Chapter Twenty Nine

Sky pulled back from The Snow Girl, and gazed down at her beautiful face once more, still holding her arms.

The Snow Girl did not know how to take to this.

"Well, he is a strong, handsome man..." She thought to herself, trying to convince herself to feel happy.

And she did. General Sky's wavy, curly, chocolate hair with his beaming smile did seem enchanting.

Before she could think anything more, he leaned down, and began to smell her hair behind her ears.

"Shouldn't we be getting back?" She tried to break free a bit.

Sky pulled his head back, and let go of her.

"Of course of course." He said in a near pure, which sent shivers down her spine.

They walked back for a few minutes, the sun nearly having disappeared behind the far off mountains.

The Snow Girl herd a poof.

"Endy!" She cried out, making the man beside her jump.

"Please don't call me that." He mumbled from behind her.

Sky, trying to avoid looking into his eyes, pulled out his sword and charged at the creature.

"Don't!" The Snow Girl grabbed him by his arms, holding him back.

"He's friendly."

"Oh really?" He said sarcastically, trying to break free from her.

"Snow, Sir Seto says you are urgently needed back at the base camp."

"For Heaven's sake why?"

"He is making potions to help enderman defeat the squids."

General Sky stopped struggling.

"Squids?"

"Yes." Endy nodded gravely.

"What have they done to you?"

"They have kidnapped our king and queen. To retrieve them safely is our first goal, but after that, we will help you achieve vengeance on this wicked wicked army."

Sky said nothing. His jaw had dropped.

"Come, my Snowy. The sorcerer is in need of you."

"She has not finished her training with me..."

"More things are now at stake then before. I know she is ready." Endy held out his hand to her.

"Come."

She let go of Sky's arms, no longer needing to restrain him, and held the hand of the tall, kind enderman.

She found herself in deep space, with shining blue lights all around her. Far off was a blazing red sun.

"Thanks." She looked up at him and smiled.

"Anytime." He chuckled.

"Oh, by the way. What happened to your eyes, Endy?"

"It's a long story. And please, does it have to be Endy? Couldn't it have been something like Edward or Edmund?"

"What ever you say Endy."

"Sense you're a girl, I'll have to take this out on Wilton."

"Oh please do. I'm still not over the crack he made about me and Joozy sitting in a tree."

Endy looked down, and into her eyes. With an evil grin on his face.

"My pleasure."
