3k Interview With The Characters!
This is the special thing I'm doing for over 3k views! So like thanks.
Very much longer than usual which is why it's two weeks late.
Also from now on I'll be uploading this book on Thursdays.
Also I skimmed this so there are prolly gonna be mitsakes. And for some reason I'm nervous about publishing this. Oh well
K bye.
~<>~
"Rebel." Kat said to her from across the desk. "Isn't this supposed to be a blooper special?"
~~~
"Introducing..." A deep voice said. "The special interview chapter!"
"What is up all my rebels out there!" Rebel said, grinning. "This is Rocknrebel44 here and welcome to my Talkshow!"
The crowd roared in applause. The whole room had black walls and black roof, but a neon rainbow floor that lit up with all different kinds of moving patterns. There were neon lights on the roof that moved and shined everywhere. The seats elevated higher in the back so every crowd member could see. The stage, which the cameras were trained on, also had a neon floor, but a galaxy themed back wall that actually moved. On the stage was a couch on the left, and a desk with a chair on the right. Sitting in the chair was a teenage girl who must've been rocknrebel44. She had (don't worry guys, I censored the description for you). She wore a purple hoodie. She was grinning from ear to ear.
"Don't worry, this is only a one time thing and won't turn into my Demigod Talkshow in which I wrote 3 chapters and left for forever." She assured everyone.
"Yay!" Gisselle said from the audience.
"I'm so happy that I know what you look like!" Yuri called.
Tood agreed. "Same! I feel bad for the real me that won't know for a while!"
"Settle down." Rebel pushed a button on her desk, and a sign popped up above the stage that said: SHUT YO MOUTH. "Now, you may wonder what we're going to do today."
"But the title say—" Jona started.
"We are going to interview the characters!" Rebel interrupted him. "Before this chapter, I asked everyone in my kik chat— which you all should totally join— to tell me which characters to interview, and a few questions to ask them. I had to make up some more questions because they were weenies and didn't give me enough (it's funny because I wrote this part before I asked my chat for questions, so I'm just guessing what they'd do. UPDATE: I was right)."
"Just get on with it!" Someone yelled.
"Alright alright." Rebel waved her hands. "We have a butt ton of questions for a butt ton of characters, but let's begin with two of my favorites... Jona and Skye!"
The whole audience clapped as the quiet miner and enthusiastic fighter stepped onto the stage. Jona didn't smile or anything when he walked over and sat on the couch, but Skye did.
"How are you doing today?" Rebel asked them.
Jona shrugged. "Good."
"I'm doing great." Skye said.
"This is gonna be fun." She smiled. "Alrighty. First question is to Jona from Yuri—"
"THAT'S ME! BOW DOWN!" Yuri stood up in the crowd, but Gisselle yanked him down.
Rebel stared at him. "Ahem. Is it true that you and Skye are gay?"
"WHAT!" Skye shouted.
Jona gave Yuri a weirded-out look. "No. We aren't."
"Okay. Cause like people ship Skona, especially since they think Jona is jealous of Scarlet—"
"Woah woah woah slow down." Skye said. "Skona?"
"Skye and Jona."
"I'm not jealous." Jona said quietly.
"Really? I mean it just seems a litt—"
"Next question!" Jona from the audience called.
"Okay." Rebel stuck her tongue out at him. "Next question for Jona is from Jona: sup?"
Book Jona looked at Real Jona. "Nothing much."
Rebel gasped. "Shocking. Okay let's move on. Skye, this is from Yuri: is it true you killed your father to get that shop?"
Skye snorted. "No. My pop's living in BajanCanadian's army base peacefully. Though I did have to borrow some money from him at first to pay off the taxes and stuff."
"Okay good." Rebel exhaled. "I was scared. Speaking of your shop, Jona asked if you planned on returning to it."
"Of course I am. I just kinda had to close it to go on the quest thing. And the people that I train are just gonna have to suck it up."
