    My heart nearly stopped when I saw the amount of menos grande. Squad men around me started to panic as confidence washed away in waves of fear.

  "Do not back down!! We will not let them win!! We are squad 0 after all!!" I yelled and everyone raised their swords and called out battle cries.

  I quickly flashed at one and cut it's mask. I yelped in surprise when my sword just bounced off the mask. Squad men around also had the same reaction as their swords bounced off the mask.

What the??

  I got into a fighting stance and held Suki in the air and pointed Chiku towards the earth.

  "Thunderous sky's and shaking earth, rage and anger, Suki and Chiku!" I yelled as they disappeared from eyesight.

  The hollows turned towards me as they sensed my spiritual pressure. Their screams filled the air in hunger and stared to walk towards me.

   "You've pissed off the wrong captain" I said as I swiftly made a slicing gesture with my hands.

  The hollows masks shattered and they were cut to pieces. Everyone looked at me in awe and pride.

   "That's our captain alright." I heard someone whisper.

  I smiled and Chiku and Suki appeared in my hands. I put them back in their sheaths with a thanks. I turned around before opening my mouth to speak.

*wait something is wrong*

  I was really surprised when Suki spoke. She was more of the quiet type. My mouth hung open before it hit. A bright light blinded everyone as they all yelled out in pain. There were explosions to my left and I was blown away from the impact.

      I laid on the ground unable to move for a while. My ears were ringing and I could barely breathe. I forced my aching body up and looked around. They buildings were all on fire and squad men lay dead in some places.

    I got but was swiftly hit away by an unknown force. I crashed into a building and was deeply cut in my side. I cried out in pain but continued to stand up and fight.

What do I do?

  When I blinked I could see something that I didn't before. There was a barrier around the squad that was trapping the hell butterflies inside. There was also menos grade everywhere but no one else could see them.

  Can I use Shikai?

~We can do it one more time but be careful hima~

    I once again used shikai and slashed menos grade. Tons of menos destroyed the buildings with the barrier which was only squad zero.

   I need to destroy that barrier.

  I quickly flashed out of the way as a menos had swiftly tried to hit me. I slashed his mask in half before thinking about a solution.

  Chiku what if I hit it with my spiritual pressure.

  I simply nodded before getting ready. I raised both Chiku and Suki towards the barrier. I then started to break the seal on my spiritual pressure.

  "Unleash thy barrier on thy power!" I yelled before waves of bright yellow spiritual pressure exploded out of my body.

  The beam hit the barrier causing it to crack slightly. I poured more of my spiritual pressure out and it started to seep through.

A little more....

  I screamed as more came out causing the barrier to shatter. Immediately my spiritual pressure went away and I was panting heavily. I grabbed a hell butterfly and spoke a message in it as Menos stared to close in on the squad. Then I collapsed on the ground in pain.

  I can't go any further..

*Shunsei POV*

   I walked back to my squad and came across lieutenant Aizen.

   "Good evening lieutenant" I called out with a smile.

  He turned to me and smiled back.

  "Good evening captain" he said before disappearing around a corner.

  I then decided to stop by Jushiro's and say hi. As I walked to his office I hummed a sweet song that was stuck in my head.

   Hmm I wonder if Hima-Chan listened to my instructions. She seemed troubled about something. Probably just worrying about her brother.

  I knocked on Jushiro's door before entering.

   "Hey Jushiro how's it going?" I said before getting comfortable on the couch.

   "Good, what about you?" He said with a small smile.

  "Great. Just been waking around for a while." I replied while leaning back in the couch and sighing.

   "Well something seems to be bothering you." He said with worry in his eye.

   I sighed and tilted my hat up.

   "It's Hima. She seemed troubled and definitely tired." I said as I thought about the look on her face.

   Something felt wrong but I couldn't quite pin point it.

   "Maybe she's been working to hard again." He said with a sad smile.

  We sat and talked about random things for a little bit before a hell butterfly flew in.

"This is captain Himawari Hirako. Please..if you're there get help and backup..squad fourteen is under attack...*hollow roar*....I don't Know how much longer I can hold...out..ple..ase..hur..ry...."

  My mouth hung open in surprise as Jushiro and I exchanged a look.

   "I'm going. You stay here." I said while jumping up.

  "No, I'm coming with. Hima is in trouble and needs as much help as possible." He said while jumping up as well.

     I just nodded and we flashed towards the squad 14 barracks. Since Jushiro is squad 13 we were rather close and appeared right away. My jaw dropped at the amount of menos grande.

  Other captains and lieutenants appeared and we all unsheathed our swords.

  Where is Hima?

   I think Jushiro was thinking the same thing because he was scanning the area for something.

   "CAPTAIN!!" Lieutenant Shikane screamed as we saw her and Hima being held in hollows hands.

  Hima's head was limp and she wasn't moving while Shikane was struggling. The hollow was about to eat Shikane when a bright light flew at the hand and cut through it. Shikane started to fall to the ground. I noticed that Hima had suddenly disappeared from the other hand.

   I was about to catch Shikane when a flash of yellow caught her instead. They landed in front of me and I was surprised to see it was Hima. I then noticed a huge gash on her back as blood soaked through her haori. She was trembling as she set Shikane down. Everyone was staring at her surprised.
      "What..are..you..guys...doing?..Attack..the..menos..bakas." she said in between painful breathes as she turned towards us.

  I gasped in shock. He hair had a lot of blood caked in it. There was a scratch on her cheek and right above her eye. Blood dripped down her face as I noticed that there were scratches everywhere on her body.

  "Hai!!!" Everyone yelled as they jumped at the menos.

"Use your shikai!!" Hima yelled out while flashing around putting out fires.

  Many menos swiped at me but I just got out my shikai and cut them down. Everyone around me did the same and we all cut down hollow after hollow. It took 30 minutes of constant killing to finally be done. Everyone flashed down to a clearing.

  I noticed Shikane looked distressed.

  "What's wrong?" I said while putting my hand on her shoulder gently.

   "Where's captain?" She asked as she seemed to look around.

  I also looked around and noticed the blonde was missing. Before I was going to speak up, Unohana appeared with a small bundle of a captain in her arms. Everyone rushed over.

"Is she alright?" I asked worriedly.

"She's in serious condition. I'm going to need to rush her to my squad right away. You can come Shikane." Unohana said before flashing away.

  Shikane immediately started towards squad four. I also started flashing towards squad four and appeared beside them. I looked down at Hima in worry. She looked really pale and frail. She also looked younger than usual.

   "She seems to be in a coma right now. Her spiritual pressure is almost zero and she has lost way too much blood." Unohana said as she started to work on Hima's open wounds.

   "I'll do my best but it's up to her." She said gravely as we all glanced at the seemingly powerless child.

"She's strong, she'll pull through." I assured as I started toward my squad.

"Inform me when she wakes up alright." I said before walking away.
