Chapter 6:

While Boulder deals with Kyle...oh Kyle...let's leave them and see what our little Giggles is up to.

She was happy as she made her way through the hallway. Such joy made each of her steps seem like a bounce and her ponytail swayed left and right. She couldn't contain her smile and waved at many of the students whom she passed by.

She spotted something in the distance. Tall with smooth black hair.

Giggles: (shouted) MATT!!!!!

As she saw how he turned around, she waved at him excitedly. She could see his drastic change in stance as he quickly picked up his pace.

Giggles: Hey!!! Wait up!!!

Giggles tried her best to keep up with him. He swerved left and right. Zig-zagging across the students. Sadly Giggles is quite short, causing soon to lose him among the sea of teenagers. She sighed in defeat and pouted.

Meanwhile, Matthew had turned a corner and was pressing himself against the wall to not be seen. He sighed in relief after being sure he was free from her and delaying his torture.

Giggles remained in the hallway, still looking around for him. Many of the students have already entered their classrooms.

Giggles: I can't believe I lost him! (Pouts) Maybe he's already in class. (Smiles)

As she happily headed towards her chemistry class, she was stopped by two quite tall girls. A red head and a blonde, both with similar extravagant clothing. They looked at Giggles and equally smirked.

Giggles: May I help you? (Smiles)

Red: No, but you sure could use some.

Giggles scrunched her eyebrows together in confusion at the two girls who were laughing in front of her.

Giggles: Excuse me?...

Blonde: You heard her. (steps closer) Tell me, how does it feel to be the pathetic one out of the three?

Giggles: Look...I'm on my way to meet someone, which makes me too happy to hardly care what you two say. I'd love to hear your envious thoughts of me, really I would, but I'm in a bit of a hurry. Can you both save them for later? I'd really appreciate it.

The red head raised an eyebrow as the blonde scoffed. Giggles tried walking around them, but was quickly blocked. Giggles grunted.

Giggles: Please move!

Red: Or what?

The red head placed herself inches in front of Giggles, causing her to retread slightly in need of personal space.

She shoved Giggles.

Red: What are you gonna do? (Shove) What CAN you do? Your bodyguards aren't here to protect you. (Shove) Without them, what are you? (Shove)

She repeatedly shoved Giggles back. Making her stumble, but catching herself each time. Giggles looked down, thinking of what to say. What would her twin and friend do in a situation like this? If they were to come right now and see what these two are doing, there'd be 20 paramedics in the parking lot 10 seconds ago.

Blonde: (laughs) Meg! Unbelievable how the pathetic one looks slightly better than the other two! Those two are HIDEOUS! (laughs) They look like gorillas!

The blonde's laughter was quickly cut off by a shove from Giggles, who quickly turned angry by the comparison of her two important people. The blonde almost met the floor.

Blonde: You b*tch!

The red head raised an open hand, clearly aiming for Giggle's face, until it was stopped mid-way.

Matthew: What seems to be going on here?

Red head turned alarmed seeing his hand tightly grip her wrist. Giggles eyes went wide, blonde was shocked by the sudden appearance of a hottie.

Blonde: (giggles) Oh nothing...just teaching this wannabe a lesson.

Suddenly, Matthew laughed at this, which startled them.

Matthew: First of all, your not qualified at all to teach anyone or anything. It seems your brain is only there for decoration. (Drops red's wrist) The only probable thing you might be good at is in bed. (looks at them) On second thought, scratch that, neither of you look pleasing enough.

Both girl's jaws dropped to the floor. Giggles covered her mouth, shocked and amazed. The two girls stormed away, angry and embarrassed. Once they were gone from sight, Matthew started walking towards his classroom. Giggles snapped out of her admiring state and quickly followed him.

As they took their seat next to each other, Giggles couldn't stop staring at Matthew.

Matthew pointed forward.

Matthew: The teacher is over there.

Giggles had a huge wide smile that couldn't disappear.

Giggles: Matt!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Matthew: It never happened.

Giggles: I can't wait to tell Iceberg and Boulder!!!

Matthew: Do you ever listen to anyone?

Giggles: Hey! You three are really close right? We should all get together!

Matthew: Why?

Giggles: To know one another! They seem quite interested in my girls...

Matthew: What are you cupid?

No reply. Matthew surprised but too happy to stop it, paid full attention to the teacher who was explaining the chemical experiment they are about to realize. A simple mix of chemical reaction between the two that were on their table.

The teacher was approaching their table. He glanced at his side, discovering Giggles with a cellphone on her hands, texting. Soon, she shut it off and placed it back in her backpack.

As they received their instructions and understood, the teacher left.

Giggles: Do you want to do it Matt?

Matthew: I honestly don't give a-

Giggles: Ooookay! I'll do it then.

Giggles grabbed one of the chemical filled tubes and began to slowly pour it's content into the other.

Giggles: Wait...how much was it?

Matthew prompt an elbow up on the table holding his face in his hand as he stared forward, not caring.

Matthew: Half.

Giggles: Are you sure? I think she said all.

Matthew: No. Half.

Giggles: I'm pretty sure I heard her say all.

Matthew: HALF.

Giggles: She said...

As Matthew nonchalantly glanced her way, his eyes widened as she emptied the tube and the mixture's color was not the indicated one. Smoke began to come out of the tube.

Matthew: SH*T

KABOOM!

The classroom was soon filled with smoke and the sound of students coughing and surprised screams. The fire sprinklers turned on. Everything was wet and the floor was now slightly flooded.

Giggles was pinned against the wall by Matthew, whom reacted quickly realizing the outcome and had shielded her in time from the minor explosion. She looked at him in shock. Both soaking wet.

Teacher: Is everyone alright???

Student: Who did that!?!?

Matthew scowled at Giggles and turned around. Then pointed at her.

Matthew: "Damn Bobble-head."
