3rd P.O.V

Back at the USJ, Y/N was facing off with the murderer of his father. Not only that but Tomura added salt to the wound by turning his Bisento to ash, so we was weaponless. Y/N was practically seething with rage, his teeth gritting so much they could break.

Y/N: You fucking bitch! You....

He couldn't even speak, this man was the main reason for his mothers sadness. Blackbeard saw the tears falling down Y/N's cheek, he grinned wide

Blackbeard: Oh, are you sad? Oh don't be sad. Its like this every day, people die every day it's just life.

Blackbeard said, his smile grew when he saw the son of whitebeard clenching his hands. But then Y/N eyes blackbeard with eyes full of hatred, enough that it could kill if able

Teach: Oh, don't give me that look. Don't be sad because of your poor daddy gone. I'm sure your mother will find a man like him in a few days

But he was then punched in the face and was flung back, Tomura and Kurogiri stayed back to watch. They were hoping that Blackbeard was enough, though Tomura's master did suggest him if something when wrong with his attack on the school.

Back to the fight, Blackbeard got up slowly and caressed his cheek

Blackbeard: Ouch! That really hurts! You could go easy y'know?

Y/N: EASY?! Your the bastard that killed my dad!? Like hell I'll go easy!

Back a few feet away, Aizawa was worried for Y/N. He read the reports on the Murder and this blackbeard person fits the description perfectly.

Aizawa: Y/N! Get back and wait for the rest of the teachers!

But despite his pleas, Y/N ignored him and attacked Blackbeard again. Using this power to fling him towards the forest, Y/N didn't even care. An eye for an eye, he was gonna avenge his father

Blackbeard got up again with little efford, grinning like a madman when he saw the white haired kid.

Blackbeard: Wow, Just like dear old dead dad. Your punches are even more painful then his were, come now. Show me again!

He said taunting him, this angered Y/N even more as he charged at him with his fist glowing white. But then Blackbeard fist was coated in black smoke, when Y/N threw his fist, Blackbeard met his fist but what happened surprised Y/N

Blackbeards Shadow covered fist swirled around Y/N's. The bright white glow diminished and Y/N' eyes widen, he jumped back as Blackbeard was laughing out loud for the whole dorm to hear

Blackbeard: What's wrong? Didn't you try? Or are you just scared~?

He teased which made Y/N even more pissed, he tried again but was met with the same thing.

Y/N: Just die already!!

Y/N tired again but Blackbeard used his Power to absorb it again, But by then Y/N remembered something.

FlashBack Start

Little Y/N and her Mother and Aunt were back home, the same day they buried his father. Aunt Nemuri was with little Y/N in the living room watching some cartoons while M/N was in the kitchen making dinner.

Nemuri could hear the soft sniffles of her sister and the little hiccups from her nephew, wishing she could do something to help them

LittleY/N: A-auntie?

He asked as Nemuri immediately payed attention

AuntNemuri: Yes sweetie?

Little Y/N walked over and Nemuri picked him up and placed him on her lap, and Little Y/N hugged her

LittleY/N: Who killed daddy?

He asked softly as Nemuri didn't know how to respond, but when he's older

Nemuri: I don't know sweetie, but every hero is looking for the bad man. Your uncle All Might said that his Quirk kinda... absorbed his attacks. Making them useless.

LittleY/N: His quirk can make other quirks not work?

He asked and Nemuri nodded, for lack of a better understanding. Little Y/N had a better phrasing for it

AuntNemuri: Don't worry kiddo, your strong like your dad and brave like him too. Your the man of the house now, okay ? You need to be strong now, not just for yourself but for your Mommy too. Do you want her to be sad forever?

She asked as Little Y/N shook his head, she smiled and ruffled his hair playfully. Earning a giggle for the little boy

AuntNemuri: That's it. Make your mommy happy again by being the hero she wants you to be

She said as Little Y/N nodded

LittleY/N: I promise Auntie, I'll be the best hero in the world!

He said and She smiled wide and hugged him tight

AuntNemuri: I know you will

FlashBack End

Y/N remembered is all over again, If this guy was able to absorb his attacks. But what can he do? His weapon was destroyed and his power was practically useless against him. What can he do?!

Blackbeard: Hmm? What's wrong? Are you scared to attack or you know that your practically as useless as the rest of these "Heros"?

He said doing air quotations with his fingers, Y/N gritted his teeth again. What could he do? All he could think of is using his other abilities and not his fathers much to his frustration.

