"Natsu, I am sorry about your father," Gray says.

    "It is ok, you did not know," Natsu remarks.

    "I am sorry just the same," Gray says as he gives him a high-five.

"Thanks, I appreciate it," Natsu says.

   "So, you have someone special in your life?" Natsu asks.

   "Yes, but it is a bit complicated," Gray replies.

"The thing is there is this girl who writes to me," Gray tells his buddy.

   "Is she pretty?" Natsu asks.

  "The thing is I never met her in person. She just started to send me letters a few months ago," Gray responds.

"I admit it.  I wrote her back a few times," Gray says.

  "Man, that is cool," Natsu says.

"Oh, how so?" Gray asks.

 "It is because you have someone special," Natsu tells him.

   "I wish she would send me a picture," Gray says.

Elsewhere, with Juvia and her friends...

"Why do not you write to Natsu, Lucy?"  Juvia asks.

"Who is this Natsu?"  Lucy asks.

"Natsu is Gray's best friend and he is single," Juvia tells her friend.

"Juvia I told you I am not after a man.  Besides, I do not have time for a relationship," Lucy scoffs.

"Ok, then, do not write to him," Juvia says.

"Does Gray have a brother?" Levy asks.

"I will have to ask him next time I write to him.  I just sent him a letter recently," Juvia explains.

"Juvia, you should send him a photo," Levy says.

"I agree with Levy you should send him a picture of yourself," Lucy tells her.

" All right, I will the next time I correspond with him," Juvia says.

"The prayer time was nice, but I need to go home!  Bye!" Levy remarks. She leaves.

"Good night, Juvia," Lucy heads home.

    "Juvia, my best friend will I see you next week for girl's night?" Lisanna asks.

 "Sure thing, I will be there!" Juvia says.

  "Good night, " Lisanna says, then walks home.

      Juvia stays to clean up the mess from the snacks they had during the meeting. She yawns as she locks up the church building for the night. She walks home and is glad to arrive there safely.

 The weekend arrives fast, and Juvia gets a text from Lisanna...

   Sorry, we have to cancel tonight.

Gray has some alone time. He smiles when he gets to read the most recent letter from Juvia.

  The letter reads as follows:
 

  Dear Gray,

I want you to know my Sunday school class had their weekly girl's  prayer time.

During this time, we each took special time to pray for our troops.  Well, I said a special prayer for you. 

  I hope you do not mind.

I notice you ask for my photo.

I admit the thought of your having a copy of my picture makes me feel a bit awkward. 

However, I promise to send a photo whenever I am ready.

  Until then, I hope you remain safe.

Gray smiles big and even blushes a little.

"Someone is in a good mood," Natsu says.

"Did she send her picture yet?" Natsu asks.

"No, but she will eventually," Gray answers.
