(I realised my mistake of not mentioning Ruby's replacement weapons for this timeframe, she is using a 6 round revolver that Wrench gave her which can fire dust rounds and she uses a mace for close combat, I know it's not exciting, but I don't think using weapons she is used to is a good idea, James also has a steel bat and a revolver identical to Ruby's)

(POV Y/n)(Saturday)(Time 2:30am)(Location : Atlas)

I sat in an abandoned warehouse with Wrench, Damien and Eric, Wrench was quickly fiddling with my mask, making sure a voice changer was working properly, once finished he handed the mask back to me, as I took it back we all heard a door open and close, around the corner came James, Matt and Ruby, all wearing the same clothes from the train robbery apart from James who was wearing a spare change of clothes thanks to Wrench, his mask was pure black with a glowing green smile.

"Sorry if we're late, I'm not used to this place," James said.

"It's fine, you're actually all a bit early which is even better," I told them as they gathered around the table we all stood at.

"So what's the plan again." Ruby asked, Wrench used his scroll to pull up a map of our surrounding area.

"We split into two groups, Eric, Damien, Y/n and I will all head to this small outpost nearby, the four of us will cause a distraction big enough to bring the surrounding military to us, while that's happening, you, Matt and James will be going to this mining facility, they've got about 50 soldiers around the place, however after our show it should drop to about 20, inside is about 100 faunus, ranging from children to elderly, once you take down the soldiers and freed the faunus, you give us a call and we will steal one of their cargo ships and bring it to you grabbing all of them and then fleeing to menagerie, and we won't need to worry about them following us because I'll disable the tracker, the only true threat is the ships that will follow us, but I've got a plan for that." Wrench said, catching everyone up to speed.

"Any questions," I said, everyone just shook their heads.

"Good, then lets go free these people." I told them all, as everyone grabbed their weapons and masks, putting the mask's on and holstering the weapons, we all walked out of the warehouse and split into our groups, we walked through alleyways as to not alert anyone, we only left the alleys to run across the streets, after walking for about 8 minutes we stopped, I looked around the corner and saw the outpost Wrench was talking about, I felt someone tap my shoulder, I looked and saw Wrench standing next to me and pointing up, I looked and saw a set of stairs leading to the roof, however to access that we need to pull down the ladder.

"Give me a boost." Wrench whispered, I only nodded before cupping my hands together and leaning forward, he placed his left foot on my hands and used some momentum to gain height, and I quickly stood straight allowing him to grab onto the ladder, I let go of his foot and moved away, causing him to come down with the ladder, first Wrench went up with Damien then Eric following behind him, I quickly followed and walked up the stairs to the roof, once on it we snuck to the other end being able to see more of the outpost.

"I count 47 soldiers," Eric whispered, I quickly pulled my scroll out of my pocket and saw a message from James that read 'waiting on you', I put my scroll back into my pocket before looking back down onto the base.

"James gave the all clear," I whispered, "So how do we start this," I asked quietly, Wrench looked for a bit before looking over at Damien.

"Damien, I'm gonna need you to go over to those boxes and plant this in one," He said as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a thin metal box which had wires around it.

"What is this," Damien asked.

"It's a bomb of sorts, just go and plant it and press this button when you do, then run away," He told Damien, showing him the steps, Damien just nodded before going back to the stairs and going down, I stuck my head out and saw Damien using the shadows to sneak to the fence, he then climbs over it and moving the wire out of his way, I watched as he snuck past many soldiers and none more the wiser, once he made it to the boxes he opened one and put the device in it, he then quickly ran away which caught the attention of some of them, but before they could do anything, a massive explosion had gone off, one big enough to shake the ground, making me cover behind the small ledge, pieces of debris flew past us and near us, alarms began to ring and the sounds of people shouting filled the air, I looked back and saw soldiers running around trying to figure out what just happened.

"Alright lets go." Wrench said, as he began scaling down the front of the building, Eric and I just looked at each other before Eric began to climb down, I however just jumped off the building and used my power to cushion my fall, as I stood up both Wrench and Eric made it down, Wrench drew his shotgun, Eric his blades and I took out a sledgehammer that Wrench had given me and followed the two of them to the base.

(POV James) (Two minutes before the explosion)

I sat behind a dumpster with Matt and Ruby waiting, I already sent Y/n a message and now I was waiting for things to begin.

