Chapter two; No escape from reality

The breeze caressed her face and tucked stray locks behind her ears as Chaerin waited at the bus stop again. This time, however, no music blasted from her ear-phones. No melody serenaded her thoughts.

Instead, she was looking over at someone, or rather, the thing they're holding. A book made only of hues. Glorious shades of the rainbow Chaerin saw daily, except the ones from the book were created from sound.

She had to admit: it was the most beautiful book she had ever laid eyes on. But of course, it was second-place next to the boy holding it.

The same fellow who asked her what song she was listening to.The stranger caught her gaze.

His plump lips curved into a small smile as he turned the book towards her, "Hey, what color is this book?"

It was a silly question, for the book contained far too many colors melding together to have a definitive answer. And so, Chaerin said the only logical response that made sense to her.

"Bohemian Rhapsody."

The stranger looked at the book with new insight, "I see...Facinating."

The bus arrived, and the beautiful stranger was left alone again.
