As Kyoya welcomed Ultear inside, both of them sat down as there was an awkward silence. To be honest, Kyoya still couldn't believed what happened a few seconds ago but he just wants this silence to end.

"So Ultear, since you're here you must be part of the small group too."

"Yep, while I was training with him, Julius mentioned that he would make a group to deal with any Etherious or to learn information about the Spade Kingdom. Though I didn't know you'd be apart of it."

"Wait.....YOU WERE TRAINED BY THE WIZARD KING?!"

Kyoya was surprised when he heard that news. Ultear couldn't help but giggle at the boy's reaction. She looked at the ice mage with a smile on her face.

"Hey Kyoya, if we ever get the time....could you take me to my mother's grave?"

"That's right....she never did get to visit Ur after the fight in the Underwater Village."

"Sure, I bet Ur would be happy to see you."

As he said that, both Kyoya and Ultear had a smile on there face. But that smile was short loved when Kyoya felt a sudden chill down his spine. As he slowly turned around, he saw someone standing in front of the door. For some reason, he felt an urge to run away. When Ultear looked at the door, she asked Kyoya one question.

"Kyoya, who is that?"

"Romantic......rival......."

The blue haired woman muttered those words as she glared at Ultear. When the woman looked at Kyoya, the menacing aura seemed to disappear as she ran towards the ice mage.

"Kyoya!!!!!"

"J-Juvia! You're part of the group too?! Geez, it's like I can't escape you."

Juvia smiled as she felt Kyoya put a hand on her head. Though when she looked at Ultear, smug look was on Juvia's face as she looked at the woman. Meanwhile, Kyoya was lost in thought. Since Ultear and Juvia were here, that left one member missing. As Kyoya was thinking to himself, he felt a strange sensation in his chest. As he turned around, he quickly made a sword out of ice and blocked a strike from a trident.

"Kufufu, it seems your instincts have sharpened over these six months, Kyoya Fullbuster."

"Six months later and you're still a piece of shit."

Kyoya quickly swung his sword at Mukuro. As the illusionist jumped back to dodge it, Kyoya dropped the sword into his other hand and slashed at Mukuro again. Seeing this, the number in Mukuro's right eye became the number 4 as a Mist Flame was over it.

"Illusion Magic:Cortina Nebbia."

With his grimoire opened and the Fourth Path active, Mukuro created a barrier out of mist flames that surrounds him and protected him from Kyoya's strike. As Kyoya made his sword of ice disappear, Mukuro dismissed his spell as he looked at Kyoya.

"Kufufu, it seems you're more ferocious now."

"Mukuro....so you're the last member of the group."

"That's right. Now that we're all here, let's discuss what we know after facing the Etherious."

Soon the entire group sat down. As this happened, Kyoya was wondering one thing. Why were Juvia and Ultear sitting next to him? However as he looked at Mukuro, the ice mage chuckled.

"Looks like i'm not the only one who thinks you're repulsive."

"Okay, i'll just address the elephant in the room. Did the Etherious you all fight say anything about capturing Kyoya?"

As Ultear and Kyoya nod their heads, Juvia couldn't say anything since her opponents were artificially made. Soon Mukuro looked at the group with a serious expression.

"As much as we did over this time, there is still one Etherious that has not made contact with us. The strongest Etherious known as E.N.D, there's also the matter of why they want Kyoya."

"As much as I hate to agree with Mukuro, he has a point. It's very likely that when Loropechika contacts us to attack the Spade Kingdom, we may have to fight him. Not to mention, that they may have some strong mages on their side. Right now, we don't have enough info and aren't prepared for a direct assault now. But if we do face E.N.D.......i'll be the one to kill it."

Everyone present in the room could tell that Kyoya was serious. He wanted to be the one who kills E.N.D and he's going to make sure that it happens. He has to in order to keep his promise that he made to his father. After a moment of silence, Kyoya spoke up.

"Anyways, I think we all did well at repelling the enemy. For now, let's rest up and replenish our strength."

As Kyoya said this, everyone nods their heads as they were prepared to leave. As Mukuro left out of the building, he merely decided to go wherever the wind takes him. As for Ultear, she left to tell Julius about her fight against Ezel. The only people left were Kyoya and Juvia.

"Juvia, i'm glad you're doing okay. It puts me at ease knowing just how capable you are considering you came to this meeting without a scratch on you."

"Thank you...but Kyoya, are you okay? Despite being a magic knight, the Spade Kingdom is your home. Do you feel sad about having to fight your home?"

".........Juvia. I may have been born there and had only a few good memories, but I won't call it home. It's more accurate to call it hell. The only time i'll consider it home is when the Dark Triad is gone. That's one of the reasons why i've trained and become a magic knight....to take them out with my own hands."

When Juvia looked at Kyoya, she couldn't help but feel a certain level of intensity from him. It was almost like he was a different person. As Kyoya took a deep breath, he looked at Juvia.

"But...in my eyes, the Clover Kingdom is my home. Plus this kingdom has something I like to be around that the Spade Kingdom doesn't."

"What is it?"

As she asked that question, Kyoya merely smiled as he pats her head. When he was done patting her head, he looked outside at the moon with his smile slowly fading away.

"I'll tell you, one day. Well you should be going. Your captain is probably waiting on you."

"Oh right, well then, i'll see you later."

Having said that, Juvia left the building as she was going back to her squad's headquarters. When he saw that Juvia left, Kyoya looked at his right arm as he made the black markings appear with a look of worry on his face.

~Meanwhile~
Echidna was quietly sitting in a grassy plain as she was sipping her tea. Truth be told, she kept a close eye on Kyoya during his six months of training. Soon she puts down the tea cup as she smiled.

"I'm sure you noticed by now, Kyoya. Everytime you use Devil Slayer Magic, you probably feel like something was slipping from your grasp. Plus there was the way your body reacted when Mard Geer used Memento Mori on you. Two things were slowly being taken from you."

As Echidna said this, she was thinking over what was happening. In fact, she was sure Kyoya realized what was happening. When the demonic portion of his Devil Slayer Magic is at its peak, half of Kyoya's body is covered in black markings along with the eye of the afflicted side changing color. When she first saw it, she knew what was happening.

"Kyoya's body was the same as a devil in that moment. In other words, he became half devil. Hehehe, the Dark Triad has a monster like E.N.D so it makes sense that it would take another monster to kill it. Be careful Kyoya, because the more you abuse that power....the more you lose your sanity and slowly watch as your humanity is taken from you."

~In the Spade Kingdom~
"Hey!!! Big brother Dante!!!!! You gotta let me do something!!!!"

Vanica was sitting in a conference room inside of a large castle. As she looked around, she saw her two brothers. Zenon and Dante Zogratis, along with herself, all made up the Dark Triad. Seeing his sister's reaction, Dante chuckled.

"Aw, that's right. I suppose we should start moving."

"Tell me, why did we wait six months?"

Zenon looked at his brother as he wanted an answer. When Dante heard this question, he stood up as he looked out the window. As he looked at the Spade Kingdom being covered in snow, he answered as he was holding a book and looking at a certain page.

"So that everything that was needed had enough time to prepare and be prepared. It'd be boring if the game was over right away, right? All life is in the palm of our hands. Now.....who should we attack first?"

Dante had a smirk on his face when he asked this question. He soon puts down the book and closed it. When he did, there was only one thing that could be seen on the cover.
