RULES:

1. Please don't give me or others a hard time about not getting the adopt you wanted
2. Follow rules for the specific adopt or else you won't get them
3. Each person can only have up to 3 adopts per chapter

Their are 2 main types in here:
1. OTAs (Offer to adopt (art of one of my characters, best offer wins))
2. NTAs (Name to adopt (just name the adopt you want!))
