Prince Leo was standing in the balcony of his chamber as he gazed at the night sky. It was a long day for him. Calming down the nobles and citizens were such a difficult task that he even wanted to run away.

He gritted his teeth remembering Nakamura's betrayal. He always wanted Nakamura's loyalty to himself ever since they were young. He remembered that whenever he asked Nakamura to give his loyalty to him,the multi colour haired man would always try to stay silent about his answer. He knew Nakamura's desperate wish to return home so he tried to use it to gain his favor but the man didn't seem interested. He thought it was because he didn't wish to work against his savior Jimin Pendragon. So Leo tried to understand Nakamura's reluctance to give his loyalty to the royal family. Bit his hopes went up when he became a imperial knight even though Nakamura didn't voice out his loyalty.

But at the end,his loyalty was with someone unexpected.

Logan,Julia and Lucy also had a pretty good reputation in the kingdom. Logan was always chill and happy. He would always be at your aid whenever something happens. Julia was also reliable. And Lucy,she was a Pendragon blooded person who wad supposed to protect the kingdom. Well,what can anyone say when the most pure blooded Pendragon person was the one to initiate the war against their own kingdom,lady Hazel Pendragon.

Lucy would somewhat be able to escape the Pendragon curse since she is not a pure blood but what about Hazel?

"Your majesty"

Leo sighed when he heard Eva's voice from behind him.

"Your father's condition is not good. You should go and see him"

Leo caressed his face tiredly. The time to take upon the throne has come. "I...always dreamt to take the throne with Hazel by my side",he said.

Eva looked down.

Leo,"You know,I always wanted to destroy the Pendragon family but when I realised I was in love with a Pendragon, it had me thinking twice about my plans. I didn't want to hurt her",...."I tried to find a way to take control of the kingdom without destroying the Pendragon family. So.....I went to the anti Pendragon organisation hoping to find a way. I wanted to know what they were planning for the future of the kingdom. But do you know what I found?"

Eva,"...what is it?"

Leo chuckled as he was in a despair,he seemed like he'd gone mad. Gripping the railing tightly,he spoke,"Emerald told me that it was the era of Pendragons' destruction. Literal destruction. Their doom. Their damnnation"

Eva widened her eyes slowly.

Leo,"And that was what Lucian had planned for them. They were God's slaves so they will die as slaves who were shamed by the very land of people they protected"

Eva covered her mouth with her palm in disbelief.

"Isn't it ironic?",Leo smiled sadly. "We all wanted their destruction but when they were at their destruction,we need them the most now because our destruction is at the gates of our lives"

"They had a twisted way to protecting us but they still protected us",Leo continued. "They did wrong,we did wrong,who could tell who is wrong and who is right? And now I understand,it wasn't always about good or evil,it wad about power. We were always chasing power. And revenge. What kind of life is this?",Leo's eyes glistened under the moon light as a tear slipped away. He gazed at the stars with so much longing for someone. "If I just didn't try to chase power,would she have noticed me? If I didn't try to destroy her family,would she have been mine?"

Then he remembered Dylan,no he was not Dylan. He was Orpheus. "....no right? Because he was there. A man who would bring hell to this earth for her,a man who would destroy everything for her,I could never compete someone like that"

Eva looked away biting her bottom lip. She wiped her tears secretly,"Your majesty,she is no longer the Hazel we used to know. She is the enemy we must fight now",she gulped hard and continued,"I know it's hard. She is someone I love too. But we have to harden our hearts for the sake of this kingdom"

Leo closed his eyes the soft breeze touched his skin. His golden coloured locks swayed with the wind as he imagined a happy life with Hazel and their kids but it didn't fit right. They were not meant to be. With a sad smile,he spoke,"...yeah"

Logan Harris,one of the traitors,was walking in a room full of darkness. It only had a one light from above and other than that,there was no seemed to be an escape door. He was so familiar with this room oh so well. He used to come here often as a child and even after he was matured,he couldn't escape this room full of trauma.

All his trauma began in this room where he had to kill his own little sister when he was little.

Flashback

"I –I can't do this!! Mom! Dad! Please!"

Duke Harris looked at his 10 years old son in the eyes and said,"You have to kill her if you want to get strong!"

It was a forbidden dark spell they were casting. A sacrificial spell to get strong. One has to sacrifice their own blood to get strong through this forbidden spell. And the sacrifice was none other than their own 3 years old daughter.