"Ruby, are you sure that you're up for this," Matt asked Ruby, for the 20th time this week, she just composed herself before answering.

"Yes Matt I'm fine, I'm not killing any of these people, I'm just knocking them out and freeing slaves, it's part of being a huntress," She said as Matt just nodded to her.

"alright, but if you get any second doubts, just let us know and find somewhere to hide." Matt told her, she nodded in response and stayed silent, I was about to say something but was interrupted as the ground slightly shook and the sound of a massive explosion happened, the three of us took cover in case anything came flying, thankfully nothing did, but I did see a ton of soldiers running away from the mine, I got up and stood behind the dumpster waiting for a minute as the other two go up and ready.

"Let's go." I said, as I grabbed my metal bat and ran out of cover and across the street, Matt and Ruby followed behind and while running I looked to the area Y/n and the others were at and saw a giant cloud of black smoke soaring in the air, I looked back to the mine and focused on that, the three of us quickly climbed the fence and ran to where the captives are, whilst doing that any time we ran into a soldier either of us quickly dealt with them, after running around we made it to a big cave entrance.

"I'll stay back and keep an eye out, you two grab everyone." Ruby said to us.

"Okay, if things get to hot use the comm, we'll come running." Matt said as we both ran into the mine, we began running into groups of faunus, as Matt freed the first group I ran further and found another, I began freeing who I could before someone shot next to me, I quickly used my bending to form a wall from the ground before sending the same piece into them, Matt came running in and helped free the rest of the group, we then ran further in coming to a big opening.

Tons of soldiers stood around with more faunus working, the men noticed us and began opening fire, we both ran to cover and hid from the gunfire, Matt ran out to the open, using the blades to deflect the bullets, I ran from one bit of cover to another, and then to another before reaching a ladder, I climbed up and was met with more soldiers, before they opened fire I ran and began attacking them, I ran around the first guy and grabbed his collar and threw him into his friends, which knocked two of them over, I ran and jumped over them and dropkicked another, I turned back too the two under their friend and kicked them both in the head, knocking them out, I looked back and saw two aiming at me, I used a part of the wall as a shield and sent rocks flying at them, either killing them or knocking them out, I picked up one of their guns and ran around a corner and opened fire of the 5 firing at Matt, killing them all, I looked down at Matt and saw him sheathe his swords, I jumped off the railing and used my bending to break the chains around their ankles, others used the pickaxes they had to break free.

"Is this everyone," I asked aloud, to the group, one old lady walked from behind them towards me.

"There is still one more, a child." She said behind the horribly home made gas mask.

"Where," I asked as she pointed to a metal door.

"In there, its an elevator that goes further down, apparently they found a rare type of dust, one so hot it could melt your skin just by touching it." She told me, which caught me by surprise.

"And they have a child down there with it," I said, disgusted by it.

"Yes, from what I've heard and seen, they found the child with it, the child can withstand its heat, so they use him to mine and hold it." She said, I looked at Matt and back to the door.

"Matt, you're better acquainted with heat, go down and grab him, I'll get everyone out of here" I told him, he nodded and ran to the door as I got everyone to follow me outside. 

(POV Matt)

I walked to the door and tried to open it, however it wouldn't budge, I saw a keypad with a hand marker next to it, I grabbed one of the soldiers and used his hand, however it glowed red and said 'denied', I tried with a different guy but it said the same, I then got furious and punched a hole into the pad, lights blared as the door began to open, however it was just a giant hole, I looked down and just barely saw the elevator down there, most likely meaning there are some soldiers down there, I jumped down the hole, as I got closer to the ground I aligned my feet downwards and placed my arms to my sides, I then let out a massive blast of fire from both my feet and hands, slowing my movement down, till I reached the ground, looking forward I saw an empty small hall turning at the end, I began to run down the hall and could feel a heat coming from ahead, I ran and ran, getting warmer and warmer, till I finally reached the end, I saw a giant lava looking crystal chunk coming out of the wall with a little boy who had bright orange hair, pale white skin and light blue eyes sitting against it, he was wearing what looked like an old potato sack, he looked up and noticed me, he stood up quickly and back into the chunk.

"Kid, I'm not here to hurt you, I'm getting you and your friends out of here," I shouted, not getting closer to him as I didn't want to fright him.

