On the fifth day of the Phantom Mirage Tournament, there were only 8 fighters left.  It was the last day of the Phantom Mirage Tournament to determine who became the top five best martial artist. 

From Cara Country, Takeshi and Lewis a mid Sky Bound Martial Stage fighter.  From Yukah Kingdom, Kazumi and Fumiko, both a mid Sky Bound Martial Stage fighter.  From Bido Kingdom, Takao and Sora, both had cultivated successfully to become a mid Sky Bound Martial Stage.  From Meya Country, Flora and from Codal Country, Sasha.  Both of them were also mid Sky Bound Martial Stage fighters. 

The first fight in the fourth round of the tournament was between Takeshi and Fumiko.  Fumiko, who had seen how ruthless Hell King is, stood up and conceded easily.  She didn't want to lose an eye nor get her tongue chopped in half.  It was her bad luck to get paired up with Hell King. 

Takao fought next, his opponent was Lewis from Cara Country.  Lewis, had been planted in the Phantom Mirage Tournament by Takeshi was ordered to let any Lei opponent from Bido Kingdom win.  Lewis had to make it look like their fight was plausible, before giving Takao the win by making a slight mistake and letting Takao take advantage of the situation.  Lewis, was the youngest Devil's Soldier in Takeshi's private soldiers.  At 23, he had the skills, determination and mindset to become a Devil's General.   He was also going to the Phantom Mirage as a hidden guard to protect Lady Lihua and the Lei family from Bido.  

Kazumi and Sora were called next to fight.  With Kazumi's ultimate fighting move activated, it caught Sora in a bind as well, even though he knew she would be using it, he still got caught in her trap.  And when he surrendered before she could reach him, she still attacked and like the last time.  A black qi shield had appeared and resisted every strike she through at it.  Her frustrations to not being able to penetrate through the black qi shield had her calling the referee to investigate who keeps on interfering on her fights.  

"I request a formal inquire on to the matter!"  Kazumi yelled at the referee.  

"Your request will be brought up with the Phantom Mirage Tournament Committee."  The referee said.  "In the mean time, Winner, Kazumi Reed of Yukah Kingdom."  

The last of the fourth round was between Meya Country's Fora and Codal Country's Codal.  The fight between the two were neck and neck.  Between the two, no one could tell who would win and who would lose.  In the end, after their qi had been depleted, their strength completely gone and injuries beyond their control.  They both conceded to a tie.  With their consciousness barely holding on, they were taken down from the stage by the doctors on standby.

For the fifth round, the only fight that was planned was between Takao and Kazumi, both parties conceded when it was announced that they would fight Takeshi.  Takeshi easily took first place, like everyone predicted, while the fight for second place commenced.  

When Kazumi stood in front of Takao, she held an evil smile on her face as she expected to have the same outcome as the other Lei Clan that she went up against.  

"You Lei Clan better not cheat again and have that black qi shield protect you when I kill you!"  Kazumi yelled as she pulled out her sword.  She prepared herself to make the same move.  

"Since you dare to try to kill my sister and cousin after they conceded, I will not hold back and strike back just as fierce."  Takao said as his sword flips out as well, preparing to block her qi pressure.  

"Ha!  Since you don't know you're place, I'll be the teacher to teach you a lesson, to not mess with Yukah Kingdom!"  Kazumi boasted.  

"You talk to much!" Takao sneered at her.  "Either fight or concede.  I don't have time to talk to a whore to Prince Aiguo."  

Kazumi screamed in anger.  How dare he accuse her of being Prince Aiguo's whore.  It was their honor to share his bed!  Kazumi activates her qi pressure and pushes it down towards on to Takao.  

Upon feeling the qi pressure, Takao breaks through it with his qi and rushes head on to Kazumi who had flown towards Takao.  Anticipating the move, Takao waited until they were close enough to unleash a close range attack using his five qi strike.  Five strikes headed towards Kazumi and as she blocked the first two strikes, the third, fourth and fifth strike hit her face, heart and abdomen.  Injuring and damaging her dantians.  Takao didn't give her time to speak as he slashes his sword in her face, cutting her beautiful face from her right eye down to he corner of her mouth.  

He ruined her beauty that she took great care of within a moment.  She screamed in frustration as she hacked and slashed back at Takao with anger.  There were no fighting tactics to her fighting back, it was just a frenzy attack of pure anger.  How could she share the same bed as Prince Aiguo now that her beauty has been ruined?  How could she be worth of even standing beside him and be next to his light?  

Takao, getting bored of the fight, pushes his qi forward and puts the pressure of his qi on to her, stopping her in her tracks.  This time, it was Kazumi who had stepped in Takao's trap.  As Takao flew towards Kazumi with his sword aimed for her heart, Kazumi surrendered.  

"I concede!"  Kazumi yelled.  

And just like Kazumi, he didn't plan on letting her go.  But to everyone's surprise, the black qi shield came up and blocked Takao's sword.  Not letting him kill Kazumi.  

Takao steps back and puts his sword away.  For some reason, who ever it was that shielded his sister and cousin also wanted to protect Kazumi.  What ever reason it may be, he had won second place for Bido Kingdom and was going to the Phantom Mirage.  

"Winner, Takao Lei of Bido Kingdom!"

In the Imperial box of the Cara Country, Takeshi had turned to whisper to Lihua.  

"Why'd you stop him?"  

"I don't want my grandson to dirty his hands.  It is this Grandma's responsibility to take care of the family."  Lihua whispered back.
