The battlefield was nothing more than ruins now. The ashes of war had settled, the air no longer thick with shadows. For the first time in what felt like an eternity, there was silence.

Jin stood at the edge of the destruction, his golden eyes scanning the horizon. Yoongi was gone. This time, for good.

Jungkook exhaled slowly, his hand gripping YN’s as if grounding himself in her presence. Beside them, Taehyung’s grip tightened around her waist, his warmth a silent promise.

“It’s over,” Jungkook finally murmured.

YN didn’t answer immediately. Instead, she turned her face toward the rising sun. For so long, all she had known was darkness, battle, and survival. Now… what was left?

Taehyung must have sensed the shift in her thoughts, because his voice was soft when he spoke. “We leave.”

Jin turned to him. “Where?”

“Anywhere but here,” Taehyung said simply, his thumb brushing over YN’s hand. “Somewhere we can start again.”

Jungkook met Taehyung’s gaze, something unspoken passing between them. A new life. A new beginning.

YN swallowed, her voice barely above a whisper. “What if we don’t know how to start again?”

Jungkook turned to her, his fingers brushing against her cheek. His touch was featherlight, but it burned. “Then we’ll figure it out. Together.”

Taehyung’s arms wrapped around her from behind, his breath warm against her ear. “No more battles. No more running. Just us.”

YN closed her eyes, letting the warmth of their presence sink in. For the first time in what felt like lifetimes, she felt… safe.

Jin watched them for a moment before exhaling. “Then go,” he said, a small, knowing smile on his lips.

Jungkook smirked. “You won’t miss us?”

Jin scoffed. “Not even a little.” But his eyes told another story.

As the sun bathed the ruins in gold, Taehyung took YN’s hand. Jungkook stood on her other side.

And without looking back, they stepped toward their new beginning.
