3. You can run...

"2d, your voice is the most beautiful thing I ever heard!" Murdoc exclaimed. 2d looked at him like he was crazy. He was still trembling, not sure if this was some kind of prank that was going to end with Murdoc beating him up. "I want you to be the singer in my band!" The bluenette tried to carefully move as far away as he could while Murdoc held him by the shoulders. He looked into the bassists eyes, they were a bit wider than usual, but he wasn't angry... he seemed kind of... excited?

"...what are you saying...?" 2d carefully asked. He couldn't fully comprehend the situation.

"I heard you sing from the hallway. You're amazing! Why did you never tell me that you can sing like that? You knew I was looking for a singer." It looked like Murdoc wasn't planning to hurt him.

"U-Umm.." This is bad! 2d thought. Very bad! If I join his band I'll never get rid of him! I don't want him to bully me for the rest of high school! I want to have a life! Have friends! "C-Could you p-please let go of me?" The bluenette wearily asked.

"Sure." Murdoc replied casually, letting him go. 2d immediately took a few steps back and raised his arms as a sort of defence. He took a few deep breaths, thinking. I can't believe it worked! He actually let go of me when I asked! He took a few more steps back so that he was next to the desk he was sitting at. "So?" Murdoc asked. "Are you gonna join my band?" His voice was confident. The bluenette never dared to say 'no' to him before, so he thought he knew the answer. 2d slowly picked his bag up and shook his head, not once breaking eye contact. He put the bag over his shoulders.

"No."

"No?" Murdoc was surprised, but before he could ask any more questions the bluenette made a run for it. He run behind the teacher's desk, making sure it was between them, and then dashed for the door. Murdoc quickly followed and grabbed him by the hand just as he pulled the door open. "What do you mean 'no'?!" 2d looked at him, his eyes wide with fear. He begun struggling, doing his best to set his hand free. He was already in the doorway, if only he could free his hand he could make it out alive!

"No!" The bluenette yelled, panicking. "I don't want to join your band!" Murdoc was in shock. In this one moment 2d managed to slip his hand out of Murdoc's grip and stumbled back, nearly falling over. He regained his balance just as the bassist started heading towards him. The bluenette gasped and started running for his life.

"Come back here!" Murdoc yelled as he run after him.

"Never! Leave me alone!!" 2d sounded desperate. Murdoc stopped and sighed, this was a lost cause.

"...fuck." He mumbled. I'll get him to join my band if it's the last thing I'll ever do!

The next day was Wednesday, and Murdoc was determined to persuade 2d to join his band. The only problem was... he couldn't find him. Murdoc roughly memorised 2d's lessons, so he knew where the bluenette was heading. He waited for him by the door at the the beginning of each lesson, but he never showed up, and by the time he would arrive after lesson 2d would be already gone. Is he even in school?

After lessons finished Murdoc walked to the music room, not in a good mood. He saw Paula standing by the door. He raised an eyebrow and walked up to her.

"Hey-" he started, but was interrupted.

"Don't give me none of that crap." She replied sassily. "What did you do to 2d?" She questioned.

"What? I didn't do anything!" Murdoc defended himself.

"Yeah right. Because of you he's been acting super weird all day today."

"So he was at school??" Murdoc questioned.

"Yeah, clearly." She said it as if it was obvious. "Anyway, he kept looking behind him as if something was following him and was extra fidgety. It was annoying." She complained. The bassist didn't like her use of words. How could she find her own boyfriend annoying?

"Where is he now??" Murdoc asked.

"How am I supposed to know?" She rolled her eyes.

"You're his girlfriend!"

"And?" Murdoc sighed in frustration.

"Useless." He commented.

"Whatever." She started walking away.

"Where are you going?" Murdoc growled.

"You thought I was going to stay for your so called 'band practice'?" She laughed. "2d's not here so there's no reason for me to stay."

"Useless." Murdoc repeated himself. He rested his head on the door. What if I go visit him at home and make him agree? No, there's no way he would ever let me in... he sighed and walked away. I'll try again tomorrow.

Finding 2d was really easier said than done. Murdoc walked through the hallways of the school pissed, scaring off anyone within a two meter radius. Everyone who saw him thought the same thing: poor 2d... he has to deal with this... Murdoc knew that there was only one way to find the dullard. He sighed, he only resorted to talking to her when there was absolutely no other way. She was dangerous to talk to. One wrong word and it's game over.

---

It was lunch. The bassist walked into the extremely busy cafeteria. Everyone around him moved away and went silent. He stomped to the very middle table and banged his hand on the table, catching the attention of the girl who was sitting there, chatting away. She looked up at him. She was rather tall with two childish blonde ponytails. She wore glasses that seemed to shine every time she adjusted them, like in anime.

"What is it Murdoc?" She asked calmly. She was afraid of him, everyone was, but she needed to remain calm to keep up her reputation.

"I need information." He stated.

"Then you've come to the right place." She smiled. "I, the almighty Gossip Girl, know everything about everyone, and everything I say is always one hundred percent true. So, what is it that you want to know?" She rested her chin in the palm of her hand.

"Where is 2d?"

Gossip Girl is an original character that's supposed to be a representation of me. She sees and knows everything, no one knows her true name, and she barely ever interacts with the characters while still having an impact on their lives.

...

I have this stupid idea, how about every time you want to find out something about the story or clear up a misunderstanding you ask her in the comments. Kinda like "ask the character" or "Q&A".

...this sounded better in my head.
