Fire dragon

Category: Energy

Powers: Breathes fire. Thermal vision. Powerful fire dragons can set themselves on fire. Gets more powerful with anger

Characteristics: Red scales, average size dragon with a famous temper if provoked.

Earth dragon

Rarity: Common

Category: Physical

Powers: Breaths and controls earth. Powerful earth dragons can create earthquakes

Characteristics: Usually quite large with earth green scales and brown underbelly. Considered the largest species of dragon. Has a large mace like tail.

Wind dragon

Rarity: Common

Category: Physical

Powers: Breaths and controls wind. Powerful wind dragons can create tornados

Characteristics: A smaller species of dragon. Large wings, the largest of any species, and very fast and agile in the air.

Category: Physical

Powers: Breaths and controls water. Powerful water dragons can create tsunamis.

Characteristics: Deep, dark blue scales. Medium size with webbed feet.

Electricity/Lightning dragon

Category: Energy

Powers: Breaths static electricity (lightning) can create a charge through their body.

Characteristics: Medium sized dragon. Have yellow scales with orange specs through it.

Ice dragon

Rarity: Uncommon

Category: Physical

Powers: Breaths a cold icy wind that cases things in ice, powerful ice dragons can form ice on parts of their body and manipulate ice around an area.

Characteristics: Icy blue scales with long spikes on their back. A frill of horns on their head.

Acid dragon

Category: Physical

Powers: Breaths an acid breath that corrodes or poisons what it touches.

Characteristics: A small dragon with dark green scales and splashes of colour under their legs. Colours can be blue, yellow, lighter green, pink, purple, red. A poisonous, scorpion like barb at the end of their tail

Rarity: Uncommon

Category: Mental

Powers: Can use its mind to move and manipulate objects. Powerful telekinetic dragons can change the shape of things. The greater their will the large the objects that they can move

Characteristics: A larger dragon with scales of varying shades of brown. Two horns on their head and a small horn on their nose. A spiked tail.

Mind Dragon

Rarity: Rare

Category: Mental

Powers: Can control and manipulate the minds of living creatures with a lesser will, read and look through minds, create illusions.

Characteristics: Creamy blue scales, usually quite a small species of dragon. Two horns but no spikes on their back. Usually quite cunning.

Life Dragon

Rarity: Rare

Category: Energy

Powers: Can heal and rejuvenate living creatures and plants. Powerful life dragons and suck the life from other beings and into themselves, as well as heal themselves from any injury that doesn't kill them immediately.

Characteristics: Light green scales, usually considered the most beautiful of any species. Usually quite peaceful dragons that prefer to do things without harming other creatures.

Light dragon

Rarity: Extremely rare

Category: Energy

Powers: Breath a beam of pure heat that looks like a beam of light, can make themselves light up

Characteristics: Pale yellow scales with orange patterns running through them. Usually quite a small dragon with transparent wings. Often considered the most delicate species when it comes to physical fighting.

Shadow/darkness dragon

Rarity: Extremely rare

Category: Energy

Powers: Breath a shadowy like fire that doesn't burn but causes extreme pain. Can fade in an out of the 'shadow realm'. Powerful shadow dragons can manipulate shadows to do what they wish and increase their own power.

Characteristics: Black scales that seem to suck in the light. Sharp back spikes and large wings. Usually very cunning and self obsessed.

Gravity dragon

Rarity: Extremely rare

Category: Mental

Powers: Can control and manipulate gravity. The greater their will the stronger the gravity is.

Characteristics: Usually mistaken for a mind dragon, creamy blue scales but they have long spikes running across their back and are usually quite large.

Metal/Metallic dragon

Rarity: Practically extinct

Category: Physical

Powers: Breath a liquid metal that freezes on impact and either metal spikes or balls that are similar to bullets. Change the colour of their shell to a darker shade. Can change the shape of their tail into different shapes. Can expand or contract the shell on their back to fit their needs. Powerful metal dragons can change what their shell looks like and in turn create advantages for themselves and they can heat up their metal until its hot enough to act almost like acid.

Characteristics: Pale yellow scales. Usually quite large. A metal shell covers the top half of their body and the whole of their wings and tail, unless they choose otherwise.

Storm/Weather dragon

Rarity: Extinct

Category: Mental

Powers: Can control and manipulate the weather, creating storms, tornados, hurricanes and other natural disasters.

Characteristics: Sea blue scales with splotches of different shades of green covering them. Large wings and back spikes.

Time dragon

Rarity: Myth (Rumoured to exist but no one is sure)

Category: Mental

Powers: Control and manipulate time

Characteristics: Silver scales and a starlight like underbelly. Large with purple and silver eyes.
