Chapter 2  My First Mission With The Team

                            Batman, Robin and me all walk into mount justice. I was wearing a short black skirt, black cut off tank-top, leather jacket, and black combat boots. "This is our new member Shadow, some of you ment her at the last mission. She was there because she tracked a demond there". I  say "hi" because I was shy and I think Batman forgot. Robin introduces me to the other heros.

When he got to a red haired boy named Kid Flash the boy smiles."You can call me Wally and your the most hottest girl I've ever ment" Kid Flash says. An evil grin crosses my face and I say "your way over your head boy". My brother hears this and he says "no flirting with my sister, Wally". He glances at me and says "I think you will like it here just if anyone flirts with you I give you permission to cut off their tounge". I nod but keep my emotionless face, I was really holding back laughing at Wally's fearful face.

                     "Shadow RULE NUMBER ONE NO KILLING" Batman says. He looked as if he might slap me across the face,but he didn't. I was glad for that."BEEP BEEP BEEP" a screen appeared and Batman reads "Joker,Mirro Master,Killer frost, Posin Ivy,Lex Louther, and Mad Hatter all just excaped from Belle Rev". We all go over the plan and then leave for the mission.

We start fighting and I see Joker about to get away. I quickly run to him and I punch him. "Now I haven't seen your pretty face in a while" Joker says with a loud laugh. I kick him in his ribs and he trys to spray acid at me. "Yea well what about that little girfriend of yours, she at home makin you cookies?" I taunt. He pulls a crowbar out of thin air and hits me across the face with it. I do a flip and kick him in the face with my boots.

I did a few more acrobat moves but I can see Joker is about to predict my next move so I change my tactics. I pull a blade from my boots and stab him in the sholder. He hits me with the crowbar and I fall to the ground. Before I can do anything he hits me with a crowbar and I caugh up some blood.

I lean forward towards him and say "you know its not polite to hit a girl". A black glittery powder comes out of my hands and hits Joker into a wall. "He laughs and says "so little shadows all grown up now. Let me guess they let you join the big kid leauge". He laughs and I start punching him. Soon he stops laughing and blood is all over my knuckles. "You won now don't kill him" Robin says. 

"Fine" I mumble and we walk towards the team, it didn't matter if I killed Joker. "You took down Joker really fast, how did you do it" Aqualad asks. I shrug nd wipe some of Jokers blood off my face. We all go back to mount justice to train. Black Canary came for training and Batman asked Zatanna to help me with my powers. Then after I finish practiceing with Zatanna Robin walks over to me. 

"Want to come to the team dance maybe you can dance with Wally or Superboy or maybe Red Arrow if he shows" Robin says. I laugh and say "Sure, what time". He replies "an hour and Wally wanted me to give you this". He gives me a pink rose and walks away.I go to Wayne manor to change from my clothes. 

I put on a short black dress, lacey fingerless gloves, black choker neaklace, black lace leggins, and black high heel boots. I fixed my black lipstick and my eye shadow. I look in the mirro and grin because I look like I've rosen from the dead. Then I go to the batcave and teleport to mount justice.

My brother just took a can of rootbeer out of the fridge when he saw me. He waved and I walked over to him. "Bartender I would like a bloody mary please" I giggle in his ear. He laughs and says "Miss I think you've had a little to much for one night". I laugh and he takes a sip of his drink. Then we walk to the entertainment room which was turned into a high school dance. I smile as Dick gets draged away by Zatanna.

Wally walks up to me and says "care to dance". I nod, he takes my hand and kisses it like he is from one of those chessy romance movies. As we dance I wisper in his ear "I don't like pink". He frowned but then smiled and said "I though all girls like pink". I say "I'm not like all girls, I like action and black though". He laughs and says "Have you ever seen the movie called James Bond". I say "yea I love that movie, aint you the dj, the song ended"

His face was priceless as he runs back over to the laptop and finds a different song. I realize he put on Smells Like Teen Spirit by Narvinna. As soon as it starts to play my brother jumps on Wally's back and tackles him to the floor. I laugh and walk towards Artimas. "Hey you should go dance with Wally I can tell you like each other". She quickly says "I... How do you know baywatch likes me". I don't reply insted I push her into him and they start to dance and so the kiss.

I see Aqualad sitting on a stool in the kitchen and I walk towards him. "Would you like to dance" I say shyly. He looks up and he smiles. "Okay how did you know I even came" Aqualad says. I grin and say "I didn't I just saw you over here about a minute ago". We walk into the entertainment room and we start to dance. I could tell Aqualad was nervous and he could tell I was shy.

After the dance ended me and Dick went back to the batcave. I run to the batcomputer as Dick trys to tickle me. "Stop" I giggle gasping for breath as he tickles me in my ribs. We stop when we hear foot steps. Bruce walks in and says "how was your first day". I say "Terrable" and Dick starts tickleing me again. "Stop I'm trying to be serious" I say and I pinch his arm lightly. "Owww" he shreaks playfully.

"Well me and Dick are going to bed since its four in the morning" I say. Dick screams still being childish "What!!!! Why do I gotta go to bed too". I laugh and say "I was gonna make you breakfast but you ruined the suprize". Dick cries "man I hate myself sometimes, you makeing chocolate chip pancakes". I nod and we both run up the stair. Few minutes later Dick screams "you burned my pancakes waitress I request a new one". I say "not my fault you started to pinch me so no you get revenge".