Logan cried as he protested. "I don't want to! I don't want to! Please! Don't make me do this!"

He wasn't the only one crying in that room. The little girl who was tied inside a drawn seal on the ground was also wailing not even knowing her own fate.

"Logan! Just do it!! Or else I will make her kill you to do the spell!!"

Logan threw away the dagger and tried to run but his father forced him to take the dagger again and made him kill the toddler.

That was the secret to his strength closer to a Pendragon. Since that day,he would be sent to this room whenever he rebelled against his parents. And he would be in an illusion where he could kill his sister hundred times. Sometimes he would be the one to get stabbed by sister hundred times. The illusions were scary,the pain was real.

His parents wanted a perfect child who could rival a Pendragon. And he became one. But what they didn't was that they had created a monster along the way. A monster who was only hungry for blood.The dark spell messed up his sanity as a price for gaining enormous strength. Logan chuckled as he stood where he killed his sister more than million times. He looked back with a large grin spread across his face.

His parents were tied behind him. They stared at their son terrified. "Why so terrified dad? Mom?hehe"

A chill ran down their spines when they met their son's eyes. The murderous intentions were so obvious that it suffocated them.

"I'm just here to play a game with you. So be happy",Logan's smile dropped when they didn't smile. "I SAID BE HAPPY!!!"

And they were forced to smile through fear. Logan smiled in satisfaction. "Now,I'm going to be the cat",he pulled out a dagger from his robes. "And you two will be my rats",he grinned like an insane man. He let out his tongue and licked the blade. He stayed silent for a second and, "Run"

The room was changed through illusion magic spell casted by their very own selves to torture their son but now,everything had reversed. The person who wad charge of the illusions were their tortured son. The room turned into a dark forest with a bloody red sky where crows ruled.

As they ran,they heard their son's insane laughter everywhere they went.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!RUN RUN RUN!!DAD! MOM! I'M COMING TO GET YA!!HAHAHAHA"

The sinners had no place to hide. The judgement of the crimes would be judged today. But not by God,but by the victim.

Every time they tried to survive,a wild beast would shred them to pieces and they would be born again to face the same fate. And this wild beast was none other than Logan. He created the illusion and infiltrated the real pain into them over and over again. He killed his parents over and over again that night.

Meanwhile Jaykar was also in his previous home. He looked at the shocked family members who were staring right back at him as he was standing on the living room.

"How dare you return back after running away with my power? Now that Pendragons are gone,you have no protectors to save you",His sister sassed.

Jaykar looked at her blankly,"...I don't need them to protect me anymore"

His mother and father looked at him in disgust. "Oh yeah,then are you hear to beg us to take you back?"

Jaykar,"....."

His sister gritted her teeth,"You freak! Give me back my power!!"

Jaykar,"Your power? When did it become your power? I inherited it when I was born",he chuckled,"You were just too weak to inherit it. And so,it chose me sis"

"You freak! The power was for women! Are you woman with a man's appearance?! You disgust me!",His father spat.

Jaykar was so used to this. He endured this family ever since he was born. But that doesn't mean he has to endure it anymore. He sighed,"I'm giving you one chance"

"A chance for what?",his mother asked.

Jaykar paused for few seconds before speaking nonchalantly,"To ask my forgiveness. After all,I don't want to be completely inhuman"

His sister started laughing as she mocked him,"Apologise to you? Why should we? You should be apologising for being born!!!"

Jaykar let out a tired sigh. "I'm somewhat relieved to know that you all haven't changed. Or else I might have felt guilty"

"...what?",his father asked confused.

Jaykar closed his eyes and stayed silent. A golden light started emitting from his body. And when he opened his eyes,they were gold as heaven and he looked like a divine angel.

"My power!",His sister screamed.

Jaykar smirked,"Wrong. It's mine"

A massive number of butterflies appeared from the thin air surrounding Jaykar.

Jaykar opened his mouth again,"Turn evil"

All the butterflies turned black in colour as his golden aura turned black except for his golden eyes.

His family stared at him in terror.

Jaykar snickered as he flickered his fingers. Another bunch of butterflies appeared but they were not alone. They had brought dead bodies with them.

His sister started screaming in horror as she recognised the owners of the dead bodies. They were their relatives. All the relatives related to their family were dead.

"You –You monster!!!",His mother yelled.

Jaykar giggled,"Who gave birth to me?it's your fault anyways"

Jaykar dropped his smile,"And now it's your turn to join your relatives"
