Nicole's POV

Ok so am I going to follow this map? If I leave without saying anything my parents might think I was running away. They'll be home soon so I can either leave now or I can make something up. Actually what will happen if I fake a school trip? Ok time to put my computer skills to work. If I had computer skills. I run to my room and turn on my laptop. Ok so I just have to fake a field trip slip.

10 minutes later

Ok so this looks believable. When they get home I'll have them sign it and leave to night at midnight. They will wake up in the morning thinking I left early. Fool proof plan.

"Sweet we're home" yelled my mom from the living room. I run to my mom while holding the paper

"Mom your home. So my school is having the educational camp trip and I really want to go cause you know it's educational. And they leave tomorrow early in the morning. You don't have to worry about dropping me off I can walk to school to catch the bus" I said I held my breath hoping this would work

"Sure it is educational after all" said my mom smiling signing the paper

"Thanks mom" I said hugging her

"You better pack if your leave in the morning" said my dad walking out of the kitchen eating a sandwich

"Ok I'll do that" I said running to my room. I looked at the map I have to go to the park and walk through the forest. This is going to be fun walking in the forest in the middle of the night who wouldn't want to do that.

I grab a traveling backpack apparently it's more durable or something like that. I grabbed extra clothes, hairbrush, hygiene stuff, my phone stuff and I grabbed a picture of me and my family. I don't know when I'll see them again so just in case. I feel bad for lying to them but I have a good feeling about this trip. I look down at the galaxy necklace. Welp time to wait it out.

Time skip to Midnight

Ok so it's going to take me a while to walk to the park since it's farther away from where I live. I put a note on the kitchen counter and grab a few snack bars and a flashlight. Time to start walking.
A few minutes later I make it to my school and I climb the fence and run through the school making it to the other side. The park is only 5 blocks away now. It takes me about 30 minutes to make my way to the park careful not to be spot incase I was brought home. When I got to the park I walk into the forest and pull out my flashlight. I think I saw another light somewhere beyond the trees but I might be seeing things. About an hour of walking I find myself in front of a cool house. A moment of hesitation stops me from walking up to the house. I look down at the map and the picture of my family and then I look back towards the forest. Too late to turn back now I've come to far already. Plus it would be hell to walk all the way back home.
I walk up to the house and knock on the door. A women opens the door and looks at me.
"What's your name? And why are you here?" Asked the women
"Um my name is Nicole, Nicole Ventus. And I followed a map to get here" I said showing the women the map
"Alright come on in" said the woman opening the door so I can walk in. I walk in and she closes the door and lead me to a room where this is two others girls.
