Gray smiles when the mail arrives at his army post again. His best friend Natsu wonders what is with him lately.

     "You know we are in battle here, so why are you still smiling?" Natsu asks.

     "I can not tell you, " Gray says as he tucks the letter inside his pocket.

  Meanwhile, a long way away from the soldiers fight ...

   Juvia is in a prayer meeting. She prays "Please, keep all the soldiers overseas safe, especially my dearest friend, Gray, Amen."

Lucy thinks wow that was lovely, I wonder where she learned to pray like this.

"Juvia, where did you meet Gray?"  Lisanna asks.

"To be honest, I have never met him in person,"  Juvia answers.

"He and I became pen pals a few weeks ago,"  Juvia explains.

"Well, I think it is sweet you pray for him," Levy says.

"Yes, well, it is important to pray for our troops," Juvia replies.

"Juvia with a heart like yours you are bound to win his love in no time," Levy states.

"Levy, is right.  You are one of the kindest people I know,"  Lucy says.

Back with Natsu and Gray...

"I found out yesterday my father died, so sorry if I sound harsh," Natsu says.

"I am so sorry, man!" Gray says.