"I don't have any friends," He screamed back, taking a second look I noticed no faunus traits whatsoever, "Please just leave, I don't want to make Mr Jacques or Mr Ironwood angry," He screamed again, I took the mask off for a quick second and held it near my waist, showing him I'm no threat.

"Look kid, I can take you far away from here, someplace where they won't ever be able to touch you again, I know people who can protect you, give you a home, a bed, a place where you can run and play, but I can only do that if you trust me." I yelled out, I could see on him the gears turning.

"My names Matt Lang, I'm here with my friends James and Ruby, we only wish to help you, no more dust mining, no more fear," I again yelled to him.

"Just leave me, if you stay here you'll die from the heat," He yelled at me.

"Trust me kid, I'm used to dealing with fire." I yelled, he looked at me as I began to approach him, the heat felt like lava, he yelled for me to stop but I kept getting closer and closer till I was about 5 meters from him, at any normal circumstances I'd probably be dead, but thanks to my uncle I can channel heat from inside and outside my body, I got down on one knee and held my arms out, he walked slowly into my arms, I embraced him in a hug and lifted him off the ground, I quickly put my mask back on and ran back down the cave away from the heat, running till I got to the elevator, I hoped on the platform and pressed the up button, however it didn't move, I pressed it again and it did the same thing.

"It's broken." He said distraught.

"Don't worry kid, I've always got a back up plan," I told him as I got inside the elevator still carrying the kid, "Hold on tight kid." I said, as he quickly did so, I held onto him with both hands before crouching down, taking a deep breath, I jumped up and shot flames from my feet, flinging me upwards back where I came from, when approaching the roof I stopped, till I finally reached the top, connecting my feet to the dirt, I walked back towards the entrance.

"You can calm down a bit now kid, it's going to be smooth sailing from here." I told him, he stopped holding so tightly and just kept his head rested on my shoulder facing me.

"How'd you do that," He asked curiously, I just smiled and looked at him.

"I can control fire, my uncle taught me how to use the flames for more then just combat," I told him truthfully, he just smiled and giggled.

"It was awesome," He told me, we walked in silence for a bit, till I decided to ask a burning question.

"What's your name kid." I asked, he was silent for a good bit before his response.

"I don't have a name," He told me, which was a shock to hear.

"You mean you don't remember it," I asked.

"No, I don't have one, Mr Jacques and that just kept calling me 'The Boy'," He replied, which saddened me, I walked in silence with him for a moment before he chimed in again.

"Could you give me a name," He asked, I looked at him and saw just a plain expression.

"Really, you want me to give you one," I said, he nodded, confirming I did in fact hear him correctly, I began to think, tons of names and such a difficult choice.

"How about...Blaze," I asked him, I looked and saw him give me a confused looked.

"Blaze," He asked in such an adorable tone.

"Yeah you know, like a blaze of fire, or the blaze of a phoenix, its just, I got it because of your hair, but I can see about a different one," I told him, but he sat up and gave me a pout.

"No...I like it, Blaze," He said giving me a smile, I smiled back as he lied back resting on my shoulder.

"Blaze it is then." I said, as we both finally made it out of the cave system, meeting back up with the others, James looked back and noticed the kid.

"So she wasn't kidding," He said jokingly, I just chuckled before looking at him.

"No she wasn't, James meet Blaze, Blaze this is James," I said, introducing the two, James waved at Blaze and Blazed waved back slowly, he yawned and tucked his head back into my shoulder.

"Where's Y/n," I whispered to Matt.

"I've let them know, they said a few more minutes." He replied, I looked around and saw the people enjoying the fresh air, a lot of them were lying down either relaxing or just catching a breath.

"Let's keep an eye out, don't want them sneaking up on us." I told him as I walked around and James quickly created a chair of stone next to me, sitting down as Blaze began to nap on me.

(POV Y/n)

I grabbed a nearby soldier and used him as a shield to the opening fire, I threw his corpse and dived into nearby cover, I looked next to me and saw Wrench on his scroll.

"What are you doing," I shouted, barely able to hear my own voice over the gunfire.

"James and the others are ready for evac, also I'm giving us some backup," He shouted back, as I could barely hear him, he began tapping on his screen as I looked around the barrier and saw a soldier approaching, I grabbed Wrench's shotgun and stood from behind the cover, I pressed on the trigger and shot the bullet into the soldier, killing him, I quickly duck back behind cover hearing Wrench laugh, we made eye contact as he showed me his screen.