Rebel nodded. "Mhm. Mhm. Okay. This last one is from me, weren't you supposed to have anger issues?"
Skye winced. "Yeah, yeah I have anger issues. But like I haven't really gotten a reason to be mad. You all make me happy."
"D'awwww, so sweet. Okay leave."
The two boys stared at her. "What?"
"There's a limit to how long this interview is and you guys are taking up time." Rebel shooed them. "Now go. Beat it."
They both got up awkwardly and left the stage.
"The next two that are going to be interviewed are not a couple, which is good, and are only put together because we aren't going to have any individual interviews. So introducing... Infinity and Mastermind!"
The crowd clapped. They both walked up on the stage, Infinity going first. She grinned and waved with both hands at the crowd, while Mastermind just gave a small smile. They both sat down, but seemed to put as much space between each other as possible. That way, they couldn't be shipped. But because Rebel said something about it, they probably will be shipped now.
"Hello Rebel." Infinity said.
"Yo what up." Rebel lifted her chin.
"Nothing much, you?"
"Same."
"I'm also good." Mastermind raised his hand.
"First question for Infinity!" Rebel got out a notecard. When she saw that people were giving her looks, she shrugged. "What? I can't remember everything."
"I won't judge." Infinity said.
"Good. Okay, first is— I'm pretty sure— from Yuri. The thing is I forgot to put a source on this one, so oh well. Who is this mysterious guy? Word on the street says you're a couple."
Infinity laughed. "I have no idea what you're talking about."
Yuri stood up in the audience. "But we saw—"
"Next question!" She shouted.
They had a short glaredown. Then, Yuri sat down without saying another word.
Rebel raised an eyebrow. "Okay then. Next question is from Jona: How is Gabriel?"
"He's doing good. I'm surprised he can catch up with all of this." She chuckled.
"Me too. Can you ever really imagine this journey without him?"
"Not really." Infinity smiled. "He's just always there to make me smile. I haven't had much time to spend with him now, but he's just a big part of my life now."
Rebel clapped. "Very touching. But we don't have time for touchy feely stuff right now, so next question. It's from me, and I'm asking how you feel about the Rebels?"
She shrugged. "They ight. Glad I'm not the youngest anymore. Now I can make fun of Jazz and them."
"It's nice being older than others." Rebel chuckled. "Thanks for your answers, now we're gonna be asking Mastermind questions."
"It's about time." He shifted.
"Yuri asks you: as a cyborg, did your heart get replaced by a battery or something? Can you even experience love?"
Mastermind thought about it for a second. "I can experience love, yes. I can experience emotions. But I just haven't met that certain someone to experience love for yet."
"I can arrange that." Rebel wiggled her eyebrows.
His eyes widened. "Oh gods please no. As good as your match making is, I don't want all the drama."
"Hehe. We'll see. Yuri also asks can you cook something with your mechanical organs right now or are you just equipped with killing tools and survival kits?"
"Urrrrr." Mastermind furrowed his eyebrows and looked up. "I'm not sure. I never tried. Though it would be handy."
"I can just..." Infinity laughed. "I can just imagine your stomach turning into an open furnace." She stopped when he stared at her. "What?"
Mastermind sighed.
"Alrighty then." Rebel cleared her throat. "Last question is from me. How does it feel when you use the plasma cannon?"
He leaned back. "I dunno. It tingles a little when I transform my arm into it, and my arm feels kinda numb yet warm when I fire. Okay that sounds weird."
"Very." Rebel nodded. "I think I'm gonna have to clean out my ears."
"Sorry." He winced, getting up. "I'll just go."
"K bye!" Rebel waved.
The cyborg waved back awkwardly, and left the room.
"So..." Infinity said after a few seconds.
"We're gonna take a short commercial break while I get more flash cards." Rebel tossed the ones she had in the air. "See you soon!"
~~~
Words appear on the screen accompanied by a voiceover:
Are you weird?
Do you hate yourself every day?
Are you looking to do something better with your life?
