Equipment Information: 

Grapple: The device seems to be a metallic box with a harpoon inside of it that is put on the forearm of the user. It is readily accessible and can be detached from said forearm. Sticking to any surface thanks to same technology in the gloves. Modified to work in zero-gravity environments. The hook itself consists of a magneto-impulse projector, a high-tensile nanofiber line, and a self-sharpening Titanium-A fluke contained inside a compact, modular casing.

Variable Armor Systems (VAS): Thanks to the armor system, the user is allowed one permanent armor module. While having a secondary slot which can be switched out for different missions. Drop shield and hologram for example.

Blades: The armor is equipped with retractable blades (spikes) in the forearms and retractable forearm spikes. Said spikes include plasma lined edges which increase their cutting power.

Force-Multiplying Circuits:

Codebreaker Hacking Module: This is mostly focused in the hands of the armor. Usually relying on physical contact with targets. Upon contact, the Codebreaker infiltrates the target's technical systems. Essentially giving the user admin control of said target. Essentially being an manual override.

Metabreaker: Having copied over files recovered from Project Freelancer Ash studied through his father's notes on AI theory. Learning their functions, diagnostics, operating systems, and their numeral implants along with his notes on all the fragments. Using this knowledge, he was able to create an armor module designed to extract an AI from a soldier's neural implants. Holding them in the armor for storage like a capture unit combined with a storage unit. When a captured AI speaks, their colors replace the highlights and visor color of the captor's armor. Though this module is mostly focused in the hands or palms of the armor.

O/I VGs (Ocular/Integration Vision Goggles): Developed during the second generation of MJOLNIR, this piece of equipment can be used by marines, ODSTs, and Spartans. Only one model is currently in use. The O/I VGs take the appearance of 21st century NVGs (Night Vision Goggles), their appearance is not just for looks as the extra set of lenses on the goggles allows for superior field of vision. The goggles provide more vision rather than giving the user tunnel vision just by looking through the scope of sniper rifle. This prototype is meant to replace O/I optics often seen on marines and ODSTs.

The Freelancer-Hunter Armor, codename: "Project Shadow Wolf" was designed by Ash Church. The inside of the armour is built similar to an ODST battle dress uniform, containing a heating and cooling system. The outer layer of the undersuit is coated with a heat-resistant material the suit also doubles as a pressure suit to allow for extra-vehicular activity. The suit is layered with a lightweight variant of the ceramic-titanium armour plating used in M808 Main Battle Tanks. The armour's firmware was created by [REDACTED] and was designed to give the user the best possible advantage in fight. The armour can also interface with both Freelancer and Spartan ability modules.

History: Ash does not remember his mother, having died in the Great War when he was only two years old. Being raised by his elder sister, Rachel, since their grieving father was neglecting them because of his depression. So it was up Rachel to raise the boy with her being the only link to their mother that Ash can properly remember. Years later, they had been split up because of their ages and joining the UNSC at different times. Falling out of contact and not knowing the fates of each other.