"Prepare for a show of a lifetime," He yelled before pressing a button, I peaked back and saw some of the machines begin to shoot either each other or any nearby soldiers, once they were distracted Wrench began to run and I followed him to a giant pad with some aircrafts, Damien and Eric ran over to us as the four of us boarded the ship, Wrench ran into the pilots area and took his seat, he placed his scroll onto the controls and began to press more buttons, before I could ask, the vehicle began to shake, I looked out a small window and saw we were taking off the ground, we began to move away from the base, and as I looked, I saw all the soldiers focused on themselves, I watched as we flew over the city and landed at the mining facility, the back of the vehicle opened up and went from being a door to a ramp, faunus began to board the ship with James and Ruby following, I looked at Matt and saw him holding a small pale skinned child, so I walked over to him as the door shut.

"Who are they," I asked, I could tell by his stance that he wasn't willing to let the kid go, almost like parental instinct.

"This is Blaze, they had him away from everyone mining some sort of lava looking dust chunk," He replied, keeping his attention on the boy.

"Well he won't need to worry, we'll take him home back to his parents." I told him, but by the look on his face, I could see that wasn't going to happen.

"About that, he didn't even have a name, I gave it to him at his request...I don't think he has any parents." He said with a saddened tone, I looked at the sleeping child and could see he felt safe in Matt's arms.

"We'll ask him once he awakens, go with Wrench to the pilots area and sit in there with him." I told him, he just nodded and walked past everyone and into the room, I looked around and saw many faunus with looks of happiness, but many with looks of sadness and rage, but I was taken out of my thoughts, when an alarm began to ring through the ship and a loud high pitched screeching noise blared.

"We've got some friends tagging behind us, use some of the weapons and shoot at them," Wrench's voice spoke from the ship, Ruby and James ran to one of the creates and opened it, pulling out more firearms, they began to load dust into them, James and I made eye contact as he tossed the gun to me.

"Y/n, press that button and open the door, and reign fire of them," He shouted, I quickly did just that, running to the back and pressing the button to open the door, once fully opened, I noticed the 3 aircrafts tailing us, all mounted with their own weapons, Ruby and James ran over and stood next to me, aiming their weapons and opening fire, I quickly composed myself and opened fire also, the ships just dodged out attempts, after firing for a good minute, my weapon stopped, along with James and Ruby's, one of the aircrafts lined up directly behind our ship, its gun began to spin, but before hit opened fire, two arrows had shot passed my head and went right through the glass, the ship then began to fall out of the sky, Eric walked in front of us, bow in hand, he pulled his string back and aimed at the second ship, releasing his string and sending the arrow flying, the ship moved to the right, however doing so, the arrow made direct contact with one of the spinning blades, setting it on fire and causing it to fall out of the sky, the third ship moved further back, when Eric aimed his shot, a shadow figure appeared standing atop the ship, it took a blade from its sheathe and stabbed it into the glass, killing the pilot, it then killed the person sitting next to the pilot and quickly disappeared, the last ship falling out of the sky, Eric then slowly released his string and placed his bow on his back and arrow in quiver, I looked over at Damien and saw him meditating, he opened his eyes and looked at the four of us.

"Couldn't let you have all the fun," He said jokingly, I just sighed and pressed the same button, causing the back to close up and thankfully the alarm and lights had turned off, I walked into the room with Wrench and Matt, Matt was just looking out the window still holding onto the kid and Wrench was flying the ship, he turned and looked at me.

"It's going to be a long flight, I suggest you catch up on some sleep." He said, I just sat in the empty chair, lied back and closed my eyes, drifting off to sleep.

(Sunday)(Time 9:24am)

After our long flight, including the 2 stops for fuel, we finally made it to Menagerie, Wrench had set the aircraft down and I could see many with expressions of excitement but some with sadness, I was able to talk to a majority of these people during and found most of them were citizens in other kingdoms but others were just minding their business here and were taken by force, after Wrench gave the all clear Ruby had gone and opened the door, many shielded their eyes, as they haven't seen the sun in about over a day and a half, once the ramp made contact, they all flooded out of the vehicle, looking down the ramp I saw a group of armed individuals aiming rifles at the ship, but once seeing a large group of faunus walking out, they stood down, out from behind the group walked two people, a female tiger faunus wearing an old traditional dress that many high ranking people wore in my day, and beside her stood a red haired man, wearing a mask that covered only the top half of his face, his clothing was that of a black long sleeved blazer with a red undershirt, black dress shoes and black gloves, on his left side of his waist was a sword in its sheathe, I walked out with the others and stood behind the crowd, however they all moved to the side as both the man and woman walked to us.

