flames a lot hotter than the ones you wield."

Zancrow couldn't believe what he was hearing. This bastard was looking down on him. As Zancrow grew more irritated, his magic power was rising. Soon he glared at the magic knight in front of him.

"Kyoya Fullbuster.....I'LL MAKE SURE TO BURN EVERY TRACE OF YOUR EXISTENCE!!!!!!! THE EYE OF THE MIDNIGHT SUN WON'T LOSE TO YOU!!!!!"

Kyoya looked at Zancrow as he could tell he was getting serious. When he turned around, he saw Wendy clinging to him. Soon he smiled as he tries to reassure her.

"Don't worry Wendy, I can take care of this. So right now, I need you to trust me."

"Okay, i'll trust you Kyoya. So please don't lose to this guy."

Kyoya nods his head as he looked at Zancrow. He already knew what he had to do, plus his little experiment worked when Zancrow attacked his castle made of ice. Since his flames didn't melt it, that meant one thing.

"I can seal his magic just like I did with Xanxus."

Kyoya was confident in this moment. While Zancrow's flames were powerful, Xanxus' flames gave him more trouble. Kyoya was sure he can defeat Zancrow and protect Wendy. However, he needs to wait for the right time to use the spell. As this happened, Wendy was staring at Kyoya.

"This man just met me, yet he's giving it his all just to help me. I know that on my own that I can't beat this flame magic user but....even so......if Kyoya is willing to go this far just to help a random stranger....then I can't just sit back and do nothing!!!!"

Soon Wendy stood next to Kyoya as her own grimoire was floating next to her. Kyoya was shocked to see Wendy standing next to him and being prepared to fight.

"Are you sure you want to do this? It'll be dangerous and you can get hurt."

"I know that. But if you got hurt because you were fighting to protect me and I did nothing but watch, then I would never forgive myself. I'll support you the best that I can! So....let's take him down together!"

Soon Wendy and Kyoya looked towards Zancrow. When they did, they saw enormous black flames erupting from his body. Soon the flame magic user glared at his prey as he was ready to attack.

"Flame Magic:Fire God's Kagatsuchi!!!!"

Zancrow spread his arms and legs, then he unleashes a giant ball of black flames around himself. As the flames got closer and closer to his opponents, Wendy and Kyoya merely nod at each other.

"Ice-Make:Wall!!!!"

Kyoya used one hand to create a giant wall of ice to shield himself and Wendy from Zancrow's attack. However, Zancrow smiled as he charged forward. When he got close enough to Kyoya and Wendy, his smile grew wider as he had them in his range.

"Flame Magic:Fire God's Supper!!!!!"

Zancrow clasps his hands together to launch a mouth-shaped attack of black flames at Kyoya and Wendy to trap them in spherically-shaped black flames. Zancrow laughed as he knew that he had them in his grasp. As Wendy clung to Kyoya, she saw him smiling as this was the moment he was waiting for.

"Ice Magic:Zero Point Breakthrough!"

As Zancrow was staring at the sphere of flames, he noticed something off. He felt a lot of mana being released from inside the sphere. As he looked closely, his eyes were getting wide as he witnessed what was happening.

"Impossible....he's freezing my flame magic!!!!!"

Zancrow was in a state of shock as he saw his sphere of flames being frozen by Kyoya's spell. Not only that, the flames in his hands were also freezeing. As he tries to coat his hands with more flames to melt it, his eyes were wide with shock. He couldn't muster any mana from his hands to produce fire.

Soon the sphere of ice was shattering. Zancrow tried to smash the ice on his hands by hammering it on his leg. However, doing so caused him great pain. When he looked at the sphere of ice, he saw that it finally shattered apart. As it did, Kyoya was already launching his next attack.

"Ice-Make:Rose Garden!"

Kyoya releases chunks of ice in the form of roses and thorns towards Zancrow. As Zancrow was injured by the thorns made of ice, he noticed that his body was being frozen. Soon he saw Kyoya smiling as he moved out of the way. After doing so, Wendy was ready to deliver the final attack on the frozen Zancrow.

"Wind Magic:Sky Dragon's Roar!!!!!!"

Wendy quickly gathers and releases a large quantity of air from her mouth in the form of a tornado-like blast. As the attack hits Zancrow, the ice that froze him shattered upon contact as the man fell harshly on the ground. As this happened, a boy that was watching the fight was seen on the roof of a building with a smile on his face.

As he was a great distance from them, he applauded them after what he witnessed. That fight was really fun to watch.

"That was really something. To think I would fine people like Zancrow and I in the Clover Kingdom. People who have been in contact with Echidna. Things are getting interesting."

~Meanwhile~
A single woman was seen sitting by herself. As she did, she had one thing on her mind. No, that wasn't right. There was only one person on her mind.

"Kyoya Fullbuster, it looks like your path is slowly opening up. Do you have the resolve to walk down the path filled with danger or will you succumb to future despair? I can't wait to find out. I have a feeling we'll meet real soon."
