Chapter 15
Jack's pov
"Oh, Jaaaack!"
I followed the feminine voice upstairs to my room. Seeing the door was cracked, I opened it and went inside. It felt like my eyeless sockets widened at the sight before me.
There, lying across my bed on her side, was Harmony. She had stripped down to a white, lacy bra and panties. Her gaze softened and she gave me a gentle smile.
"You might want to close the door, Jack."
My gaze never left her as I pushed the door shut behind me. She sat up and gestured for me to come over. I slowly approached her, watching her as she got up and stood in front of me.
She grabbed my arms and pulled me over, sitting me down on the bed. She bent down, tracing her finger around my mask before pushing it up slightly, revealing my mouth.
Her smile never faltered as she sat herself on my lap with her legs on either side of me. She leaned in closer until her lips were just barely touching mine.
"Jack, do you love me?"
I didn't even have to think before answering her. "Yes."
She pushed her lips against mine and snaked her arms around my neck. She tilted her head slightly, deepening the kiss as I wrapped my arms around her waist.
When she pulled back, a smirk spread across her lips. "Good. That makes it all even better."
In an instant, the slits in her cheeks stretched apart, revealing the large sharp teeth within. She made a low hiss and everything faded away.
I woke up in a cold sweat, looking around the dark room. "Just a dream."
I sighed in relief before putting my mask on and getting up out of bed. I left my room and quietly went downstairs. I noticed all three of the girls peacefully sleeping in their bed.
I went straight to the kitchen, pouring a glass of water. Lifting my mask, I quickly gulped down every drop before setting the empty glass back in the sink.
Leaving the kitchen, I heard the door quietly opening. I looked to see the proxies back from their late night kill. When they saw me, I put a finger up to my lips.
They glanced over at the girls and quietly went upstairs. I looked back at Harmony one last time before heading back up to my room.
Harmony's pov
I woke up to hear the slight sounds of the TV. I sat up, rubbing my eyes and looking around. Jeff was sitting in one of the chairs with a bowl of cereal in hand while watching TV.
He looked over at me and said, "Well look who's finally awake. Slender's making pancakes if you want any."
I yawned and stretched my arms. I looked over at Melody and Rhapsody. I shook Melody slightly until her eyes fluttered open. She stretched and smiled.
"Good morning, Harmony."
She then looked over at Jeff. "Oh, good morning to you too, Jeff."
"Yeah, morning."
She seemed to smile and blush a bit at the fact that Jeff acknowledged her. I then looked over at Rhapsody, who was mumbling in her sleep.
"Zzz...no...I didn't do it...zzz."
I rolled my eyes and pushed her off the bed with my foot. She landed on the floor with a thud and immediately jumped up.
"I didn't steal the cupcakes!"
She looked around before grinning. "Oh, it's morning already?"
She got up and stretched. "Hey, Harmony, I had the craziest dream. I was working as a baker and-"
"I don't care."
"Oh, come on! It's really funny! Anyway, I was a baker and my boss was this weird guy with a dog's head-"
I groaned in annoyance and left for the kitchen with Melody and Rhapsody following behind. The whole time, Rhapsody continued explaining her stupid dream.
We walked into the kitchen, causing everyone to glance at us. And Rhapsody was still talking. "And so the girl kept puking rainbows and complaining about my bad baking while my boss kept accusing me of stealing cupcakes when we didn't even have any cupcakes in the first place, but then-"
I slammed my hand on the table, silencing Rhapsody, and grabbed a spoon. I glared at her and said, "You see this spoon? I will shove it down your throat if you don't shut up. Why don't you explain this to someone else because this is how much I care."
I held up my fingers to show a tiny, almost nonexistent amount. She huffed and pouted as I took a seat next to Jack, who looked to be eating a kidney.
After a moment, Rhapsody smiled and took a seat next to Toby. "Hey, Toby. Want to hear about my weird dream?"
He shrugged and continued eating the waffles on his plate. "Sure. It sounds interesting enough."
My eye twitched as Rhapsody started her story all over again. "Ugh, kill me now."
One of Slender's tentacles placed a plate of pancakes in front of me. I began eating, hearing Jack chuckle beside me.
"To be sisters, you two sure argue a lot."
"That's because Rhapsody never knows when to keep her mouth shut."
Once Melody got her plate, she headed back to the living room saying, "I think I'll eat in here and watch TV."
I knew she just wanted to go in there because of Jeff. After breakfast, Slender allowed us to go out and get some more clothes with Jack, Jeff, and Ben escorting us.
Once we got back, Ben asked us, "Hey, could you girls perform for us?"
I looked at him and the others in confusion. "You want us to sing for you? You know it'll hypnotize you, right?"
They all nodded and Masky said, "Well that doesn't mean we don't enjoy it."
Melody quietly replied, "Let's do it. We love singing."
I nodded. "Okay then, but we do need music."
Ben quickly grabbed his laptop. "No problem."
"Any requests?"
Ben clicked around on his laptop before showing me the screen. "Can you sing this one?"
I read the song name and smiled. "Of course. Let us dress up and we'll sing whatever you like."
The three of us got dressed up in crop tops and short shorts. We heard wolf whistles and compliments as we entered the living room. Ben started the music and we began the song.
(Rhapsody)
"It's time for me to take it
I'm the boss right now
Not gonna fake it
Not when you go down
'Cause this is my game
And you better come to play"
Everyone but Slenderman was slumped forward in their seats as we sang.
(Melody)
"I used to hold my freak back
Now I'm letting go
I make my own choice
Yeah, I run this show
So leave the lights on
No, you can't make me behave"
(Harmony)
"So you say I'm complicated
That I must be outta my mind
But you've had me underrated
Rated, rated"
(All)
"What's wrong with being, what's wrong with being
What's wrong with being confident?
What's wrong with being, what's wrong with being
What's wrong with being confident?"
Once we finished the song, everyone clapped and cheered for us. Ben smirked at us and said, "Man, you girls are so sexy when you're singing and moving to the beat."
Jeff whistled. "Do you girls give private performances?"
I rose an eyebrow. "That depends on what you're asking for."
He slowly nodded, as if thinking it over. We hung out with the boys, chatting and singing until night fell. Everyone began heading to bed and so did we.
