A few days Later - Anna's POV

I stop in a tree near the Konoha gates, a weird ominous chill goes through the air.

I turn in the direction of the north, its too ominous.

"Anna?" Lee asks confused as he jumps back to me.

"There's a weird ominous chill in the air." I say and Lee hums. "I won't worry about that now. Whatever happens will happen." I say after a minute.

"Right! Let's go report our mission!" Lee proclaims and I hum.

We head to the Leaf Village and me and Lee go to the Hokage office.

A Few Days Later

"Anna!" Tsunade yells as I walk into her office, yawning, and I mean, literally walking into her office, hitting the door and then the wall.

I feel the wall and I walk normally into her office like normal people. "Its like, early, I think. So why am I here?" I ask Tsunade.

"Anna its noon." Tsunade says to me.

"Oh." Is all I say, unimpressed.

I sense Neji walk into the office behind me, he seems awake.

He puts his hand on my shoulder to let me know how close he is to me, and then takes it off. "You seem like you just woke up and got dressed." Neji comments in a mock tone.

I snort. "Fuck off." I say to him.

Neji chuckles amused.

"You two are heading to the sand village, Neji, you'll be teaching the brats since Anna made it clear last time that she had a hard time trying to be a teacher and act civil." Tsunade starts amused.

I roll my eyes. "That wasn't it. I almost died in my sleep that week. And it didn't help that I had to teach brats of all people." I say as I cross my arms over my chest.

"You can't handle children?" Neji asks me amused.

I know where he's going with this. "You fuck." I say to him.

"I mean, I would have thought, since your childish attitude never shuts off, that you and children would get along." Neji continues.

I turn my head in his direction, making it known I did not find that amusing as I sense mockery from him.

"And Anna, since Kankuro and Temari are leaving when you two get there, Gaara has requested a body guard as well." Tsunade says to me amused.

"That was with out a doubt, Temari's idea." I say and Neji nods.

Tsunade laughs. "You two better be gone in half an hour." Tsunade says to us.

"Yes Ma'am." Neji says to me.

I mock say that to Tsunade, who gets pissed.

"Come on and stop getting into trouble." Neji says as he pushes me out the door.

I huff but I go grab my bag from my house and then I head to the village gates, having already memorized the leaf village.

I sense Neji get here after a bit and we set off.

It takes us a few days to get there.

"A two man team this time Anna?" Baki asks surprised.

"Hello to you too Baki." I say and I sense Gaara nearby, however his chakra sand is spread out everywhere, putting my senses off by a lot. "Gaara, I know your here, your chakra is everywhere." I say to him.

I sense him appear before me.

"How?" Neji asks me.

"His sand is spread out, and I can sense chakra's, well that sand has his chakra, it put me off." I say to Neji.

"Its good to see you Anna." Gaara says to me.

I smile. "I can't see you." I say and I sense a warmness from him as I hear a quiet rumble in his throat.

My heart skips a beat and Neji clears his throat.

"Hello Lord Kazekage." Neji says to him as I sense Neji bow in respect.

"Neji Hyuga." Gaara greets back.

I feel death glares on me and I try to pin point them, but there's too many. "Why do your fan girls hate me?" I ask Gaara who looks at me amused.

"Be nice Anna." Gaara says to me.

I snort. "What? I haven't done anything. I stepped two feet into the village, how does that warrent death glares?" I ask Gaara.

"They're still civilians, don't act rashly." Gaara says to me.

I grumble quietly.

I sense a mock joke coming from Neji, so I kick his shin, which stops him.

"So who has what job?" Gaara asks me.

"I have body guard and Neji has the brats." I say to Gaara who hums quietly.

"We should probably move away from the entrance now." Gaara says to us.

I nod and we head to the Kazekage office.

"Anna!" Kankuro says surprised as I walk straight into the wall without realizing where I was going.

I sigh. "This has been happening too much lately." I say and I walk into the office properly.

"That looked like it hurt." Kankuro says to me.

I shrug. "Its not ideal." I say to him.

"Which class am I teaching?" Neji asks.

"The same class that Anna taught last time." Gaara responds.

I snicker. "You'll have fun with them." I say to Neji.

I feel dread from him, but Kankuro takes him to the class.

I hug Gaara who in return hugs me tightly as well.

Gaara pulls back after a bit and I can feel my heart beating really fast.

I feel like I'm about to have a heart attack.

