Location: The Arena on a very, very, tall crane

Eddy, as it turns out, can climb a ladder. When we reached the crane, I expected Eddy to just guard the ladder so no one could sneak up on us. As we were climbing the ladder, I heard a gunshot and heard a bullet hit a ladder wrung right above my head.

"Sniper!" I yelled.

I started climbing faster with Eddy right behind me. As we reached the top, I found the cab where the operator controls the crane. I hid behind the cab to avoid getting hit. Eddy took cover inside the cab. We heard another gunshot and a bullet hit the cab right next to where my head was. I unslung my rifle from my back and loaded a round. For the skirmishing, I use a modified rifle that only shoots one bullet. The bright side of that is that it is more accurate and can shoot farther, which is a good tradeoff if you ask me. I risked a quick look at where the bullet hole was to calculate where the bullet had come from. I heard another shot and moved quickly to my hiding spot.

"One Mississippi, two Mississippi," I started counting, and right after I said two Mississippi a bullet struck right where my head had been. "Oh crap," I said.

"What is it?" Eddy asked.

"The other sniper can shoot over a mile!" I exclaimed.

"Should we tell Adam?" Eddy asked.

"No, the sniper would want to take us out before he starts shooting the rest of us."

"Why's that?"

"That way, he doesn't get shot by me when he starts shooting Adam and the others," I told him

"I see," Eddy said.

I crouched and moved into my shooting position. I lifted the gun to my shoulder and looked for a glare from a scope. I saw a flash to my left and aimed my gun to it and saw someone inside a building with a gun aimed at me. Then I heard another shot. I ducked behind the cab and the bullet hit a glass panel in the cab. He missed me completely, but was he going for me? I pulled up my gun and left my hiding spot. I pointed my rifle to the sniper. I saw him reloading. I aimed above his head and squeezed the trigger. The gun pushed me pretty hard. I went back into cover before he could retaliate. I grabbed a pair of binoculars to see if I hit my target. As it turned out, I nailed him in the skull. I looked at his lifeless corpse for a minute and thought, "That could've been me". I then called to Eddy that all was clear. We decided that he would guard the ladder and shoot anyone he saw, except our team of course. I walked across the crane to the edge of the jib. I lay down on my belly and looked for the enemy. It wasn't long before I saw someone walking on the first floor of an abandoned skyscraper. I took aim and fired a round at the person. I hit him in the leg, and he collapsed on the floor. Which was when I saw Adam's face.

"Whoops," I said.

I could hear Adam cursing through the com.

"Jason, what did you do?" Taylor asked accusatorily.

"I may or may have not shot our team leader," I answered innocently.

"How on earth did you shoot our team leader?!" Taylor yelled.

"How didn't he shoot him? It was only a matter of time before he finally did it," Jacob said rudely.

Classic Jacob. Of course, what would you expect from him?

"Shut up," I said, "Taylor, are you able to pull out the bullet from Adam's leg?"

"I don't think so," she said.

"Then wrap a bandage around it. It's the best we can do for him."

I heard Taylor gasp and then I heard a couple of gunshots through the com.

"What happened?!" I asked Taylor and Jacob.

"The enemy found us! We need support right now!" Taylor answered.

I heard more gunfire and then swung my gun to where they were. When I peered through my scope, I could see a Military Aged Male, also known as a MAM.

I pulled the trigger, and the MAM fell to the ground dead... I think. There were still two people left, one FAM and one MAM. You could probably guess what FAM stands for. I heard Jacob scream; it was a very girly scream and not a yell. I lost visual on Taylor, Jacob, and Adam when they got attacked.

"Taylor, what's your status?!" I asked desperately through the com.

"Jacob's been shot! I'm the only one left!"
