Yui's POV:
"YOU DID WHAT NOW?!"

Roy shouted as he scolds at Aaron for his recklessness when he and I told him about the triplets and the high speed chase.

"Yes we're telling the truth, the triplets came here to take Yui and they chased after us."

Aaron assured him as Roy pushed his glasses up with a pissed off look.

"The triplets is another thing, but high speed chasing?! What the hell were you thinking Aaron?!"

He scolds at him, but I stood between them and defend Aaron.

"It's not his fault, he was trying to protect me!"

I assure him while defending Aaron.

"Well I'm glad that both of you aren't hurt, but what you did is beyond reckless."

Roy scolds him with his arms crossed.

"I'm sorry okay?! They were chasing after us, but I lost them and none of us are hurt!"

He yells at him.

"You damn right! If you guys haven't got home so recklessly, you guys would've been badly injured!"

Roy yells at him with a lot of anger, but Soren pats his shoulder to calm him down.

"Roy, calm down."

He calmly assured him as Roy slumps his shoulders and slowly breathed in and out before reverting back to his calm composure.

"Thank you Soren...ahem, anyway it's getting late. You must have a rough night, so I would advise you two to get some rest. Do I made myself clear?"

He asked politely as we both nod.

"Yes sir."

"Good and btw Yui, Lance will be looking out for in the mansion tomorrow because we'll be at grocery store and we feared that the Sakamakis will find you if we take you with us."

He kindly stated as he is concern about me going with them which I understand completely.

"Mhm I understand, thank you for telling me that."

I thanked him as he grinned at me.

"You're welcome Miss."

As I went back to my room, I changed into my pink pjs and lie in bed wondering about tomorrow.

Hmmm Lance wouldn't be that bad to deal with, I mean he is a flirt but he's also a sweetheart unlike Laito. So I think tomorrow would be relaxing for me.

I thought as I turn off the light, I fell asleep.

Lance's POV:
While asleep, I have a horrible dream when I heard a recognizable sweet voice.

Lance...

"Huh? Primrose?"

I spun my head left and right to search for the ominous voice.

Lance why?...

A voice asked me as I widen my eyes when I spun around to see my former lover looking at me with green eyes full with disappointment.

You...lie to me....you didn't protect me....just like you promised...

She coldly scorns me as arrows went straight through my chest.

"Primrose please I-"

*sobs* why Lance? Why must you let me die?!

She cried as she covers her face while bawling her eyes out.

"I didn't mean to! *sniffs* I'm sorry...."

I apologized for my failures to protect her, my lovely princess, my beautiful angel. I failed to protect her, to saved her, and to keep her safe.

*sobs* I cant even look at you no more!

She harshly scolds at me, but I shook my head while tears are coming down from my cheeks.

"I'm gonna fix it! *sobs and sniffs* I'm so sorry Primrose, I'll be a better person for n-"

No! Just no! Stop it Lance! I can't take it no more!

She then ran away from me and I attempt to reach her, but vines come out of nowhere and pulled me down to prevent me to reach her.

"Primrose! Wait don't go!!"

***Dream ends***

"NOO!!"

I screamed in fear, but I soon realize that I'm in my room again. Then the door opens to reveal my brothers and Yui.

"Lance what's wrong?!"

Roy asked worriedly.

"Are you okay?"

Yui asked with a worried look.

"Did you have a bad dream?"

Shay asked curiously as I rub my temple and sighed.

"I'm fine...I'm just having a nightmare that's all...."

I assured them while feeling tired. Aaron and Kasper then glance at the portrait of Primrose.

"You still have this in your room?"

Aaron asked curiously as I grimace when he questions about my former lover.

"Is there a problem with it?..."

I asked a bit irritably where I don't wanna talk about it. Luckily Kasper nudged Aaron in the rib with a slight frown.

"Ow! What was that for?!"

"Sssshhhh! Don't ask him about Primrose, you know he doesn't like it when someone asked him about her!"

Kasper whispered which Aaron widen his eyes and gulped.

"Yeah...sorry Lance...."

He apologized feeling guilty for asking that, but I shook my head and formed a slight smile.

"No please don't apologized, I forgive you."

I assured him as Roy looked concern about me.

"Are you sure you feel okay Lance?"

He asked curiously with a concern tone, but I shook my head and gave him a fake grin.

"I'm quite alright you guys, but thank you for your concerns."

I reassured them which most of them felt like I wasn't telling the truth and Soren is reading my mind right now but he didn't say anything.

"Very well then, I guess we'll leave you alone then.."

"What? You're actually buying th-"

"We are leaving now Aaron."

Roy cuts Aaron off as he reluctantly sighed and nods.

"Fine."

Soren's POV:
Right after we left Lance's room, I wasn't convinced when Lance told us that he's fine. Even my brothers and Yui knew what's going on.

"Hey Roy, you just gotta let him go? You do realize he's hiding something right? It has to do with-"

"Yes, yes, I know, he has a nightmare about his former lover. We're all aware of that, but we're not going to interrogate him left and right. We have to give him patience before we asked him."

Roy assured him, but Aaron wasn't buying this at all where me and my brothers watched them bicker.

"So it's okay to leave him like that? What if he screams again? Cuz I don't wanna hear him crying all night."

He rudely objects as Roy sighs softly.

