Kyoya's POV

We were in a hospital in Tokyo because Yuki suddenly collapsed in karuizawa and had to be transferred into one of our hospitals

In Yuki's hospital room

"Yuki soo cute when she's sleeping" honey said staring at her sleeping face

"Yeah but will she be alright?" Kaoru asked

"Who knows...hey kyoya senpai what did the doctor say?" Hikaru asked

"He said it was caused by exhaustion and lack of proper sleep" I said

"Kyoya what have you been doing to Yuki that's making her ill?!" Tamaki fuzzed

"Relax I've done nothing it's just that we had some complicated arguments lately" I said

"Anyway we should let her get some sleep alright lets go guys" haruhi suggested

They left the room

"Man I'm tired" I said to myself dropping down on the seat across the room

I looked at Yuki's sleeping face

"Hmph, you really do look cute when your sleeping" I said

"...kyoya" she mumbled

'She must be dreaming' I thought

I listened more closely

"Tamaki is an idiot" she mumbled

I chuckled softly"of course he is" I said

I walked over to her and kissed her cheek

She opened her eyes softly and gazed at me

"Hehe what are you looking at?" She peered sweetly

"At your beautiful face" I said

I nuzzled her neck and placed kissed on her neck,she giggled at my sudden action

"Kyoya it tickles" she giggled softly

"Now now enough lovebirds" a voice said

"Yuichi!?" Kyoya exclaimed

"What wrong little brother you looked surprised?"

"I thought you were at a meeting"kyoya said

"It ended quickly and I had to do some work here then I heard my brothers fiancé was here and I just had to see what she looked like" yuichi said

Kyoya stepped aside and made me come into view

"Well I see the rumors are true you truly are the most beautiful of all three Miyames" he smiled

"Thank you" she blushed

I glared at yuichi

"I didn't come here to flirt with your fiancé Kyoya I'm a doctor and I'm here to check on Koyuki" he said

"It seems you collapsed due to lack of sleep exhaustion and weariness...care to explain kyoya" Yuichi said glaring menacingly at kyoya

"What did I do?!" I yelled flustered

"Well you two have been spending time together...so I assume the exhaustion and lack of sleep is due to kyoya's sexual appetite" Yuichi said

Yuki's face flushed

"No we haven't been having sex,and that has nothing to do with this!!" I yelled

"Good because,what kind of man would take the innocence of such a beloved creature?" Yuchi said cupping her chin affectionately

"Yuichi stop that" I warned

"Your boyfriend is so possessive" Yuichi said looking at Yuki

"I know it bothers me sometimes" Yuki said

Yuichi kissed Yuki's cheek,she blushed at his action

"Yuichi that's enough!" I snapped

Yuichi chuckled"Well then we'll keep you over night to see how your doing, in the meantime say goodbye to kyoya because visiting hours are almost over" he said as he stood up

"Goodbye Miyame,kyoya" Yuichi smiled

He left

"Finally" I sighed in relief

Yuki started to giggle

"I'm sorry it's just so funny how you react to Yuichi's teasing" she giggled

"Well I'm glad your amused"I scoffed

"Don't be mad at me" she pouted

He sighed

"I could never be mad at you it's just his teasing" I said

"It's late you should go home and sleep" she suggested

"Maybe" I said

"I don't want you to leave"she pouted

"I'm fine, it's alright I'll stay a little longer then leave" I
reassured

She nodded

"Here it's from the host club" I said handing her a bouquet of roses

"It's beautiful! tell them thank you" she said

"And here" I said handing her a small box in gift wrapped

"What is it?" She asked

"It's a gift from me" I said

She opened it and her face lit up

"It's beautiful it's the most beautiful necklace I've ever seen!!" She said

It was a golden K shaped key with a gem in the middle

"Here let me put it on" I said

I helped her put the necklace on it laid in the middle of her chest

"Thank you" she softly said

I kissed her soft lips,but pulled away at the sound of someone clearing their throat

There was a nurse standing in the doorway

"Mr ootori visiting hours are over miss Miyame needs her rest" the nurse said

"Yes I'm aware I'll be taking my leave"

She kissed my cheek "Goodbye kyoya"

"I'll visit you tomorrow in the afternoon okay?"

She nodded

I kissed her cheek and left

Yuki's POV

"Your boyfriend seems to love you very much" the nurse said smiling

"Yes I know" I smiled

The next day (Kyoyas POV)

"Where am I?"

"A minute ago I was sleeping soundly in my bed what happened?"

