HOUSE OF LAMENTATION
Mammon was hanging from his legs, upside down, whimpering while cursing at the two-black ghostly like "things" behind Lucifer's imponent figure. He didn't look happy. He mostly never was but this time around he was ready to destroy whoever was in front of him. Eyes glowing dangerously red, fangs out, ready to rip out a neck by just a bite. His energy sipped through his body and encircled Mammon's throat, squeezing hard enough to pull out from the other demon's throat a yelp of pain.
Mammon,
"Lu...Lucifer can we just... TALK?! You can't be serious in killing your own brother! If you just listen to me!"
Asmodeous walked further in front.
"Shut up Mammon! We've had enough of your yapping!"
Levi came up next.
"You... You scumbag... We should just end you now. You are nothing but trouble. ALWAYS!"
Belphie slapped Mammon across the face, making him swing back and forth.
Mammon yelled,
"OW! What the Hell do you do that for?!"
Belphie interjected.
"You ask why? You are more of an idiot each time you speak."
One of the little devils spoke out while laughing.
"He looks like those things from the Human Realm... What were they Leon...Pina...ata...?"
The other little devil responded,
"Piñata, Aristel! Piñata!"
They both laughed and snickered, showing their sharp teeth in the process.
Aristel,
"Do you think if we hit him hard enough it'll fall candy~? I like candy~"
Belphie,
"Ew, no. Boys, you shouldn't eat Mammon candy, it could be contaminated with stupidity. You don't want to catch that."
Mammon,
"Yo! Belphie! You really askin' for it!"
Lucifer called Mammon's attention.
"He is not the one hanging upside down. YOU are. Now before I run out of patience, I suggest you tell me with all its details, how it all happened..."
Mammon sighed.
"I saw that Satan, Solomon and Pamy were investigating again, that magic stone you guys have been making a fuzz about. Once they took a break and left to study, I well..., I..."
Lucifer ordered,
"Well! Spit out!"
Mammon exclaimed,
"I went to take a look at it closer so, I took it in my hands but as quickly as the other three went they came and surprised me. The stone flew out of my hands and landed on Pamy's open ones. Then, they were sucked in a blue glowing vortex that appeared out on nowhere."
Lucifer,
"Did you just say, that Pamy held the stone, then a vortex appeared, taking them three away? That can't be... Pamy is human, she shouldn't be able to touch the magical stone without being harmed in the process, or even have magic of her own to activate it..."
Mammon,
"Don't ask me! I don't know what was goin' on when...?!"
The ropes on Mamoon were cut loose, making him land on his face.
Levi asked worried,
"What are we going to do now?"
Lucifer brushed his hair back with his hands.
"I could say, to wait, given the fact we know nothing of the Universe Stones, but I am afraid, that I can't gree with just waiting around for a portal to reappear... So, we better check the library. Maybe we could find something that might tell us more than we already know."

As I fell, I could see nothing but darkness. The speed I was going made the air slap my face, and me to be able to shout out for help.
I still tried my best to call out to the others.
"Sa...Satan! So...Solomon!"
Answers came from further up.
"Pamy! Hang on!"
I felt someone embrace me and cover my head.
Satan whispered into my ear, as he pulled me tighter to him.
"I got you..."
Just as he finished the last words, we hit water. We sunk deeper and deeper into nothingness I hadn't had time to grasp some air before sinking into the water.
I gripped Satan harder, digging my nails into the fabric of his clothe. At this rate I was going to die. My consciousness was slipping away from me. I could feel Satan's grip on me tighten as he shook me desperately. Only he could see state I was in now.
Suddenly, we stopped sinking and slowly hovered until we landed on firm ground.
I still had my face buried on Satan's chest. His hands stroked my head and back, reassuring.
"We are fine... Open your eyes..."
I slowly pulled away and looked up at blue turquoise eyes and a soft smile. We both stayed looking warmly at each other until a coughing sound grabbed our attention.
Solomon had already straightened up and apparently hand enough of waiting around.
I asked,
"Where are we...?"
The place was dimly lightened. The ground was old bricks, washed out by time and humidity. Puddles of water formed as water dripped from whatever above it all.
Solomon commented,
"Apparently, we are under some, body of water. Judging that the portal kept on sucking us downwards and Pamy almost drowned."
Satan asked, seemingly having the same question I had.
"What about you? Weren't you in a tight situation as well? You are human after all."
Solomon raised his palms,
"Remember, Magic...?"
Satan countered,
"Then why not help your FRIEND while her lungs were flooding with water?"
Solomon took a step forward feeling he was being accused unjust fully.
"I think you should calm down Satan. My magic is limited in the dark, especially since I can't see in the dark like YOU demons..."
Satan threw a bitter laugh,
"Right..."
Since the conversation was getting awkward, I changed the subject to more important things.
"Do you think we are at the underwater section of the Devildom Ancient Library, Satan?"
He cupped his chin as he glanced left and right of the hall, we were in.
"Well, we aren't doing much standing here so, we should... explore?"
All three of us agreed and choose to walk right, or better say, the part of the hall which the fired-up staffs lightened the way. The left side was completely pitch black.
Satan,
"I'll go in front, Solomon, you go in the back, and Pamy will go in the middle. That way, we'll assure to keep Pamy safe and whatever is hidden among this walls will attack us two first, leaving Pamy with the chance of escape, or at least to remain alive until my brother come pick her up."
Solomon, wearing a cynical smirk on his face,
"So, what you are trying to say is we two for whatever reason will sacrifice ourselves for Pamy, assuming your brother will figure out some way of saving he later on? Sorry to say this, but you sound like Mammon right now."
Satan stopped on his tracks and glared at him.
"Do you have anything better?"
Solomon shrugged.
"I was just stating the fact that we can't be sure your brothers will be able to save any of us. I recommend doing the best we can to protect ourselves and remain alive until we find a way to get out of here."
Both continued to argue about who was more right than wrong while I skipped and circled around puddles I found on our way.
Just then, I had a strange feeling that made my spine shiver and the hairs on my neck stand.
I glanced to our backs, looking straight to the darkness slowly engulfing the rest of the hall we had left behind.
Someone, or something... Was watching us...
