All Of Nothing

Kaylee's POV

"Plus 4," I smirk, looking up at Lloyd.

"Skip." Lloyd fires back.

"Traitor." I hiss.

"Reverse." Lloyd smiles evilly.

"I hate you." I snarl.

"Blue 4." Lloyd sighs.

"You just did the wrong thing, buddy," I whisper under my breath. "Plus 2, plus 2, skip, reverse, and..." I smile. "Uno. Draw 4 Lloydie." I put my hands in the air, signaling that I don't have any more cards. Lloyd huffs in frustration and throws his deck unto the ground.

"I hate you so much." Lloyd fumes.

"I thought you guys were friends, why do you hate each other now?" Jay walks in, followed by the other guys, Nya, Sensei Wu, and Garmadon.

"Uno is a vicious game okay? You do what you must to win." I snap.

"Doesn't give you a right to completely obliterate me." Lloyd retorts.

"Ya huh." I nod.

"Nuh-uh." Lloyd shakes his head.

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"How about we focus on the Fangblades than your fight about a card game." Kai and Zane break up our argument, as Nya starts up the map.

"The Venomari's right. By the time we cast sail clear across the other side of Ninjago, Pythor will have already beat us to the last Fangblade." Nya starts.

"Oh, come on, guys. This is the last one. We gotta get it. We gotta think of something." Jay begs.

"Hey." Lloyd starts. "All we have to do is just get one Fangblade to stop him. What if we take back the other three? Pythor wouldn't risk having them all on him. He's probably hidden them somewhere while he goes for the fourth." Lloyd says.

"It's so simple." Cole realizes.

"Huh, why didn't I think of that?" Kai asks.

"It can't be that easy." Jay looks at Zane.

"Easy? My algorithms suggest taking the other three would be far more dangerous. Pythor would undoubtedly have them protected by his top generals." Zane informs.

"Which are literally thin air," I mutter.

"Ha, finally. I don't have to hold back." Kai cheers.

"Even if you could steal the other three, you don't even know where they are," Garmadon explains.

"He's right. For the past few weeks, there have been almost no Serpentine sightings. How are they moving around? It's like their ghosts." Sensei strokes his beard, a sign that he was confused. I gasp in realization.

"Or snakes. Bridge, give me a sonar sweep of Ninjago." I say, and sure enough, nothing was there.

"See, nothing. It's just like Sensei said." Kai says.

"But what if they aren't traveling above ground? They're snakes, right? Snakes burrow!" I explain.

"I think you're on the right track, Kaylee!" Nya happily exclaims. "Bridge, now give me a sonar sweep of Ninjago but twenty feet below the surface." The sonar scanners in the bridge show us a series of interconnected tunnels that all led to a tomb, the most protected being the Constrictai Tomb.

"All the tombs have been interconnected." Kai gasps.

"To make one massive underground fortress." Cole finishes.

"And all this time, right under our noses." Jay cries.

"Or rather, feet." Zane jokes.

"There, that's the most protected area. The Fangblades must be held there." Kai points to the Constrictai Tomb.

"Then what are we waiting for? Nya set the course." Sensei commands.

"Already on it. We'll be there by sunup." Nya confirms.

"As for the rest of us. Let's get to bed. We have a big fight to prepare for." Sensei turns to us.

"Yes, Sensei." We all go to our respective rooms. I sneak a look at Lloyd, who walks off with his dad and I feel a pang in my heart. I run up to him.

"Uh, Lloyd. I, uh, am sorry about that Uno game. We're still friends right?" I hesitantly start.

"Yeah, we still are." Lloyd smiles, which made my heart flutter. Goddamnit, he's so cute when he does that!

"Oh, uh, that's good." I smile nervously.

"Yeah. we're best friends." Lloyd hugs me, and I swear by my word, the air was knocked out of me. I eagerly hug back.

"I better get to bed, tomorrow's a big day." I pull away and blush slightly.