If you've answered yes to at least zero of these questions, then you are perfect for the rebels! So like join us or whatever because we cool.
~~~
"And we're back!" A deep male voice rang out in the place. The camera zoomed across the room until it landed on Rebel. She had her legs up on the desk and was on her phone.
After a few seconds, someone in the audience said, "Yo! We're on!"
The hostess glanced up, and saw everyone staring at her. "Wait what? We're rolling?" She looked backstage. "Why didn't anyone tell me?"
"Dude the loud voice should've like given it away." Someone called.
Rebel chuckled and waved her phone. "Oh. Sorry I was just working on the new chapter. Okay so this is just kinda awkward. Imma just announce the next people.
"Our next two people are a popular ship that is currently having some problems. Please welcome to the stage... Gabby!"
"It's not happening!" Abby groaned as she walked across the stage.
"It could!" Gordon said from behind her. He then turned to the crowd and grinned, showering the people with kisses as they applauded.
They both sat down, but Abby scooted farther away.
"Is that what you guys are fighting about?" Rebel asked. "Gabby?"
"No." Abby glared at Gordon. "It's not."
He cleared his throat. "Let's just do the interview."
Rebel frowned. "Okay. I know what I'll be asking about later. So Gordon. Jona asks if you've ever blown up an entire building. Yes? No?"
"I'm glad you asked." Gordon leaned back and crossed his legs. "You see Rebel, I'm a complex man. I like to make my mark on—"
"Just answer the question." She sighed.
"Yes. Yes I have. I will not give out further information until my lawyer is present."
"You don't have one." Abby muttered.
"Which is why I don't give out a lot of information."
"Okay then..." Rebel looked at them both. "Jona also asks what your favorite food is."
"Potatoes." Gordon said instantly.
"That was fast." Abby snorted.
"That's what she sa—" Rebel started, but someone from backstage called out that kids were watching this. She chuckled sheepishly. "Sorry. But like why potatoes?"
"Why not? I myself am a potato." He declared proudly.
"So you're a cannibal." She shook her head. "Despicable. Moving on though. So Abby. Yuri asks you how you feel about the design of the rebel base?"
"I think it's a pretty good structure, but it could do so much better."
"Excuse me?" Yuri yelled from the crowd.
"Like it wouldn't hurt to put some cobblestone staircases in the walls so it looks like they're crumbling, or make your archways more detailed. And different lightning could save a lot of room if you put glowstone in the floor or ceiling, not those hanging lights stuff. And the training room makes me cringe so hard. You could put so much stuff in there."
"Maybe you can ask them to allow you to make some changes." Rebel shrugged.
"That would be nice." Abby smiled.
"Next thing. Jona asks you what the best thing you've ever built was, and how long did it take?"
Her breath hitched. "Well it was the first sniper training center, and it took about 4 days to build, but unfortunately it was blown up." Abby shot a look at Gordon, who was whistling.
"Gee, I wonder who did it." Rebel said sarcastically.
"That's actually the building I was talking about blowing up before. I wanted TNT cannons to blast people across the place but..."
"It went haywire." Abby and Rebel said at the same time.
"Story of your life." The hostess turned back to the builder. "But did you build it all by yourself?"
"I made the layout by myself. But there was a lot of blocks to place for the walls and roof, so I had help with that."
"Obviously. And the final question is from me, a question we've all wondered: why can't you be with Gordon?"
"Yes dear Abby." Gordon smiled creepily at her. "Why can't you be with me?"
She didn't speak for a few seconds, only stared at the floor. Finally, she took a deep breath. "I just don't want to hurt him."
"So it has nothing to do with you hating me." Gordon clarified.
"I don't hate you." She muttered.
A small look of hope dawned on his face. "Which basically means you like me!"
"No." She shook her head. "Doesn't mean that at all."
"But you aren't admitting to not liking me!" He got up.
"Gordon." She growled.
"Yes!!!" He danced. "I have a chance!!"
Abby got up. "Gordon!"
