The next day 2d's mood was better, but he was still feeling down. When they got to school that morning they realised that people were looking at them in a weird way, at least weirder than usual. People still weren't used to the fact that they were friends, and no one understood why they were friends. But now... it felt like they knew something more...

By lunch Murdoc found out that there was a rumour going around school that he fucked Paula in the bathroom and that's why 2d broke up with her. People couldn't understand why 2d decided to still be friends with him and that's why they were whispering.

Outraged, Murdoc found gossip girl and requested that the rumour was to disappear, but since she didn't spread it- she couldn't stop it.

2d and Murdoc decided to just ignore it. It was the last day of school anyway, and now it was time for the week long Halloween break!

Starting from Saturday, Murdoc spent every day with 2d, teaching him to drive. His driving exam was going to be the day before Halloween. It took some time and patience, but I'm proud to say that 2d did manage to pass it. As a way to celebrate, he invited Murdoc over for Halloween to help him give out sweets to kids and watch some horror movies.

The sound of the doorbell ringing made 2d jump up from the couch. He run up to the front door, on the way picking up the bowl with sweets, and swung it open grinning.

"Trick or treat~" Murdoc joked.

"Hi Murdoc!" 2d examined his costume as he let him in. Murdoc was wearing torn clothes with fake blood, his skin was a slightly greener shade and his face was made into a mess. He was clearly a zombie.

"How's it going?" Murdoc asked as he walked into the living room. 2d followed, putting away the bowl of candy.

"Good, there's plenty of kids and it's nice to see how much fun they're having!" The bluenette was wearing a striped shirt with ripped edges, equally ripped trousers and an eyepatch. He was a pirate.

They went to sit at the couch and started watching whatever scary movie was on tv. They would take turns to stand up and give sweets to the kids. Murdoc and 2d were both in good moods, it was nice to just hang out.

At some point in the night there were less and less kids. Murdoc looked over at 2d. I still can't believe I have him all to myself ~ he thought to himself. Not to mention that he picked me over Paula! Incredible! I guess that whole 'dating' thing contributed to my success 'coz he realised I'm so much better. Murdoc smirked lightly. He's single now... does that mean he'll be up for some fun here and there? He's getting over the break up pretty well... we've done some things together before so he probably wouldn't mind if... he sighed. I still can't shake off the feeling of how cute he is... and I really want to do all those things with him again, if not more... he's better than any random girl or dude. Nice and caring, good kisser too. No. These feelings mean nothing. I'm just curious... and hungry for more... dating him was so fun and easy, I just can't get over it.

"I'll be back in a sec." 2d suddenly stood up, ripping Murdoc from his train of thoughts. The bluenette realised that there were barely any kids still out so it was time to turn off the lights, signifying that there was going to be no more sweets. He picked up the bowl with the remaining candy and sat back down next to Murdoc. He smiled and turned to him as he placed it down on the coffee table. "You hungry?" 2d asked, clearly talking about the sweets he just brought.

"I thought you'd never ask..." There was an evil smirk on Murdoc's face. But instead of leaning in to take a piece of candy, Murdoc startled 2d by grabbing his shoulders and pushing him down onto the sofa. 2d's eyes widened, he way laying on his back and Murdoc was above him. A second later their stomachs were on top of each other, and Murdoc bit into 2d's neck, the opposite side to the previous hickey.

"Ah!" 2d gasped. "M-Murdoc, what are you doing??" He slightly panicked, not knowing what to do. The bassist licked down the length of his neck, making him shiver.

"You asked if I was hungry.." Murdoc smirked.

"I was talking about the sweets!" 2d lightly burst out, not making a move to get the bassist off of himself.

"But zombies don't eat sweets, do they?" Murdoc's voice was sinister.

"Uhh... no..." 2d stated in defeat.

"Exactly. What do zombies eat?" Murdoc wedged himself in between 2d's legs, getting comfortable.

"Humans..." 2d spoke quietly, maybe blushing a little.

"And you are..?"

"...a human." 2d reluctantly replied.

"And that means-"

"Yeah, yeah!" 2d suddenly interrupted him. He sounded more serious. "It means that technically you have the right to eat me." It sounded so tempting when coming from 2d's voice, Murdoc didn't want to wait any longer. "But Murdoc, only one." 2d duly stated, his voice slightly commanding.

"Huh?"

"Only one hickey." The bluenette ordered, surprising Murdoc. He didn't expect 2d to want any hickey at all. "If my mom sees any more she'll kill me." Murdoc smirked again.

"As you wish~" He bit into 2d's neck again, this time achieving a small, barely audible moan. He continued what he was doing and he did it well. 2d tried to concentrate on the movie but couldn't, it felt too good. He placed his hands around Murdoc's waist, holding onto him. This was a great finish to a great night. To a great week.

By the time 2d's mother got home Murdoc was already gone. She entered the house and greeted her son, who was making his way upstairs, claiming he was too tired to watch any more movies.

"Oh, so you had someone over?" 2d's mother lightly smirked.

"Huh?" 2d was slightly confused.

"A new hickey surrounded by smudges of green face paint..." 2d's eyes widened as he blushed. "Was she hot?" His mother wriggled her eyebrows.

"Uhhh..." 2d hesitated, honestly unsure of the answer. "That's hard to answer..."

"Do you like her??" His mother was very inquisitive.

"W-We're just friends..." The bluenette avoided eye contact.

"Is it the same girl from the other hickey??"

"K-Kinda..." it's the same guy... he thought.

"Come on, then there must be something between you two~" His mothers smirk was devilish, yet she seemed proud.

"Uh, I mean, we went out for a day... Paula dared us to, she complained that I was a bad boyfriend..."

"And how did it go??"

"Fun, I guess... Better than with Paula at least..." 2d said the last part quieter, a tad bit embarrassed.

"Then why don't you two date?? You're single now, for crying out loud!" His mother was excited.

"As I said," 2d calmed her down. "We're just friends, I don't want to rush into things with him-HER." He quickly corrected himself and laughed nervously. "Hehe, my tongue slipped..."

"I know you stammer Stu, no need to be embarrassed." His mother didn't seem to catch on. 2d sighed.

"O-Ok... then Imma go to sleep now, ok?" His mother smiled at him.

"Sweet dreams honey~"