"Uh, yeah. Uh, see you tomorrow?" Lloyd offers, red creeping up his cheeks. Probably just allergies to the dust. There's so much of it around here.

"See you then." I smile, then close the softly to me and Nya's room.

"You like Lloyd don't you," Nya smirks.

"Well, duh. He's my best friend. How could I not?" I stutter, the red filling up my face like someone filling up a ketchup bottle.

"No, I mean like-like. Like, love him." Nya raises her eyebrow.

"I-uh-what? Haha! No, uh-we're just f-f-friends!" The stuttering gets even worse. Damn you, Jay! Your nervous stutterings are getting to me!

"Your stuttering and blush are really not helping you." Nya starts making her bed.

"I-oh! Fine! Yes, I guess he's a bit cute, and when he smiles it just makes my heart flutter and, hey!" I stare at Nya who has a big smile on her face.

"Oh! My ship is being built!" She squeals happily.

"What ship?" I ask.

"You and Lloyd! Duh! I already have a ship name! Lloylee! I officially name myself captain of the Lloylee ship!" Nya explains in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Well, you don't see me screaming my head off when my ship sailed," I mutter.

"Wait. Who's your ship?" Nya asks.

"Well, if you're the captain of the Lloylee ship, then that means I'm the captain of the Jaya ship! You and Jay!" I stick my tongue out at her. "Also, I am also the captain of the Cole and cake ship."

"No. I'm the captain of the Cole and cake ship!" Nya put a hand over her heart, feigning hurt.

"We can both be captains of the Cole and cake ship." I decide.

"That's a good idea." Nya agrees.

We both get ready for bed and go to sleep. The next morning I and Lloyd start reading some books, ordered by Sensei Wu. Soon we hear Nya announcing that we were here. We look at each other.

"They are so not leaving us behind," I say, jumping up and running towards the door. Lloyd makes a sound of agreement, following behind me.

"Wait for us." Lloyd cries as we ran up on the Bounty's deck.

"This is not your fight. The Green and Silver Ninja is too important for a future destiny. You two shall stay with me." Sensei lightly scolds us.

"Well, they're gonna have to look after himself, because we made room for you." Nya arrives in the Samurai X mech, with a seat at the top.

"Well, you said you were concerned that you couldn't keep up, so Jay and Nya rejiggered the design so you could come along. Well, what do you think?" Kai gestures to the suit.

"I think...shotgun! Haha!" Sensei laugh, jumping up the suit to sit in the seat.

"I will stay back with Lloyd and Kaylee. I don't enjoy saying this but...good luck." Garmadon stares at the small party of people, before they slid down the rope, into the unknown.

~Time Skip~

I was reading the latest installment of The Hunger Games by Susanne Collins. I was reading the part where it was the tribute parade, in Catching Fire when Lloyd burst in through my door.

"Kaylee, quick! Tell me, where's the Green Ninja suit!" He orders, rushing around the room in a panic.

"I think your dad knows where it is.." I flip a page absentmindedly, ignoring the sound of vases and other important things getting smashed.

"Uh, my dad isn't here." Lloyd shuffled around nervously.

"Hmm?" I set down my book. "Why is that?"

"Well, he was stealing information, so I made him leave." Lloyd hung his head on the ground.

"Oh, I'm so sorry Lloyd." I hug him tightly.

"It's fine." Lloyd mumbles.

"Now, let's find that Green Ninja suit!" I pull him over to an unopened shelf and pulled out the Green Ninja suit. Thanks, Kai!

"Thanks, Kaylee." Lloyd smiles and goes to quickly change, and hops out in the Green Ninja suit proudly. We ran into the bridge,

"The Green and Silver Ninja are here to save the day!" He announces proudly.

"Lloyd? Lord Garmadon? Kaylee? Is anyone there?" Nya asks.

"It's me and Kaylee, Nya. I'm here. But my dad left. How are you guys holding on? Nya? Hello?" Lloyd replies but there was heavy static until somehow it stopped.

"We're fine, but we're a little held up at the moment. Our weapons have been taken, and we're locked in cages." Nya explains.

