Gulls cry out their woes,
Ships hail from another land,
In the ocean of dreams.

Wind caresses the salty seas,
As fish babble about their days,
And a song rises from the scorching sands,
In the ocean of dreams.

The song that carries stories of life and love,
Of far off shores and wandering wayfarers,
It bows and ebbs with the waves,
In the ocean of dreams.

The song of Siren rises its call,
Whispering soft shrieks to the ward of any who will hear,
For those desperate sailors keeping aloft only in gentle streams,
In the ocean of dreams.

This song sings of the ocean,
How it comforts the hurting soul,
And in long lost hope,
Comes a new light
In the ocean of dreams.