Me and Gaara talk for a while as I feel something weird inside me.

When we head back to his place, Gaara falls asleep and I head to Fox Canyon.

"Anna?" Legacy asks confused as I sit in front of her.

"I'm confused." I say to her.

I sense Legacy sit down and she wraps her tail around my wrist. "About what?" Legacy asks me.

"Gaara." I say as I put my head down.

"Go on." Legacy says to me.

I tell her about these feelings I keep feeling from myself and then the ones I feel from Gaara everyone once in a while.

Legacy ends up laughing when I finish. "Anna, what your feeling is typically what's called love." Legacy says to me.

I feel really shocked and surprised by that. "No, no, he's my friend." I say to Legacy who I feel amusement from.

"Sometimes that the best place to start. Anna, I want you to think about Gaara, then I want you to think about Neji," Legacy starts and I do as she tells me, I feel flittering things in my stomach and my heart starts to race when I think about Gaara. Then when I think about Neji, I feel totally normal and a little irritated. "What was the difference?" Legacy asks me.

"I don't really understand this, but Gaara makes my heart race and I feel a flity feeling inside me and I feel, sorta warm in my heart area. With Neji I just felt normal with a slightly irritated feeling." I say to Legacy.

Legacy hums. "You feel more than friendship with Gaara, Anna." Legacy says to me. "Tell me what you feel when your around him." Legacy says to me.

I sigh quietly as I think. "Safe, comfortable, warm and happy?" I say to Legacy, a but confused.

I sense amusement from Legacy ask she hums. "Head back Anna, you have to be there until your mission is over, we can talk more after." Legacy says to me.

I hum. "Ok." I say and I get up.

I teleport back to the sand, onto the roof of Gaara's place.

I sit down, sensing no one around.

I relax and then after a few minutes, Gaara joins me. "Can't sit inside?" Gaara asks me, slightly amused.

I shrug. "I could, I just don't quite feel like it." I say to him.

I sense Gaara move closer to me. "Is anyone after you this time?" Gaara asks me.

I shake my head. "Not that I'm aware of." I say and Gaara hums.

Gaara pulls me to him and I relax into his side, I feel warmth from his feelings and I have no idea what to do.

Over the week, I've been trying to figure out what Legacy told me, Neji has been having a rough time and I keep sensing what I'm feeling, from Gaara to me.

Temari and Kankuro get back from their mission, so now I get to help Neji.

"Thank god your coming with me today." Neji mutters as we walk towards the academy.

I laugh. "They're just sweet kids Neji." I say to him.

He scoffs.

We head up to the class while teachers greet me.

We get to the class and I open the door, stop the prank and I head inside.

"Anna-Sensei!" All the kids chorus surprised.

"So, you've been causing my partner, trouble." I say to them amused and they all gasp. "I just have to say, good job." I say and I sense Neji scowl at me. "Alright, where did you guys leave off last with your last teacher?" I ask as I sit on the teachers desk.

"The study of Shuriken and Kunai." Class pres says to me.

I nod. "So taking off from there, we're heading into wind weapons. Weapons you can basically only find in the Wind Country, and can only use with wind chakra." I say to everyone. "Neji, you want to read out of the book behind me, some wind weapons so I can explain them?" I ask Neji.

"Fine." He says and he takes the book and I hear paper being flipped. "Wind Fan." Neji says to me.

"Isn't that where you use wind chakra to control it?" A student asks me.

"Almost correct. You have to have a strong affinity for fans, there are many sizes, I have one in my pocket that I use every once in a while. While as Temari, has a huge fan she carries on her back." I say to students and I continue talking about this particular weapon and its history.

"You learned all this from Tenten, didn't you?" Neji asks me when the kids break for lunch.

"Oh yeah." I say and he sighs.

When the kids come back, we continue to talk about more wind weapons and when the school day is over, the kids leave and Neji goes to get food.

I sit on the desk, plotting tomorrows lesson.

I sense Gaara on the window sill and I look up in his general direction. "How long do you plan to sit there and watch me?" I ask Gaara amused.

"Just until you finished planning tomorrows lesson." Gaara says to me as I sense him get up.

I smile slightly and I hear him walk over to me.

"Those kids respect you." Gaara says as he stands next to the desk and I hear him write something on the chalk board behind me.

"What are you writing on the chalk board Gaara?" I ask him.

"Your name, teachers usually have their names on their boards." Gaara says to me.

"Thank you." I say to him with a smile.

