Age 18

"I'm so proud of you!" Mom cried as she crushed me in her hug.

Yeah. I just graduated from high school, and in a few months, I'll be off to college.

"I couldn't have done it without Kathy." I said and shot my girlfriend a wink over mom's shoulder. Kathy shakes her head but smiles nonetheless. Until her attention is drawn by her 1-year-old nephew. Seth. Yup, ever since the night we shared our first kiss, we became boyfriend and girlfriend, and it turns out that Lizzy was pregnant. She had us all freaked out and kept fearing that if she kept the baby, it would ruin her and Tommy's futures. She cried so much, thinking that he was going to break up with her and that she would have to get an abortion.

Well, she was so wrong. Tommy begged her to keep their baby and promised that they would stick together through it. Mom and dad were pissed but soon enough forgave them as long as they made sure they had their futures secured. Tommy's parents were overjoyed that they were going to be grandparents. Though 6-year-old Emma was jealous that all the love and attention was given to baby Seth.

But little bratty Emma ended up adoring him just as much, if not more, than all of us. She's a good aunt.

Lizzy's a good mom, too, but she kind of got depressed after giving birth to Seth, but Thomas helped her through it. Couple goals, am I, right?

Today was not only the day Kathy and I graduated from high school. Nope, Thomas just had to steal the show by proposing to Lizzy, and guess what? She said yes!

I'm happy for them.

I haven't seen my sister this happy in a while.

I walk my way over to Kathy and her family. They congratulated us one last time before giving us some privacy.

"Hey, beautiful."I grin as I place my hands on her waist, pulling her to me. "I love you."

" Hey, handsome."She giggles as she wraps her arms around my neck. I'm taller than her, so she has to make a little effort to kiss me by standing on her tiptoes. She's so adorable."I love you more."

I whimper playfully when she pulls away from our kiss. Her green eyes lit bright as she stared into my brown eyes. I hope our kids end up having green eyes like hers.

"We're so lame." I blurt out before I said something about us having kids and end up scaring her away.

Kathy grins like a dork, "We're lamely in love." She points out before taking my hand in her smaller one.

"It feels so surreal, you know? We're finally done with high school, and Lizzy and Thomas are engaged. I'm in a relationship with my best friend.."

"Yeah, everything feels, right." She says, placing a kiss on my cheek as we continue our stroll to my car.

Once we reach the car, my head starts feeling dizzy. I've always had these random moments where I'm suddenly so dizzy that it takes me a couple of minutes to stop it. And usually, right after I do, I'd get these horrible headaches.

"Hey Kathy, do you mind driving? I'm kinda feeling lightheaded." I say, blinking rapidly to stop the spinning only for it to get worse and the most painful headache ever started.

"Are you okay?" I hear her worried words, but they sound so far away... And the next thing I know is that I'm falling.