He blinked. "I will now escape."
Gordon ran and jumped off the stage. The crowd caught him with glee and started carrying him around. Eventually he got to the side and the crowd dumped him off. He ran away.
Abby and Rebel looked at each other. Rebel coughed. Abby sighed. The builder got up and left.
"Well that just happened." Rebel said after after about 10 seconds. She straightened the cards on the desk and spoke again. "Okay so we're gonna have to speed through this because it's already past 2200 words. So we're gonna have three people interviewed at the same time— introducing Ash, Jazz, and Damen!"
The 3 guys from the rebels came on the stage simultaneously as everyone clapped. Damen had his signature smirk, Jazz was grinning from ear to ear, and Ash just giving a small smile. They all sat down on the couch, with Jazz in the middle, stuck between both of them.
"Hi guys. What's up?" Rebel asked them.
"Doing good mate."
"Nice place."
"Help me I'm being squished."
"Chair!" Rebel snapped her fingers.
Two guys came on stage, carrying a black comfy looking chair. They set it down, high fived each other and gave an emotionless thumbs up to Rebel, and walked away.
The three guys looked at each other, and all jumped up and ran to the chair. They pushed and shoved each other while everyone just watched silently.
Finally, Damen took Ash's hood and yanked it over his face so he couldn't see. He shoved Ash away, and picked up Jazz by the collar, holding him high. Damen calmly set the young boy on the couch, and sat down on the chair. Jazz looked confused about what just happened. Ash finally managed to pull his hood up, looked at the situation, and sat down grumbling.
Rebel clapped. "Good performance. Can we move on?"
"Yep."
"I suppose."
"This chair is comfy."
"No need to rub it in."
"I agree."
"Jealous?"
"Alrighty!" The hostess shouted, holding up a card. "First question is for Ash from Yuri. If you had to choose between Rein, Elly, and a —" Rebel put down the card and raised an eyebrow at Yuri. "Really."
The old man shrugged.
Rebel sighed. "Well that's inappropriate. Okay so Elly or Rein?"
Ash shifted. "I really can't choose. That's kind of awkward. Plus both of them would kill me."
"Very true." Both of them called from backstage.
"Lame." Rebel coughed, taking out a pen. "But whatever. I'll write down Elly."
"But I—"
"Next question." She clicked the pen. "And this'll be your final question."
"But I only got tw—"
"We are reaching the time limit and I'm only halfway through." She snapped. Then, she sighed again. "Last question is from Tood."
"Dat me." Someone from the audience whispered loudly.
"He asks how it feels to be his character."
Ash shrugged. "It's ight. He didn't give me a lot of detail, but I dunno maybe you'll do something."
"I prolly will." She shrugged. "Okay since you're whiny, I'll give you the other question from Tood."
"Wait I'm not whi—"
"How does it feel to have everyone steal your hoodie?"
Ash crossed his arms in a protective gesture. "Annoying. It's mine. I feel naked without it."
"Alrighty tmi." Rebel shuffled through the cards. "Next person is Jazz."
"Hello Rebel!" He waved.
She waved back awkwardly. "Hi. You get two questions from me. The first one is... why a battle axe?"
"For my weapon?" Jazz asked. After Rebel said yes, he answered, "cause I'm like a little guy and an axe just seems really powerful. It's the irony in the situation, ya know?"
"I completely understand." She nodded. "Are you any good?"
"Am I any good." He chuckled, then turned to Ash. "Am I?"
Ash shrugged. "Yeah. You're good."
Jazz did something like this:
(Lmao idk how to describe it)
"I am accepted!" Jazz exclaimed.
Damen chuckled. "Calm down there shorty. Still got a lot to learn."
"I am not short!"
Damen stood up.
Jazz shrank back. "Okay okay I'm short."
Damen sat back down, smirking.
"You guys." Rebel shook her head. "Alright last question—"
"Wait how come Ash got more questions than me?" Jazz interrupted.
"And how come you let Jazz finish his senten—" Ash started.
