Lihua clearly wanted to rub it in her face that when Takeshi was with her, he didn't want to touch her because she was a Lady.  But with a common girl, like Lihua.  He treated Lihua differently and constantly had sex with her.  Not only just sex, but consistently, mind blowing sex.  That he gave Lihua something that he never gave Akira, who was his friend and former love interest.  

The statement Lihua clearly pushed Akira over the edge as Akira took several steps forward and lifted her hand up to slap Lihua.  Lihua didn't move, she could have dodged the slow moving hand, however she kept still as the slap made contact with her face.  As she fell, the same moment her snake struck.  It unleashed itself from the table and made contact with Akira's ankle, pushing its poison into the bite.  

In the heat of the moment, her anger and her adrenaline pumped through her body, making it hard for her to think straight that she didn't even feel the snake bite.  When Lihua fell, her snake stayed under Akira's dress waiting for Lihua's command.  

"What are you doing?!"  King Nao yelled as he and Takeshi ran towards them.  With everyone's attention distracted by the King and Hell King,  Lihua called her snake back into her hand.  It slithered out from under Akira's dress and back to her place on Lihua's body.  

Takeshi reached the pavilion first and rushed towards Lihua.  He bent down and helped her up as his hand reached under the veil and cupped her cheek.  

"Are you okay?"  Takeshi asked worriedly.  

Lihua nodded yes and stepped closer to him as she buried herself into his chest.  

King Nao reached Akira and pulled on her arm.  

"Why did you hit her?"  King Nao yelled.  "She is Takeshi's savior and you hit her?"  

"I...I was wronged."  Akira cried out in pain from the hold he had on her.  "She wronged me so I taught her a lesson."  

"Wronged you?  In what way?"  King Nao asks.  

"It... It's not words a Lady can say."  Akira said as big tears drops fall down her face.  

"If you cannot say, than how do you justify you raising your hand against her?"  

Akira cried out louder "Please, my King.  You're hurting me."  

"Hurting you?  You belong to this King and you dare speak back to this King?"  King Nao squeezed his hand tighter.  "I as your King, now have to pay reparations for your insult to King Takeshi and his future wife, MY future sister-in-law!"  

"It is this servant's fault."  Lihua said weakly.  "This servant only told Lady Akira about how happy Takeshi made me and this servant must have said something to upset Lady Akira.  It is this servant's fault for angering Lady Akria."  

Upon hearing her words, King Nao became even more angry.  However Akira's face turned red to white to black then back to red.  How could the little chit pretend what she said to Akria was something so simple and pure, when the words she said to Akria were words only said behind closed doors?  

How could a Lady talk about sex so openly like a commoner  such as Lihua, without shame and propriety?   How can she, a Lady clear herself in front of the situation, the King and Takeshi without talking the truth?  She had to tell the truth so they can understand why she hit Lihua. 

"My King, please hear this concubine before you make a judgement. This Lady will tell you words that a Lady should never repeat in public, but this Lady has been wronged, so this Lady will forgo propriety and tell you the words that were said between Miss Lihua and myself."  Lihua implored.  "Miss Lihua told this Lady about the intimacy between Miss Lihua and King Takeshi.  Her words were not fit for this Lady, so this Lady took matters into my own hands and taught her a lesson."   

King Nao raised his eyebrow at his brother, but he had his cold mask on.  He couldn't tell what Takeshi was thinking.  

"This servant admits to taking about the intimacy between this servant and King Takeshi, however this servant thought that since this servant is going to marry King Takeshi soon, this servant presumed that this servant could treat Lady Akira with a sisterly bond and ask her about the intimacy between a man and a woman.  This servant never knew this servant's mother, so this servant is ignorant of what happened between a man and a woman.  It is this servant's fault for presuming too much and asked to Lady Akira's help.  This servant deserved to get hit by Lady Akira for talking improperly to her."  Lihua pleaded.  "You must not punish Lady Akira, it is this servant's fault for not knowing better." 

"Foolish child.  No need to ask others for information about the intimacy between a man and a woman.  This King will teach you everything you need to know."  Takeshi said as he wrapped himself closer to her.  

"This King must ask for Miss Lihua's forgiveness, on behalf of Lady Akira.  It is this King's fault for not teaching her better."  King Nao said.  "This King will make sure that Lady Akira is punished for hitting this King's brother's savior.  This King will pay you reparations for the insult Lady Akira caused to you.  It is not your fault that you are an innocent and do not know any better.  Lady Akira should have used her words and not her hands to teach you."  

"I don't feel too well, Takeshi."  Lihua said softly.  

"Take your savior home and make sure she is okay.  If she isn't by tomorrow, I will send an imperial doctor to you."  King Nao said. 

"This King will leave first."  Takeshi said as both of them leave the gazebo.  Lihua leaned into Takeshi and let him hold her to his body as they leave the palace.  King Nao and Lady Akira watch the couple leave the garden, then King Nao pulled Lady Akira towards the Back Palace, towards Lady Akira's courtyard, Heavenly Autumn Rise Courtyard.