"...Wait tamaki came over he was babbling about something"

I flopped down back to the bed

After getting dressed

We got in his car a Ferrari Ezeon

The car is 2.9 million dollars in the US he had it shipped here from United States

"Like it?" He asked

"Well it's luxurious don't know how could you afford this car"

"Being the son of a governor has its perks" he smiled

"I guess" I said

He led me to an aquatic restaurant

"This is fancy if you had told me I would've dressed more properly" I said looking at my attire

I was wearing a blue ruffle dress shirt, dress pants with white stiletto boots with my hair down

"C'mon you look amazing" he said

"Table for 2" he said to the man in the desk

We sat in a table in the corner of the room next to an tank aquarium

Our waiter poured us some champagne at our glasses

"Well we should celebrate your engagement young lady your marrying an ootori congratulations" he said raising his glass up

"Yeah but I didn't want to marry him at first it was a forced marriage, but I got to know him and I think he's a nice guy" I said

"Really? I haven't seen you in 2years and in a blink of an eye you've become a multimillionaire princess" he joked

"Yes, but still your the asuna's heir you inherit thousands of dollars through your mothers passing and the rest was given for the rebuilding of the Fortaleza"he said

"I really have to make time to talk to her" I said worriedly

The waiter came with our food

He sighed "Tell him to ignore it if he trusts you then he'll understand"

We got home to the manor

"Welcome home mistress" Shizuoka said

"Yes I'm back"

"Shizuoka sama c'mere please" Leon said

"Hatake sama what an unexpected visit I'll prepare tea_"

"No! I'm not staying Shizuoka I need you to tell Kaname that the paparazzi saw me take Yuki out to dinner they'll assume we're together an I'm just want him to know" he said

"Alright as you wish" she said

"Goodbye Yuki" he said

"Goodbye Leon" I said

"Kyoya!!" A cheery voice said

"Only briefly I'm heading out again anyway how's koyuki? I heard she was brought to the hospital late at night" he said

"She's fine now just lack of sleep" I said

"I see your engagement with miss Miyame is very important to the ootori family you understand that don't you?"

"Fuyumi if your done with whatever business your doing please go back home, your married now and part of another family you shouldn't come here with no reason, are you trying to dishonor our family?" Father asked

"No I'm sorry"

"Anyway I look forward to your development with miss Miyame kyoya your not forced to love her it's just business" father said

"Yes father"

Yoshio's POV

'It's just business well that's what it looks like at least my little Yuki seems to have forgotten about my little visit when she was younger thats good, her forgetting it has made it easier for me to negotiate business with Kaname' I thought

The blond haired women smiled

"I heard you just had a fourth child congratulations!" she said

I saddened a bit but hid it from her( I really liked sakura when we were in high school after we graduated I wanted to propose to her but I was engaged to another women and had married her instead )

"Yes, my youngest child kyoya he's a handful as well" I said

"He just turned 4 last month" I said

"That's great I hope to visit Japan again and see yuzuha and suoh" she said

"I look forward to that day please inform me when you visit Japan again I would like to have you over at my house with my family" I said

She smiled

Mama? A voice said

"Oh Yuki! you've woken up" she said

The small blonde child with blue eyes was scratching her eyes of waking up

"Who's this sakura?" I asked

"She's my child koyuki asuna Miyame" she said

"Miyame? that means"

"Oh yeah yoshio kun I forgot to tell you I married sakura after I graduated from university" Kaname said

Anger filled me 'how could the women I treasured most had settled down for this no good troublemaking play boy?!'

'But I hid my anger their was no use of emotions I had already married so their never were a chance I'd ever marry sakura'

"So this is your child kaname?" I asked

He nodded "Now wheres Len?" He asked

"You have another one?!" I asked

"Yes, my eldest he'll become was of my family while Yuki will become head of the asuna family"

"Yuki this is yoshio ootori kun he's a friend of mine say hello" sakura said

"Hello" Yuki smiled

I smiled back at the child

"You can hold her here" she said as she gave me the child

Yuki accidentally kissed my lips while I was holding her

"Oh my I'm sorry! she's just a child anyway I'll call Len and have him take care of her" sakura said

"It's fine" I said

She took her from me

"Len your here" Kaname said

"I'm sorry father I was attending to our guest" the bit said

It was a small blond boy with blue eyes cold and serious this boy was kaname's child?

"Len this is yoshio ootori he's a friend of our family say hello" Kaname said

"Hello Mr ootori I'm Len asuna Miyame, I do hope your enjoying the party our priority is your entertainment" the child said bowing

'This child so polite and ordered nothing like his father'

"Why yes it's an amazing party my dear boy" I smiled

"Len take your sister and go outside we adults have matters to discuss" sakura said

He nodded and took Yuki in his arms and walked away

"Now shall we discuss important matter yoshio kun?" She said smiling

I looked at the ring in her finger

The woman I once loved so dearly had slipped away through my fingers and given to a home wrecking play boy who loved nothing more than women and money when we were in high school

"Yes of course" I said

I growled at the memory

"They deserved what they had coming to them although sakura I never meant harm to come to you or your children I never wanted to hurt you just Kaname but instead my plan failed and you slipped away forever" I said to myself

Leon's POV

I was in my penthouse drinking champagne though I had some already I was addicted to it

I looked out the window the view of Tokyo at night was beautiful I remembered what Yuki said to me about her engagement