Rebel cut him off . "Jazz, because Ash is whiny, and Ash, because you're Ash."
"Fair enough." They both shrugged.
"Okay. Final question for Jazz— what do you think about Jelly?"
"I love jelly." Jazz said. "Especially grape."
"So much head shaking." She groaned. "I mean the ship, Jelly."
"Oh. Wait. Me and Elly? Ew no."
"Mhmmm." Ash said.
Damen added, "That's what they all say."
Jazz looked around. "You're all bad friends!"
The two boys shrugged. There seemed to be a lot of shrugging with the guys.
"'Add, Jelly, to, ship, list.'" Rebel said as she wrote down the reminder. She set her pen down. "Alrighty. Damen!"
"Ello." He tipped his head.
"You're an interesting character. One of my favorites, actually."
"Thanks mate." He grinned.
"No prob. Yuri asks about how you feel about being a fraud?"
"Way to sugarcoat it." He stared at the ceiling. "I don't really feel like a fraud. I mean, the fights are a job, but I'm not regretting making them fake. If they help the greater good, I feel like I'm doing a good thing."
Rebel smiled at the audience. "Ya hear that ladies? All about doing the right thing. He's a good guy. Also single."
Damen chuckled. "Thanks Reb. But I got my sights on someone."
"Oh reAaLly." Rebel raised an eyebrow. "Pretty sure I know who. Since I'm like the author." She cleared her throat. "But okay. So next question. I'm asking you what weapon do you use?"
"My fists."
"I mean like in a fight."
"My fists."
"No like, in a real fight with sharp swords."
"Oh. Well I mean if I can't use my fists, then I'd use my axe."
"A battle axe like Jazz?"
"No. Just a regular axe."
"Oh. Well that's lame." Rebel leaned back and crossed her arms.
"Sorry mate."
She inhaled deeply. "Whatever. I'm sick of you all. Leave."
They stared at each other, then walked up and left.
Rebel rubbed her head. "How much longer is this. I'm dying here."
"You have three more auditions." The guy said from the right of the stage.
"Oka— wait." She frowned. "Auditions?"
"Whoops. Interviews. My bad."
Rebel sighed. "Honestly Phil, this is why you aren't getting paid."
"I know..."
"The next three people are also all from the resistance." Rebel put on a perky face. "Introducing... Scarlet and the sisters!"
As the audience clapped, Elly and Rein strutted across while Scarlet walked.
"We sound like a band." Scarlet muttered. She sat down on the chair while the sisters took their spots on the couch.
"Can we be a band?" Elly said giddily.
Rein nodded. "That would be awesome."
"No." Scarlet shook her head.
The two girls looked at Rebel.
She put her hands up. "I have no say in this. Oh wait." She chuckled. "I do. But not now. Right now I need to ask Rein a few questions."
"Shoot." Rein said.
"From Yuri. Do you think that they'll find out about the thing soon?" Rebel squinted at the card, as if trying to figure out what it meant.
Rein's face suddenly turned stone cold. "Hopefully not."
"The thing?" Elly asked. "What thing?"
Rein said nothing.
"Rebel?"
"I don't even know what the thing is." Rebel shrugged. "I think it's just the old guy being himself. But let's move on."
"But I wanna know what the thing is." She complained.
"Hush child." Yuri called.
Elly grumbled.
"Second and final question for Rein, who's the older sister?"
"I am." Rein said proudly.
"Not by much." Elly muttered. Rein shrugged at her.
"God this chapter is terrible." Rebel set her right elbow on the desk and held her forehead with her hand. "Too many characters, too many questions, not good answers."
"You could always split it in two chapters." Phil suggested from behind the stage.
"Eh. Not gonna go back now. I'm almost done." Rebel straightened up. "Elly! Yuri asks this: word says you have a crush on Jake. Will you try to steal him, or do you respect him and Kat?"
"I..." Elly frowned. "What? I don't have a crush on Jake."
