Emo girl and Surfer boy

Okay, so this title is a little hmm, like I think it sounds extreemely cliche, but that's what came to my mind first and I'm not ready to give that thought up!1!!

Have fun, the male main character is looking a little like Zac Efron in my head, but let him be your own imagination!

She smiled under her huge hat and the dark sunglasses hiding her face. "I'll be back", he said and saluted before running off into the ocean. He laid himself down on the board and started crawling further outwards. Of course, she was a little scared for him every time. But her trust was bigger. He knew what he was doing, he was a professional and she believed in him more than anything. Her beach dress was waving in the wind and she crossed her arms because of the breeze coming along with it. She watched him getting up and gracefully riding the waves like they were a part of him. He'd discovered his passion just three years ago. Where they both were brought up – the middle of the United States – there were no waves, no beach to tan on, no sand to run through their fingers. She never minded, but when the call of the ocean became too strong for him, she gladly followed him moving to the sunnier west coast. He fell. To let her know he was okay he waved with his strong arms. She was sure he was smiling right now. Sometimes she believed he was born for the sea. They had known each other since they were kids. They would ask their mothers to invite the other family over for dinner, asked to do a sleepover, sat on their rooftops in the middle of the night when they were teens. She waved back. Went on parties together, fought, got along again, cried. People told them that they were too different. Maybe they were. But they were best friends. And so much more. He came back, a lot less filled up with energy than before, but visibly happy. His hair was all wet and hanging into his face. He shook it to put it out of the way, then he came closer, still a little out of breath, and gently placed his hands on her elbows. "Honeybee, you should put this away and get some sun", he said, attempting to take the hat off her head. She stopped him by grabbing his wrist tightly. "I'll only get sunburnt", she resisted. Laughing, he backed off. "Of course you will, if you never expose yourself to the sun." "Oh come on", she shrugged playfully, moments before he pulled her into a brief kiss. "How are the waves?" He placed a still a little wet arm around her shoulders and turned her to face the water. "It's incredible. I'm glad I could make it today." "I'm glad too", she grinned and kissed his cheek quickly. "You're the bestest, it's not even fair towards all the others", he chuckled, kissing her once again, this time with the passion only two loving people can have.