Gaara hums.

I decide I've finished my work for today and Gaara helps me off the desk even though he didn't have too.

"Done?" Gaara asks me.

"For today." I say to Gaara who hums and we head home.

I make dinner while Gaara watches.

"That looks good." Gaara says over my shoulder and I push his face away and I hear him chuckle amused.

I finish and I put the food out and I sit down to eat after serving myself some.

I sense Gaara sit across from me and I eat while talking with him.

Temari and Kankuro get here and they get food and sit down too.

Neji finally gets here as Kankuro jokes around.

"Sit down Neji." I say to him.

I sense disgust from him. "Why?" Neji asks me.

"Because its polite." I say to Neji.

He ends up sitting down.

"She has got you on a leash." Kankuro says to Neji.

Neji scoffs. "Its just because she would have those kids attack me tomorrow." Neji says annoyed.

"Those kids love you, don't they?" Temari asks me.

"Considering they listen to her when she's talking and they're far more respectful to her than they were to me, I'd have to say yeah, yeah they do." Neji says annoyed by that too.

I look at Neji amused. "I think she asked me Neji." I say to him and Neji scoffs at me. "You jerk." I say and I continue to ignore him as me and Temari talk to each other.

Neji gets up and I look at him out of the corner of my eye, knowing he's not going anywhere, he just wants to tick me off, like usual.

"Sit your ass down Neji." I say calmly.

I hear Kankuro choke and I sense amusement from Gaara while Temari just sighs.

"I don't have to listen to you." Neji says to me.

I just decide to ignore him now.

I finish my dinner as Neji continues to poke my patience, I just act like he isn't there and Kankuro finds it hilarious.

I gather plates and I go wash dishes as Temari puts leftovers away.

"Dinner was amazing Anna." Gaara says to me.

I nod with a smile. "Thank you." I say to him.

I head up the roof as everyone settles down for the night.

I sit down and I try to imagine what the sand village looks like.

I feel something wrap around my shoulders and I touch it to feel a cloak.

"Usually its warm out here, but its actually slightly cooler tonight." Gaara says as he sits next to me.

I smile. "Thank you Gaara." I say to him.

Gaara hums quietly. "You should sleep, no one can hurt you here." Gaara says to me.

I shrug. "I know, but before that, can you, describe the stars for me?" I ask Gaara.

I hear Gaara chuckle quietly. "Of course Anna." Gaara says to me and he starts describing the stars to me, and I don't quite understand, but it paints a nice picture in my head.

I lay across his lap as he continues to describe to me what the village looks like and he lightly runs his fingers through my hair, relaxing me.

When Gaara finishes, I tell him of some adventures I've had, I'm drowsy while talking about them, but that's when I tell stories the best, according to Naruto.

"And then I crashed into a tree, falling off the bull." I say and Gaara chuckles. "I don't think the bull liked it when the guy slapped his ass." I say and I yawn.

"You seem to have a lot of fun." Gaara says to me and I sense warmth, its, like a shiny warmth, I don't know what it is.

I nod. "You know, I was talking with Legacy, about these weird feelings that I've been feeling around you lately." I started and I sense slight curiousness from Gaara.

"Tell me about them." Gaara says to me.

I rest my hands on my stomach. "My hearts been racing, and I keep feeling this warm happy feeling come from there that spreads through my entire body. When I see you after being away for a while, I feel this flittery feeling in my stomach. Occasionally my face will heat up, like when I'm embarrassed, but I never feel embarrassed, its, its like, ugh, words don't work." I say and Gaara hums.

"Words don't work?" Gaara asks me.

"I can't describe it, its like, its a warm feeling, but its also not exactly that either. Like I said, words don't work." I say to Gaara with a sigh. "And I can never seem to get you out of my head when I have free time for anything." I say to Gaara.

He hums as he continues running his fingers through my hair. "What did Legacy say about this?" Gaara asks and I can feel hope from him.

I smile. "She said I was falling in love with you." I say to Gaara. "She said we'd talk more after my mission to teach the kids was over. But I've spent my free time trying to figure out what that meant for the past week." I say to Gaara thoughtfully.

"What did you come up?" Gaara asks me.

I bite my lip for a moment and I start to feel a warm feeling in my stomach. "Well, I feel scared about it and I'm not really sure what to do, but I guess I told you despite that." I say with a nervous smile.

Gaara is quite for a long time I get worried.