Y/N: Why? Why'd you kill my father?

Blackbeard: Well... the main reason is wanting his 'Quirk'

Y/N: What? Wanting? You can't steal quirks?

But he was wrong when he saw the grin forming again on his face

Blackbeard: That's where your wrong, I can show you how

Blackbeard began running at him, holding his hands open and covering the in darkness. Y/N had to stall for time for the rest of the teachers to get here. So Y/N waited and when blackbeard swung his right hand, he ducked under it and quickly grabbed his hand and flipped him over himself and down into the ground. Y/N got on top of him and began punching him with his fists black with his Armament ability, but after a few hits blackbeard grabbed him by the torso and his darkness began to burn at his flesh, causing him to scream in pain

Blackbeard: Hurts doesn't it? It leaves quite the sting, this darkness absorbs anything, even light!

Blackbeard got up and with Y/N still in his hand, but Y/N quickly got out of his grip and jumped at him. Causing him to fall again

Y/N: This is my chance!

As blackbeard was on the ground again, Y/N gripped his throat and used as much of his power as he can

The resulting attack caused the ground to break and push lots of the villans and Aizawa back. Even Midoriya along with Asui and Mineta Were pushed further back into the water.

Y/N was about to do it again till Blackbeard punched him strait in the face, flinging him back at they both got up slowly.

Y/N was bleeding from his lip and a tear of blood was flowing him down from his head. Blackbeard looked worse for where, he was missing some teeth and was also bleeding.  They both breathed heavily with exhaustion till Blackbeard laughed out loud again, shocking Y/N

Blackbeard: Whoo! Holy crap that hurts! Your waaay stronger that your dad. Jesus christ!

Y/N: H-how? How! I... I could of sworn I killed you!

BlackBeard: Zehahahaha! It'll take more then that to kill me, why I killed you father. Don't you remember? Your just way more dangerous then he was... jesus.

What? Even at point blank, he managed to get up from that?! Is this a real villan All Might talked about?!

Blackbeard: Well, you've shown me your power. So I'll show you mine!

He said as he placed his palm on the floor as black flames began to cover his body

Blackbeard: BLACK HOLE!

The darkness began to spread everywhere, engulfing everything. It spread to Y/N who tried to escape but the darkness wrapped around his legs and he couldn't move!

Blackbeard: Zehahahahaha! Well? Isn't is wonderful! Darkness rules over all!

He began to run at Y/N, he made a desperate attempt to escape but was stuck to the ground. Blackbeard pulled his fist back and punched Y/N straight in the chest, making him cough saliva. As Y/N fell to the ground, Blackbeard walked up and picked him up by the neck with his left hand and pulled him up to his level. He then raised his right hand and made it to a fist and coated it in darkness.

Blackbeard: This Is exactly how I did it with your father. I'll punch you strait in the chest and into your heart and my darkness will absorb your power and give it to me

Author's Note: Its never really explained how Blackbeard has two devil fruits so............. Just go with my version.

Tomura: Good Job blackbeard, you've beat him good. Now finish it

Blackbeard: Alright then, anything for a friend!

He said as he plunged his fist into Y/N's Chest, piercing it and oozing blood. Y/N screamed as His power burned the inside of his body

Blackbeard: Just accept it kid, just close your eyes and go to sleep. Oh, and give your father my regards

Y/N tried to fight it, but he couldn't move. He tired moving his limbs but he was too weak. He fought but slowly closed his eyes as his world became dark as the echos of laughing was all he heard until he took his last breath

Dream/Death State Start

Y/N opened his eyes he looked down at himself, he was fine. He felt okay. He looked around and saw that he was on a boat. He saw other people on a boat, they didn't either him or wasn't able to notice him

Y/N saw that they were pirates, judging by the hats and swords. He saw most of them by a giant pile of gold and chests of gold and rubies

Pirate: This is Amazing!

He said as the group picked up things of fortune, golden crowns, Swords, and pearl necklaces. The captain Looked behind him to a tall man with white hair looking out into the sea

Captain: Hey! Why're you sitting over there? Come on! We have plenty of treasure to share!

Y/N noticed that the man didn't move nor answer. He felt like he knows him. One of the other pirates answered to him

Pirate: Never mind him captain

But the captain disagreed

Captain: Huh? 'Never Mind'? This loot belong to him too, you know...