"So you're saying he's terrible." Scarlet deduced.
"I never said that! I ship Kake, okay? And who spread that lie?"
"No one. Yuri just likes to cause drama." Rebel kicked her feet up on the desk. "Alrighty next question: do you guys fight a lot or have this 'telepathy creepy thingamajig'? Yuri asks this, by the way."
"Uhhhhh..." Elly looked at Rein. "We don't really fight. We're just like best friends."
"Very true." Her sister confirmed.
"As for the telepathy, ummmm I'm not sure. But this one time I felt a stomach ache, and found out that she ate a bad piece of chicken and got food poisoning at the same time."
"That could be useful." Rebel gave the not bad Obama face. "But that's good that you two get along. Speaking of people that don't get along..." Rebel turned to Scarlet. "Hi."
"How long is this going to take." Scarlet sighed.
"If you answer my questions, it shouldn't take too long." Rebel grinned. "First question: Yuri asks why this pent up hatred for Kat? Do you like Jake too?"
She scowled. "I don't hate Kat, I just don't like how she flaunts around her Chosen One title."
"Hey! I do not!" Kat called from behind stage.
"And ew no. I don't like Jake. He's too stuck up."
"Hey! I am not!"
"So you'd like a guy that's more fun?" Rebel raised her eyebrows, but still had a bored look in her eyes.
"I'm not really looking for a relationship." Scarlet muttered. "Let's move on."
"Well then you're not gonna like the next question." Rebel chuckled. "I'm asking you who you prefer— Skye or Jona?"
Scarlet stared at her. Then, saying nothing, she got up and left the stage.
"Imma write down Skona." Rebel scribbled something down and put her face in her hands. "This pen doesn't even work!"
As Rebel had a breakdown, Rein elbowed Elly. They both glanced at each other, and got up slowly. They backed up until they were halfway across, and ran off the stage.
Rebel looked up. "Oh look my friends are gone. Okay, um, whoever's next just come up."
"That's you." Phil whispered.
Yuri walked up on the stage. He looked around awkwardly, and sat down slowly in the chair.
Rebel looked up. "Oh you. Wait, we're almost done. Okay so before I ask you any questions, I gotta do something cool. So hang on."
"Hanging on." He simply said.
Rebel got out a controller and pressed a button. The whole room went dark. Someone screeched a girly scream.
"Introducing..."
Neon lights flashed around the room, lighting up the place a little bit. People could at least see each other.
"The guy that pretty much started most of this..."
People whispered randomly.
"What's going on?"
"I don't know."
"Who's the guy?"
"My watermelon!"
The lights turned on suddenly, revealing a new person on the couch.
"Notch!"
The god smiled and waved at the crowd. People clapped and roared in applause.
When the noise died down, Notch spoke to Rebel. "Is this really what you used your budget on?"
She shrugged. "It was either this or a blooper special, and I didn't have enough time for that."
"But this is two weeks late." Yuri pointed out.
"I will fight both of you." Rebel pointed at the two men. She cleared her throat. "Anyways, we're gonna start with Yuri. Yuri says this: rumors say that you only hang out with the kids to make them extraordinary things in return fo—" she stopped. "Really Yuri."
Both of the Yuri smirked at each other.
Rebel sighed. "I hate you both. We're just gonna skip that question. Next question is also from Yuri." She paused. "Let's hope it isn't as inappropriate. Why are you bald with no eyebrows yet you still have your mustache and beard?"
Yuri raised an eyebrow. "Why not?"
"Rekt." Rebel said. "Good job with keeping it short. Final question... Do you know Notch personally?"
He thought about it. "Yes. I believe I met him once, besides this time. But I shall not speak of it."
"Good again." Rebel turned to Notch. "Speaking of Notch. Hi."
"Hello."
"Imma ask you a few questions."
"Okay, go ahead."
"First question is from Yuri: Why did you leave the world for 16 years?"
"Because Kat was born." He said simply.
"Okay, rude!" Kat called.
