Joey's P.O.V.

I wake up and I am wrapped in Daniel. I manage to untangle myself without waking him up. I just stare at his sleeping figure. Yes, that sounds very creepy but he looks so peaceful when he is sleeping. It looks like the world hasn't put its influences and hurt and pain into him. He looks like a child. A sexy child.

I get up out of bed and decide to make him breakfast. I really don't know where our relationship stands at this point. Are we friends? Are we dating? I honestly have no clue. I guess we will clarify that over breakfast.

As I am making french toast, I feel two strong arms wrap around my waist. And I hear a sexy morning voice whisper in my ear, "Did you have any nightmares?"
"No. You did a great job fighting them off," I say. He chuckles a little in my ear. No, I haven't known him for all that long. But something about him makes me feel like I am at home.

I plate the food and set it on the table. I set his plate right across from mine so we can look into eachother's eyes as we eat our breakfast. We both take our seats.
"Thank you for breakfast," Daniel says as he cuts a piece of his french toast and puts it in his mouth.
"You're welcome. I wanted to do something nice to show you how much I apprecite you entering my life," I say smiling. I can feel my cheeks grow redder and redder with each word I speak.
"Why do you do that?" He says looking at me intently.
"Why do I do what?" I ask him because I am genuinly confused.
"Why do you blush so much whenever you talk to me?" He says grinning as he puts another piece of french toast in his mouth. Him asking me that question only made me grow redder.

I lean across the table and get right next to his ear. I then whisper, "because Daniel, whenever I like someone alot, I get really nervous around them. My natural reaction instead of just pulling you ontop of this table and slamming my lips on yours is to turn red. Okay?" I say slightly licking his ear. I wanted to come across cocky because I think he believes I can't come across cocky. I hear him gulp as his face turns bright red. All Daniel can mutter after I teased him is,
"Okay."