"Why are you here," The woman asked, her voice was monotoned, no emotion behind it whatsoever, I knew if I wanted to win, to say the right things.

"I've come here for business," I told her, she didn't look impressed, more so angry.

"And you come with a horde of my people and an Atlas cargo ship, you bring death,"

"The ship can't be tracked, one of my people made sure of it himself,"

"And you believe him,"

"He hasn't lied yet,"

"And who is this man,"

"Me," Wrench yelled from inside the ship, walking out the woman's face went from expressionless to anger.

"Wrench," She spoke, I couldn't see his face, but I could feel his fear.

"Hello Ms Khan," He said, trying not to piss himself.

"We told you what would happen if you came here again," The man spoke, unsheathing his sword, Matt however was quick to unsheathe his and stand in front of Wrench.

"You wanna get to him, you need to get through me," Matt said, gripping his blades in hopes that the man would do something dumb.

"Adam down," Ms Khan spoke, this Adam turned back and went to speak, but Ms Khan raised her hand silencing him, he stood still for a few seconds before he sheathed his sword and walked back over to the guards, Matt waited before giving me a look, I only nodded and he sheathed his.

"You know who you're working with correct," Ms Khan asked, I just looked her in the eyes and nodded.

"I'm working with a man who can get things done, what he's done in the past is far from my problem, unless innocent people got hurt," I told her, I knew I could trust Wrench, Matt spoke highly of him and so far, Wrench was trust worthy.

"He's someone who only cares for money," She said, I just laughed, in turn confusing her.

"I do not care if he wants wealth, what man doesn't, all I know is he can get things done with no issues," I told her smiling under my mask.

"If you want to believe that, then don't complain when he betrays you," She said giving me a devious smile.

"Oh he won't, he'd have to be dumb to leave the winning side," I told her, her response was just that of a small giggle, she turned back to her men, who were checking to make sure everyone was okay.

"Take them back to the village, get them fed and well rested," She commanded, her guards did just that, leaving with the large crowd, she then turned back to me staring at my eyes.

"If you're here for business, then tell me what, you want our land, our food, our supplies, well you ain't getting it, we've got barely enough for my people, you want the land, then just take it, we have no use for it." She told me, huffing in anger between every negative thing she said, I just reached up and took my mask off, showing my face, this however made Adam get in a fighting stance.

"Adam no," Ms Khan said.

"But he's human," He replied keeping his hand on his sword handle.

"I have no use for your things, I come for one thing" I tell her, I could sense her guard dropping, which is just what I need.

"And that is,"

"An alliance, between the White Fang and my people,"

"And who are your people," 

"That I will answer, but preferably in private, perhaps we should discuss this further, you and me, leader to leader,"

"Of course,"

"However my people here will need a new way home, seeing that the ship can no longer be used," I said.

"Of course, I can get a boat to send to back to Vale," She said.

"Actually, outside of Vale would be a wiser choice, as to not be noticed by police," I replied.

"Very well, but what of the ship,"

"Your people are welcomed to anything inside, what you don't want, we will dump in the ocean."

"Very well, follow me." She said, which we all did, leaving the ship there, we walked for about 10 minutes before finally making it to a massive village, however even though it was huge, it was very cramped, we walked through the village with many people looking at me, a human here, a place full of faunus, after walking we finally made it to a dock, Ms Khan walked over to a few gentlemen, who seemed more then happy with what she was saying, the men then stopped what they were doing and walked onto a ship, Ms Khan then walked back over to us.

"These men will take you where you need them, but I must warn you, you may come across a Leviathan, but they will try and take you around it," She told the others, who just shrugged their shoulders and walked over to the ship, however I quickly stopped Wrench.

"I'm going to need your help with the ship after this," I told him, he just gave me a thumbs up and stood to the side.

"Shall we," Ms Khan said, holding her arm out to the village, Wrench and I waved goodbye to the others and walked with Ms Khan to wherever she wanted us to go.