"And Pythor's returned with the fourth Fangblade," Cole adds.

"Lloyd, where did your father go?" Zane asks.

"I-I told him to leave. He was trying to steal secrets." Lloyd's eyes went down to his shoes, and I pat his back reassuringly.

"Don't worry, you still have us." I murmur softly.

"Oh, big surprise there. I told you about that guy, but you guys wouldn't listen." Kai exclaims.

Lloyd: My dad's going back to where he came from. But don't worry, we'll save you." Lloyd declares.

"You're not ready, Lloyd and Kaylee. Your destiny is too great to risk." Sensei says.

"I hate to break it to you, Sensei, but if we don't get out of here before Pythor unleashes the Great Devourer, I think this will be the end of all our destinies." Cole points out.

"We'll get you out of there in a jiff." I cry, helping Lloyd out with weapons.

We were climbing up the mountain, because why not.

"Whoosh. Ninja roll. Flying Drag—whoa! Ninja recover! Whoosh. Ninja roll." Lloyd yells.

"You know, the point of being a ninja is to be quiet." I giggle.

"Oops, sorry," Lloyd says. We go into the main area and walk through a secret passageway.

"Hey look, it's the guys, Sensei and Nya." I point to a huge cage suspended in the middle of a huge cavern, where snakes were fighting.

"Come on, Lloyd. You're the Green Ninja. You can do this." Lloyd pep talks himself, as we slowly walk down the ramp. Lloyd trips over a rock, bringing me down with him. "That one hurt. Ow! I really gotta grow into this thing." We both tumble down the ramp, catching the attention of all of the snakes. "Well, if we don't meet again, Pythor. Unhand the Ninja, or suffer humiliation against the Green and Silver Ninja!" He cries

"Don't bring me into this." I moan, rubbing my head where it hit on impact.

"Oh, yeah? You and what army?" Pythor taunts.

"Uh, how about my army of fists?" Lloyd throwing his fists up in a fighting stance.

"Or this army?" Garmadon yells.

"Dad!" Lloyd says, surprised.

"Lloyd, you helped me realize I do have a choice. And if there is anyone who is going to threaten Ninjago, it better well is me." Garmadon says.

"Well, that's not really reassuring," I mutter under my breath.

"The Skeleton army? But why would they fight beside you? You betrayed them and Samukai long ago." Pythor snaps.

"Because everybody hates snakes!" Kruncha yells, and the skeleton army nods in agreement.

"Attack!" Pythor yells.

"Attack!" Kruncha counters. Each army charges at each other, as I maneuver my way through the crowds of fighting snakes and skeletons. A large creaking of chains sound over my head, and I turn to see the cage where the guys, Sensei, and Nya are in.

"Lloyd!" I yell, pointing towards the sinking cage in the Vat of Venom. He quickly runs over the switch and flips the switch.

"Told you I'd save you." Lloyd smiles.

"Go, Ninja, go." Kai cheers.

"Ninja, go!" We all yell, doing Spinjitzu and fighting off the snakes. I use my magic to throw on in the venom. Zane quickly pushes me toward the exit.

"Come, we must go, Kai has the Fangblades." I nod, and blast the few remaining snakes in our path and run up the ramp.

"Don't worry about us. We'll keep fighting the good fight." Nuckal yells

"I never thought I'd be saying this, but go, Ninja, go!" Kruncha cheers and me and Kai salute them.

Back at the Bounty, we set up for a party and were dancing happily to the beat.

"To Lloyd's dad!" Nya cheers, raising up a cup.

"Hear, hear!" We all agree.

"To Dad!" Lloyd cheers.

"Tomorrow, we arrive at Torchfire Mountain to destroy these Fangblades once and for all. And it couldn't have been done without your father. I'm going to miss him." Sensei smiles.

This was probably the worst chapter but okay. Just two more chapters until season 2! Also, who thinks Sofia The First is a SLAP! Dang I love it, and I legit want a season 5!!!
