Two days went by and Lola purposely avoided eye contact with Severus, Callum was still trying to get her attention but got nowhere. All she could think about was Severus, she was trying so hard to push her feelings for him away but deep inside they were alive and thriving.

Severus could see how she was ignoring him, and he knew it was his fault. He couldn't apologise though because Callum was always going to be another James to him. The boy brought back too many painful memories.
He loved Lola, he knew it but never told her... Even when she told him she loved him.

He just wanted to kiss her again, she gave him more than just a first kiss... She gave him happiness. She actually gave him his life back, one he thought he had lost many years ago.

He followed her as she left the hall, no doubt on her way to sing her stress away. But who was she going to sing about? Was it going to be a song about being abandoned by that twat waffle? Severus had no idea.

Either way he had to go and listen to her......
He heard her voice singing out into the night sky beside the castle, she was hunched against the same wall as she was when he first heard her angelic voice.
