Paula cockily walked down the school corridor towards the music room, a smug look plastered on her face as she imagined what she was going to see inside.

She expected Murdoc and 2d to not be talking to each other because of a fight that was caused by their contrasting personalities. She expected Murdoc to be sitting pissed at the teacher's desk and a beaten up 2d to be as far away from him as possible. She expected them to hate each other, and maybe even give up on this stupid band idea. There's no way they're still friends after this, it would be too awkward. She sniggered to herself.

What she did not expect to see when entering the classroom was 2d sitting on top of Murdoc, their faces inches apart...

[5 minutes earlier]

Murdoc sat at the teacher's desk, his elbows leaning on the hard wood and his face in his palms. He sat in a chair that had no arm rests and allowed his knees to bend at a 90 degree angle.

Would that be going too far? He questioned himself. We've sat close to each other before, but would he allow me to place him this close?? We're dating so it should be fine... His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of opening doors. He looked up to see a smiling 2d enter the room.

"Hey boyfriend ~" The bluenette joked as he closed the door behind him. Murdoc leaned back in his seat, trying to look calm.

"Hey babe, come here." 2d's smile widened at the term of endearment and he cheerfully walked up to the teacher's desk.

"What is it?" He took his bag off, knowing that he'll stay there for a while.

"I want you to sit here for today." Murdoc pat his lap. 2d looked down at it with a static face expression and then back up at him.

"Let me get this straight, you want me to sit on your lap?"

"Yeah." Murdoc kept his cool. This is the moment of truth... he thought.

"Like at lunch?" 2d seemed oddly calm.

"No, like this." Murdoc couldn't help himself any longer and grabbed 2d by the waist. 2d gasped. He pulled the bluenette on to his lap so that they were facing each other. He wrapped his hands around the smaller boys body, holding him tight. 2d blushed, slightly wide eyed, and held onto Murdoc's shoulders. "Is this ok with you?"

"Y-Yeah..." 2d managed to choke out. Murdoc chuckled at his reaction.

"You're cute when you blush~" 2d's face further reddened and he avoided eye contact. He started to lightly tremble. "Are you scared?"

"N-No... I just, don't know what to do..."

"Just relax and act normal." 2d looked back at Murdoc with a raised eyebrow.

"Normal? I've never sat on someone's lap before, how is this normal?" Murdoc smirked up at him and 2d couldn't help but let out a little smile too. He sighed and calmed down a bit.

"So was it fun?" Murdoc suddenly asked.

"Huh?" 2d momentarily zoned out. "What was?"

"Uh, dating me?" Murdoc couldn't believe that he was asking this, but what was even more unbelievable was that he actually cared about the answer.

"Y-Yeah." 2d smiled. "I didn't know that you were so cuddly." He giggled. Murdoc smirked and allowed one of his hands to travel up 2d's body. He suddenly quickly pressed their bodies together, 2d lightly gasped.

"Well I couldn't help myself." He chuckled. The bluenette smiled into his neck. "Hey, that tickles!" 2d giggled at Murdoc's reaction and then sat up again. They made eye contact and 2d's heart begun to beat faster. "Well, you're in an awfully good mood, aren't you?"

"Yup~" 2d smiled.

Today was fun. He thought. It was nice to have a boyfriend, definitely less drama. We talked and cuddled~ but... there's one thing we haven't done yet... He bit his lip and then looked down at Murdoc's lips. Me and Paula don't really... He's been so nice to me today... I'm sure he wouldn't mind if I... He decided to give in to his temptation and slowly lean down...

The opening of the music room doors startled both of them. 2d quickly backed away from Murdoc's lips and looked over at the door. Murdoc turned around and glared at Paula for ruining their moment.

"Wow. You two are still going? I thought you would have given up by now." She walked in, not too satisfied.

"I don't know why you'd think that." Murdoc addresses her. "Dating 2d was a pleasure." The bluenette in question blushed, he wasn't used to getting compliments.

"Oh yeah?" Paula asked sarcastically. She stood in a place where both of them could see her. "Probably because 2d always obeys whatever you tell him to do."

"That's not true." Murdoc got defensive. "He was the one who cuddled into me first." He rubbed 2d's back. Paula glared at them.

"2d, are you going to allow him to do that?" She snarled.

"Y-Yeah." The bluenette wearily replied. "Why wouldn't I? We're dating."

"The fact that you're dating doesn't matter! It's still Murdoc that you're sitting on top of! You know, the guy who run you over and bullied you??" Paula was seriously trying to turn them against each other. Fuck. She thought. I thought this wouldn't work out because of how different their personalities are! But now it turns out that 2d's submissiveness perfectly works with Murdoc's need for power!

"I don't know what you mean." 2d's voice suggested that he wasn't pleased with her. "Murdoc's been a great boyfriend! He was nice and calm, and even praised for how well I'm getting over my ptsd."

"Ptsd? Since when do you have ptsd?" She mocked him.

"Since I crashed my car into his face. Twice." Murdoc duly stated. Paula had no reply to that.

"But still! What kind of relationship is this if you're just making him do things??" She crosses her arms.

"I'm not making him do anything." Murdoc rolled his eyes. "He has a free will y'know?" An idea crossed his head and made him smirk. It was risky, but he was convinced that it would work. "Watch this." He turned back to 2d and adjusted his hands on his waist. 2d looked at him and they made eye contact. Murdoc just smirked, he didn't even have to say anything for the bluenette to understand him. Their eyes spoke a language no other could understand.

This time 2d didn't hesitate to grab the sides of Murdoc's face and lean down to let their lips meet. The kiss was chaste, but left both of their hearts going crazy. It was gentle and sweet, full of emotion. After pulling away they stared into each others eyes, there was an unfamiliar feeling in both their chest; it felt like someone was grasping their hearts and pulling them together. It felt good. Paula gasped.

"For fucks sake 2d!" The bluenette flinched and they both looked over at Paula, who once again managed to ruin the moment. "Who are you dating?! Me? Or him?!" This was a trick question that 2d wasn't willing to answer.

"Right now? He's mine." Murdoc stated in a stern voice. He stopped petting the bluenette and was now tightly holding onto him. Paula growled.

"That's it!" She yelled out, full of anger. "I'm leaving!"

Fun fact: this whole "dating day" was supposed to be only one chapter long... I guess I failed...
