As soon as they got back into their cell, the twins read the list of the creatures, and Xander turned to face Xavier.

"Okay, exactly how are we getting past seven dragons, a Sphinx, two Nundus', an army of Acromantula, a Basilisk, and an army of goblin Inferi?"

"There are only six dragons, and you missed the mermaids and the grindelows." Xavier pointed out

"Okay, mermaids, grindelows, and only six dragons then. But that still doesn't explain how we're going to get past a Nundus!"

"Two Nundus'." He laughed at his twin's aggravated face "Okay, the plan is this..."

Annalise dragged Castor into the courtyard

"Okay, Mr Code-Breaker," she said "Which code should we work on first?"

After examining the list, Castor made a decision. "I think we should do... the Mermish ones. We're both fluent in that, so it will take less time."

"No, shouldn't we do the harder ones first? Let's do the Parseltongue ones."

"No, Hadrian's helping us with that one, remember? We could do the Acromantulan ones, though..."

Hadrian and Jasper stayed in the abandoned cell. Hadrian was hissing to the dwarf viper he kept as a pet, and Jasper was scribbling down a list of the spells they could use. Jasper paused.

"Hadrian, do you think we should use French and Greek spells too? Because the Ministry only ever uses Latin. They won't know what's hit them when we start firing the Greek curses..."

"Excellent idea, Jasper," Hadrian commented. "We should also release Zip's family, according to him, they're all great biters.