"If it happens again, then I'll discuss this with him alone while all of you remain in your room."

"What?! No way! I'm not gonna stand here and do nothing! I rather burst into his room and tell him to get his shit together!"

He boldly disapproves.

"Now you're just being rude Aaron."

Shay calmly remarked.

"Aaron stop it."

Yui consoled him, but he shook his head refusing to take orders from me.

"I'm just saying, why do we have to stand by and watch? I just don't get it!"

"Aaron, calm down."

I consoled him with a calm tone as Aaron reluctantly gives in.

"Ugh fine, but if it happens again, I will burst into his room."

He bluntly stated as he marched back to his room. We all sighed at how typical Aaron is.

"Well this is gonna be a rough night for us."

Shay stated with a sweatdrop.

"I know right? Can't we all just take a break?"

Kasper annoyingly remarked.

"Hey don't take this seriously you guys, I'm sure that Lance will handle this on his own."

I calmly assured them.

"True, but that doesn't mean we can let him off the hook now. Besides all of us need to get some rest."

Roy assured us as we all nod in agreement. We then went back to our rooms, but I'm still concern about Lance while lying on my bed.

Lance...just what are planning to do tomorrow?

Yui's POV:
The next day in the morning, I woke up early and the brothers went off shopping today where I was left alone with Lance.

I have nothing against Roy telling me to stay since I need a break after what happened last night. Though I really felt bad for Aaron being scolded at, and I understand what Roy is saying. However, Aaron has a point, he doesn't have a choice. We were being chasing and we almost got killed in the streets.

But aside from that, I'm glad no one got hurt. Besides, I think it's a great idea to take break from the drama.

While relaxing in the living room, I heard someone approaching me when Lance came to me with a polite smile.

"Hello princess, sleep well?"

He asked curiously as I grinned and nod at him.

"Mhm it was a rough night yesterday, but I had fun. It was a blast, there were music and Paramore is so awesome!"

I cheerfully gushed in glee as I remembered my first concert with Aaron. Lance then chuckled softly.

"That's good to hear..."

He then yawned so loud when I notice his light bags under his eyes.

"Do you not sleep well?"

I asked curiously as Lance chuckled softly while gently rubbing his eyes.

"Hehehe pretty much, but I'm okay now..."

He assured me with a gentle grin, but I'm not so sure if he's telling the truth.

"Hey Lance, why won't you take a seat?"

I insists as Lance widen his eyes, but does what I said anyway.

"So what this about Yui?"

He asked curiously as I cross my arms and ask him.

"Well I was wondering if you could close your eyes cuz I have a surprise for you."

"Oh really?"

He blinked his eyes twice.

"Mhm now close your eyes now."

"Alright then."

As soon as Lance closed his eyes, I pull out a small black box and open it.

"Okay Lance open your eyes."

Lance open his eyes when he became surprise and fascinated by the ruby red ring.

****Yui's gift for Lance^****

"You got this for me?"

He asked curiously as I nod with a sweet smile.

"Yeah I knew you were upset last night, so I decided to give you this to cheer you up. I bought online before I went to the concert with Aaron, I hope you like it."

I stated as Lance puts on the ring in his middle finger with a warm smile.

"Thank you Yui, this is lovely. I also have something to give you as well."

"You did? What is *gasps*"

I can't believe my eyes, Lance show me a heart shaped necklace.

***Lance's gift for Yui^***

"Oh my god...this looks beautiful..."

I gasped in awe with Lance grinning sweetly at me.

"While you're out with Aaron, I want to find a gift to show you my appreciation for what you said to me after the Christmas party. This is necklace was supposed to be Primrose's birthday gift, but I never get a chance do it. However when you moved into our home, I thought about giving this to you during Christmas but you were busy so-"

I cut him off by hugging him with a sweet grin.

"Thank you Lance, this is lovely. Primrose would've be happy if you give this to her."

I grinned sweetly at him with lance chuckling softly.

"She would...but..."

Lance suddenly pull me into his arms where he is embracing me.

"I had a nightmare last night...I couldn't sleep...all I can see is her...."

He muttered while embracing me as I widen my eyes when I knew who's he talking about, I hug him back.

"It's not your fault Lance, you did what you could..."

I assured him, but he grips my shirt with a grimace look.

"But...I failed...I failed to protect her..."

He then closed his eyes while trying to suppress his tears.

"Oh my sweet Primrose...I'm sorry...please forgive me....I'm so sorry...*sniffs* it's all my fault...."

He murmured as he silently cries under my shoulder, I shook my head and kept on embracing him.

"No it's not, you tried your best to protect her, you cared for her so much. I know how much you loved her and I know how much she loves you. I may not met her in person, but she'll never blame you or hate you Lance. You're a sweet and caring guy."

I reassured him while stroking his red hair as he quietly bawls under my shoulder. I gently pull him away and lift his chin with a sweet loving smile.

"She'll always be watching you from heaven. You have such wonderful brothers who cared about you. No what happens to you, the brothers and I will always be together."

I reassured him with a sweet tender grin as he widen his eyes before smiling sweetly at me.

"You're right...my brothers have always been with me...I have such a wonderful family, but you make me feel like I'm no longer alone no more...."

Lance then got up from the couch as I saw him pulling out his iPod from his pocket and set it in the speakers as he turns on the music. He begins to sing.
