A whole week has passed since the mission to the dungeon. Kyoya got out of bed as he puts on his Black Bulls robe. As he walked out of the room, he started thinking.

"The curse really did a number on me during that mission. I can't let something like that happen again."

As Kyoya walked into the main hall of the hideout, he saw that Asta was finally awake. When he saw this, Kyoya knew that he could kiss his peace and quiet goodbye.

"What?! I've been asleep for a whole week!!!!!!"

"Wow, even when you wake up you still have enough energy to scream."

Asta turned around when he heard this voice. He smiled at the ice mage as he was glad that he was okay. Seeing this, a small smile appeared on Kyoya's face.

"Well at least we recovered from our injuries. Got to say, the mission was pretty crazy."

"What's this? Kyoya is actually capable of smiling. I guess hell has officially froze over."

Magna laughed as he said this, but it didn't last long since Kyoya puts a hand on his head and froze it in ice. As this happened, the ice mage just stared at Magna.

"So what if I can? Doesn't change the fact that I can still beat the crap out of you."

Everybody laughed as they saw Kyoya was up to his usual antics. As Kyoya looked at everyone, he had a small smile on his face. For once, he finally let his guard down as he got comfortable around everyone. Soon Yami kicked down the door as he entered the building and his eyes landed on Asta.

"Wow...so you're still alive. Well good job out there, even if you got wrecked again."

"Thank you sir!!!"

"Anyways. Knights Headquarters wants a report on the dungeon immediately. So if you can walk you're going."

After hearing this, Kyoya sighed because of one thing. He HATES giving reports. The only thing he hates more than that is paperwork. But since his captain said him, Asta, and Noelle had to go then he had no choice. As the group of three was walking out, Yami looked at Kyoya as he mumbled something.

"You did a good job brat. Looks like you're starting to find your place here."

~At the Royal Capital~
"Woah, this is awesome!!!! This place is huge!!!!!!!"

Asta screamed in excitement as Noelle and Kyoya were wishing he would stop yelling. As they were making their way to headquarters, they saw the Golden Dawn heading in the same direction. Seeing this, Asta called out to them.

"Well, hello! If it isn't the members of the Golden Dawn."

"It's been a week since we saw you in the dungeon, is your wound all healed up."

"You bet Klaus. After eating and sleeping a lot, i've managed to bounce back."

After hearing this, Yuno and Kyoya both called Asta a child. Soon the boy started yelling at them on how they were all close in age. Asta remembered something as he turns toward Mimosa.

"I really owe you one, Mimosa. Thanks for using your magic to patch me up."

After hearing Asta's voice, Mimosa ran back a bit. As this happened, Noelle followed her and asked what was wrong. Kyoya merely sighed as he only thought of one thing when he saw both of the girls chatting.

"Hormones.....they're truly a pain in the ass. "

Soon the group started to walk to their destination. As they did, Kyoya saw someone walking pass them. He didn't know why, but he felt something odd about the individual. As the individual looked at Kyoya he merely smiled as he walked away.

"Hey, Kyoya! Hurry up, before we leave you behind!"

"Sorry Noelle!"

Soon Kyoya followed the group again. As he did, he noticed that they were getting close to knights headquarters. As the group was about to enter, they saw one man standing before them.

Soon everyone except for Kyoya, Yuno, and Asta took a knee as when they saw him. Soon Kyoya decided to ask the big question that was on his mind.

"So.............who is this guy?"

"You idiot!!!! This is the current Wizard King, Sir Julius Novachrono!!!!"

Kyoya's eyes became wide as he heard this. He never met the Wizard King before, so he wouldn't know what he was like. This man before him is basically his boss. Soon he took a knee as he apologized for his rudeness.

"No its not an issue. In fact, it's kind of refreshing meeting someone who doesn't know me."

As Julius looked at Kyoya, he remembered what Mukuro told him about the boy. But two things entered his mind as he looked at the boy.

"So this is Ur's pupil. But his face......he must be related to him. To Silver Fullbuster."

After hearing the group's report on what happened in the dungoen, Julius smiled as he invited the group to attend the Distinguished Service Ceremony. As they walked through the halls, Kyoya was extremely worried. If his grimoire was seen during this event, it might cause him some problems.

Soon the ceremony began as multiple magic knights were promoted in rank as their captains were attending. As the ranking was done, Julius was still smiling as he finished the formal part of the event.

"By the way, you may have noticed that I brought some special guest. I hope you can mix and mingle with them as well. I'm sorry to leave, but something came up as of late and I need to take care of it. Have an excellent time now."

Soon the Wizard King left as everyone in the room looked at Kyoya and his group. As they were all walking, they entered the dining hall and started eating. Though Kyoya noticed a bunch of people staring at the group.

"Whatever."

Soon Kyoya shrugged as he was eating the food with Asta. While this happened, he heard multiple royals talking down on them. However, only one statement bothered him.

"Come now, Alecdora. There is only one person in here who doesn't belong. Right, Noelle?"

Solid then dumps water on top of Noelle's head. As this happened, another one of Noelle's siblings walked towards her with a smirk on her face.

"You were as good as banished from House Silva. How dare you waltz back into the noble realm as if you belong?"

"Nebra, please stop....."

Noelle was on the verge of tears. Soon she was about run out the room. However, she was met with two surprises. The first one was with Asta grabbing a hold of her arm.

"You don't need to run away from people like them, Noelle."

Soon Asta stood on the table as he glared at the royals in the room. He lets out an angry yell as he looks at them.

"I thought you were all amazing since you were picked by the Wizard King, but you're just like everyone else! Commoner, rat, disgrace, failure. You think I care if I fight in with you people. Just you watch, because I will....."

Asta was soon trapped in a sphere made of sand. Everyone turned around as they saw Alecdora using his sand magic to contain Asta.

"That's enough out of you little rat. We will not be spoken to by the likes of you, be qui-"

The second surprise was finally revealed as Alecdora didn't finish his sentence. Everyone in the room was shocked by what they saw. Kyoya punched Alecodra straight into Solid Silva. When he did, his grimoire was out and everyone saw the spade on the cover. Soon Asta used his new Anti-Magic sword to escape the sand as he jumped next to Kyoya. After hearing every word the royals said, Kyoya knew exactly what he wanted to do.

"Listen up you royals, when you mess with one of my friends you also mess with me. If you want an opponent, he's right in front of you. To anyone who wants to bad mouth my friends or even tries to hurt them, I only have one thing to say. I don't give a damn if you're a royal! If you're as tough as you say you are then try to take me down! SO COME ON YOU DAMN ROYALS!!! YOUR OPPONENT IS RIGHT HERE!!!!!"