Pirate: I meant never mind captain, he says he isn't interested in treasure

He said which surprised the captain

Captain: Eh? What kind of pirate doesn't like treasure? What do you want then?

Y/N on Instinct began to walk closer, the man didn't respond.

Captain: Hey! Newgate!

Y/N: N-newgate! F-father?

He was shocked, he looked so young and strong. So full of strength

YoungNewgate: There was something I've always wanted ever since I was a child

He said as the crew perked up

Captain: Oh? You do want something? Well what is it?

Newgate looked at the crew then back at sea, his lips turned into a smile

YoungNewgate: A Family

Y/N's eyes leaked a few tears, even over all the gold and treasure of the whole world... he rejected them. For a family... just like he wanted

Y/N: * Sniff * I love you too dad, so very very much. I'm... I'm sorry. So sorry I was a failure. I... I'm dead aren't I. I died by the same person who killed you... I just wish I could of done more

But the vision all turned to smoke as he was all alone again.

Y/N: A vision? Or was that my fathers past?

He looked around but nothing was there

Y/N: Now what do I do when I'm dead?

???: Dead? It can't be?

Someone said and Y/N immediately turned around and his eyes widen

Y/N: F-father?

He said as his father stood infront of him

Newgate: I'm sorry son, I really am. I Feared the worst when blackbeard didn't get my power. I hoped you growled stronger but not enough time.

Y/N: No father it's fine, my aunt and Aizawa did all they could to train me. I... I just didn't have someone who could teach me

He nodded as he dropped to one knee

Newgate: And your mother? How's she doing

Y/N: * Sigh * She was very depressed when you died, she was like that for a few weeks so my aunt had to stay over. But she's okay now but... she misses you. We miss you soo much, she still blames All Might for your death

Y/N' Father sighed heavily, as he wiped his face, and he saw that he was crying

Y/N: Father? Your crying? Why?

Newgate: Look at me son, I'm dead and I've broken many hearts for my passing. All Might, Midnight, your mother and you. And now your dead too.... what kind of a father am I?

Y/N: The best there is! Father, you've inspired thousands of new kids! There's one kid who mumbles like crazy when he sees All Might, he mumbles about me and you too! There's one kid in my class who threatens the whole class and swears he's gonna be the number 1 hero! Even me! Look at me! I dress just like you! I don't want people to forget you so I'm gonna be the new whitebeard to keep you alive in our hearts!

Y/N yelles at his father as He smiled, he saw his long coat on his shoulders. His white hair from his side of the family.

Newgate: Son, answer me this question. Even with all the bad things that happens, and all the sadness I gave when I passed. Even past all that..... Just answer me one question?

But then Newgate hugged his son, Y/N silently crying from his embrace. And he missed it

Newgate: Was I a Good Father?

Y/N didn't even answer as he hugged his father. They embrace eachother

Y/N: You... You... fuck, Yes! The best! The best father there ever was!

Newgate smiled and hugged him tight, he missed hugging his son. Even from up here, he saw the live his son was living through.

???: Y/N!

They both looked around

???: Ah, All Might. What a pleasure to see you again..... GAHH!!

Y/N Suddenly felt more... alive... he could feel his heart beating.

Y/N: Dad? I think All Might saved me

Newgate smiled wide and nodded

Newgate: Thankfully yes, you'll be all right. Just know that I'll be watching.

Y/N nodded, noticing that he was getting pulled away back into the realm of the living.

Newgate: Oh, and tell that girl the words already. I want to be a grand father!

Y/N: * Chuckles * I will dad! I'll tell her I love her!

Newgate waved as Y/N was starting to wake up

Newgate: I know you will son

Dream/Death State End

Toshinori managed to arrive just in time to rescue Y/N. As he punched Blackbeard and caught Y/N in his arms, he jumped back to inspect the damage. Y/N was bleeding from a bad open wound in his chest, but his wound was leaking black smoke.

AllMight: Shit this is bad! He needs a doctor!

All Might looked behind to see Blackbeard get up and locked in their attention, looking more angry than before

Blackbeard: Ah, always distractions! I was so close to getting his power, I felt it! Just step aside All Might and I might let you live!

All Might didn't move as he stood infront of The wounded son of whitebeard

AllMight: I've done that before and it costed Whitebeards life! I'd be dammed if I let the same thing happened to his son, we've all made a vow Blackbeard and that was to protect his son with our lives!

Blackbeard: Fine then! Like you two said long ago. One Shall Stand!

AllMight: Yes, and One Shall Fall!
