*AT CAFE LAMENT*

The bustle of people screaming, chatting and moving along the cafe was putting me a little anxious... Especially since I was the only human in it.
Stares here and there of a bunch of perhaps hungry demons placed my nerves on end.
Only after some time, the oranged hair demon in front of me snapped me back to the reason why I was here in the first place.

Me: Sorry Beel... I kind of... Got distracted...

*I scooped one last bite of the frozen coffee he had bought for us two, as surprising as it may sound, to share.*

He remained eyeing me. Looking for whatever was making me fidget in my chair.

Beel:...*Looking around for the source in my change of attitude*

He then took the last cherry that was left of the drink and without the stem popped it in his mouth and kissed me in front of everyone.

Gasps could be heard and snikers emerged.

Stranger: I bet he'll eat her up... That restrain of his can't last forever. With that sweet pure soul... Delicious...

I tried to pull away but was restrained by Beel's strong grip.

Once he pulled away, a sweet taste lingered in my mouth.

Hot faced I covered my face.

Me: Why... How can you do this in front of people?!

Beel: Forget about them. You and I...You are the only thing I think about. The hunger I once had has been quenched each passing day I spend with you... I would eat and never feel like I feel now... Your existence is all I want...

I smiled at his words just thinking how much can one care for another that they would even go against their own nature...