"You can't go into any more details?" Rebel pressed.
Notch chuckled. "You and I both know I can't do that."
"Oh." She leaned back. "Right. Well, moving on. Next question is also from Yuri: is it true that Kat is your daughter and she is a drunk mistake?"
"She isn't my daughter." Notch shook his head no. "And gods don't get drunk. But of course Herobrine would disagree, saying that I've just been 'too much of a stick in the mud to try', but I don't believe we can."
"Interesting. Well there's a bit of trivia for you nerds."
"Yay!" A nerd said from the audience.
"Final question for this bunch. Notch, I'm asking you what powers do you have?"
He shifted. "Well, I have flight, I can control the weather, shoot balls of water and fire, telepathy, telekinesis, control over dreams, fast paced mining and building, I can create new items—"
"Tell us about that. I heard Herobrine can't do it." Rebel leaned forward again.
"Well, without revealing too much, my brother and I have one power that the other cannot use. Mine is to be able to create new items, with unique crafting recipes and everything. And I cannot share what Herobrine's is."
"Interesting again... and why not?"
Notch shrugged. "The readers need to find out some things by themselves."
"True. Okay, well thanks for making time in your busy schedule to come on. And Yuri, leave."
"Rude." Yuri said, getting up with Notch. They both walked off the stage.
"Our final two are a couple that we all love and ship. In fact, it is the most popular in the book. Please welcome... Kake!"
The crowd roared. Kat and Jake walked on the stage, both smiling and waving. They both sat on the couch.
"How are you all doing tonight?!" Kat shouted.
The crowd cheered.
"Not a real answer but I will take it!"
"We are not a couple." Jake clarified.
"Okay guys we're gonn—" The hostess started.
"Rebel." Kat said to her from across the desk. "Isn't this supposed to be a blooper special?"
Rebel sighed. "Yes, yes it is. But I got lazy. Look, we already discussed this. Let's move on to the questions!"
"Alrighty." Jake and Kat said at the same time.
"Awww..." Rebel put her hand on her heart. "Kake moment. Speaking of Kake, Yuri and Jona both ask your views on it, and how you feel about each other."
They both groaned.
"We're just friends." Jake said.
Kat shook her head. "Ain't gonna happen."
Rebel shrugged with a sheepish smile. "Okay fine. Moving on to individual questions. And so we get honest answers..." Rebel snapped her fingers. Phil jogged on stage with a pair of earmuffs. He put them on Kat, and ran away.
"CAN YOU HEAR US?" Rebel screamed.
"Whaaaat?" Kat asked.
"Perfect." Rebel grinned. "Jake, Yuri asks if you ever thought about making a move or taking a new step in your relationship with Kat?"
Jake hesitated. He glanced at Kat. "I..."
Everyone leaned closer to hear better.
"Whaaaat?" Kat asked.
"I'm not sure. I mean, I just don't know how it would work out."
"So you do like her." Rebel raised an eyebrow.
"Do I?" He gave a sly smile.
"Sigh." Rebel motioned to Kat that she could take off the earmuffs.
Kat took them off slowly. "What did you ask him?"
Rebel ignored her. "Jake, I'm asking you why did you made an army base?"
Jake thought about it. "I guess I wanted to contribute to the war. Plus I wasn't on the best terms with my parents. Infinity just followed me."
"Why weren't you on best terms with your parents?"
"That's for another time." He winked.
"Rood."
Kat just laughed.
"Okay fine. Final question for you. I am also asking how much you know about the prophecy?"
Jake tensed up.
"Yeah Jake." Kat tilted her head.
"I don't know the whole thing." He admitted. "Like most people. But I do know some important stuff that I can't say now. Sorry."
"Apology accepted."
"Apology not accepted." Kat crossed her arms.
"Anywho." Rebel took out a pack of gum. She grabbed a piece and tossed the wrapper on the desk. She tossed it into her mouth and clicked the pen, reading the next card. "Kat. Kat Kat Kat. The main character who gets more than 3 questions."
