They all cried that night as they hugged each other.  Lihua kept petting her grandchildren's hands as they talked to her about their life.  Lihua would sit and listen like she use to and held on to their hands, giving them advice and laughed along with them.  After awhile, Lihua noticed the awkward atmosphere between Thorin and Takeshi. 

"You guys aren't going to fight are you?"  Lihua questioned them.  

Thorin didn't like the idea that he had a new "Father." Even if that "Father" was the Godly Hell King himself.  His mother was always someone who didn't need a strong man by her side to live a full life.  When his father died, she remained a widow until her dying day.  But to now have someone that his mother loved and was married to, he already had a hard time accepting the situation, let alone accepting a new "Father".  Especially someone who's younger than him.

"I don't expect you to call me Father."  Takeshi said.  "You can keep addressing me as before."  

Thorin sighed with relief.  Calling Lady Lihua mother was hard on him enough.  Although her soul was his mother, she looked not even 20 years old.  

Takeshi smiled.  "I think it best if you would call my Lady Wife, Lady Lihua in public.  And should you find yourself in private with her, you may call her as you see fit."  

"I think so too."  Thorin said as he turned to everyone.  "We should keep calling Lady Lihua by her title.  She still has a mission to finish.  And we must keep her identity a secret from outsiders.  I will call a family meeting once we're back at Bido Kingdom and explain to them this fortuitous event."

"I'm just glad we have you back."  Chiyo said as she leaned into Lihua's embrace.  "I'm glad you're here with me, during this time of hardship."  

"Don't worry, my dear girl."  Lihua said as she rubbed Chiyo's arm back and forth.  "We take care of our own."  

"Always."  Takao, Sora, and Dai said at the same time.  

"Always."  Lihua confirmed.

The next morning, everyone traveled North, hoping to meet up with Prince Haneul.  On their way, they ran into several problems.  First a nest of wasps attacked.  The wasps were the size of their fists and there were hundreds of them in the nest.  Lihua had to call out her phoenix and dragon to set fire to the wasps and to their nest, burning them away.  After the wasps were eliminated, Lihua had to cure the poison that ran rampant through out those that got stung by the wasps.  Luckily her phoenix and dragon didn't burn the medicinal herbs that was the cure that was located right beneath their hive.  

Lihua gathered enough medicinal plants and made a paste out of them before spreading the paste over the sting.  The medicinal paste would then in turn draw out the poison from the body on it's own.   Once everyone was treated, they again moved on with their plan, traveling North.  

The second time they stopped, they were surrounded by a clan of 300 ice hyenas.   They have directly walked into their den.  Her animals that scouted ahead didn't find any trace that it was their den until it was too late.  They have walked into the ice hyena's den long ago, but just didn't know it.  The hyenas were just waiting for an opportune time to attack and when they did, the ice hyenas had surrounded them completely.  

As Takeshi unleashed his powers on the pack, Lihua unleashed all of her animals to help fight the hyenas and guard her people's back.  She knew that without Takeshi's help and without the help from her dragon and phoenix, they would all have perished already.  They fought with the ice hyenas for a long time.  Fighting their way to the alpha hyena.  Once they kill the alpha they would have a easier time eliminating them in their confusion.  

It took a while before the female alpha showed herself.  She had to ensure the clans cubs were hidden away safely before she helped her clan members attack the intruders.  She watched as the puny humans and their animals fought her clan hyenas.  Teaming up to kill them one by one.  The dragon and phoenix flying above them wouldn't let any of her ice hyenas come close to the humans.  She yipped in anger, calling them all to fight.  They in turn yipped back as they jumped into the fray.  

As the clan of hyenas all pounced on to Lihua and her people, all they could do is fight those in front of them and watch as the ones who jumped on top of them,  descend down.  Their teeth showed, snarling as saliva whipped out through the side of their mouth.  

Seeing the situation, Takeshi unleashed his qi form his qi core and ignited a chain of fire.  The moment the qi fire touched a hyena, it caught fire immediately, then jumped on to the next hyena.  The chain of fire would last as long as Takeshi's qi.  As the chain of fire lit the hyenas who jumped on them, they fell like dead flies, falling straight down.  The group had to dodge the dead and burning hyenas.  

Upon seeing the lost of so many of her clan members, the alpha female called them all back.  Although the chances of the humans were slim in winning against them, she didn't want to risk anymore of her clan members just to kill a handful of humans.  She didn't expect the group of people to be so strong.  As quickly as the hyenas ambushed them, they too, retreated back quickly.

They quickly moved out of the hyenas territory before stopping to quickly patch up the wounded and then traveled North before stopping at the cliff side of a mountain.  As they rested and cultivated, it was then that Takeshi noticed that Lihua was injured.  She had bandaged the claw mark on her leg tightly with cloth to stop the bleeding.  

He felt angry with himself that he couldn't protect her nor did he notice her injury until now.  Feeling frustrated with himself, he took her away from the group to take care of her injury in private.  

As he cleaned the wound, he didn't speak to her as he was still angry at himself at not being able to protect her and his worry that she almost died and he didn't even notice.  Even with his Devil's Soldiers, they weren't able to protect her properly.  

Once he had cleaned the wound and put medicine on it and bandaged it, Lihua cupped his face and kissed his lips lightly.  She could feel his heavy mood cover over them as he saw her wound.