"Yay?"
"Yuri wonders how you felt when Jake almost kissed you awake that one time you were in a 'coma'?"
"I wasn't going to kiss her!" Jake exasperated.
"He wasn't going to kiss me." Kat clarified. "So I felt nothing. A little awkward when people said he did, but I trust he didn't."
"He really wasn't going to." Rebel admitted, blowing a bubble. "It was just supposed to be a funny thing but people decided to take it seriously."
"Thanks a lot." Jake glared.
Rebel smirked. "So next question. Jona asks if you'll ever finish that book you found in the igloo."
Jake frowned. "What?"
She shrugged. "I dunno. It's just for reads. And Jake, it's a book I found in an igloo."
"Well I know that but—"
"Jona also asks if you think the rebels are doing the right thing."
Kat exhaled. "I mean, I know they mean well but." She bit her lip. "I just think that we shouldn't do anything drastic anymore."
"Anymore? What?" Jake was confused.
"You'll see." Rebel winked. "And I agree sister. But desperate times call for desperate measures. And before you ask what that means, we're moving on. Hand Jake the earmuffs."
Kat gave the earmuffs to Jake. He refused at first, but she shoved them on.
"Do you think Kake could ever be a possibility?" Rebel asked quickly.
Kat hesitated. She glanced at Jake. "I..."
Everyone leaned closer to hear better.
"Whaaaat?" Jake asked.
"I'm not sure. I mean, I just don't know how it would work out."
"So you do like him." Rebel raised an eyebrow.
"Do I?" She gave a sly smile.
Rebel sighed dramatically. "You two are meant for each other. But like remember when you thought he was cute?"
Kat shrugged. "I can think someone is cute without being in love with them."
Rebel thought about it. She looked annoyed. Then, she threw her hands up. "I guess!"
Kat grinned and took the earmuffs off of Jake. She tossed them to Rebel, who caught them. Rebel chucked them offstage, and a loud crash was heard. Everyone on the stage winced.
"Well guys." Rebel clapped her hands once and stood up. "We are finally going to end this chapter/ interview. It's been over 5500 words and 2 weeks of writing and waiting. I can finally feel accomplished and not cry myself to sleep."
"Wait what?" Jake asked. Kat shushed him.
"So thanks for reading, and rock on, my little reb—"
All of a sudden, the wall to the left of the audience blew up. Debris flew everywhere, and everyone ducked. Kat and Jake both got up. A few people screamed.
When the dust cleared, it revealed who was there. The villainous god Herobrine stood there, breathing heavily with a crazy look.
"REBEL!" He bellowed.
The hostess grinned nervously and waved. "Dat me. Hi."
"WHY WON'T YOU INTERVIEW ME?!"
She blinked. "Because you'd destroy the place."
"Oh yeah?! Well..." He looked around. Then, he swallowed. "Well, you got me there. But now I'll destroy it because I'm not going to be on it!"
Rebel shrugged. "Go ahead."
"That's right! Be afr— wait what."
"I'm not gonna use this place anymore. It's not even mine. I just kinda took it. So go ahead and tear it apart. Just do it after everyone left cause like I need readers."
"What if I killed your readers?" The villain grinned.
"Then no one will be there to remember your greatness." She answered.
His smile faded. He blinked. "Oh. Well, uh..."
A few seconds passed. Someone coughed.
"I'll just... go then." He mumbled, then walked out.
A few seconds passed. Someone coughed.
"Well that just happened." Rebel said. She looked back at the audience. "Anyways, back to before. Thank you all for reading, and rock on, my little rebels."
"Bye!" Kat waved.
Jake looked around, still confused. "Bye?"
Sigh that took forever. I literally wrote this every day, it's not that I was being lazy or anything. I'm just not used to writing really long chapters.
So yeah um. The next chapter is prolly gonna be next Thursday.
Sigh now I need to finish the Minecraft elements update.
No question. Sorry bruh.
Rock on, my little rebels.
