"PROTECT THE KING!",

The two intruders leaped into the air with their swords and started attacking people there.

The first to engage in a fight was Seokjin and Jimin. They didn't use their snapped powers since it would be too much power for a normal attacker. But to their surprise,the two attackers had extraordinary set of skills that was par with a Pendragon with no power. To have that kind of ability,this is definitely not a random foolish attack.

Ezra stepped forward and used spiritual bindings to bind them while Seokjin and Jimin were distracting them. And somehow it succeeded when Seokjin and Jimin corned them. They still didn't need to use their Pendragon powers on them so it was no big problem for now.

The two intruders were tied together infront of everyone yet they didn't seem fazed at all.

The lights came back and the mess was terrible. Though they didn't succeed killing anyone other than the two people under the fallen chandelier,the situation was still terrifying.

Seokjin placed the blade on one of the intruder and ordered,"Who are you? And who sent you?"

The masked man started laughing at his question taking everyone by surprise. He giggled a bit more before speaking,"Don't you remember me my lord? I came to your house a month ago with my friend. Didn't I say we are coming back?"

Jimin scoffed,"How foolish. Did you really think attacking a party filled with all the Pendragons would be a nice idea?"

The same guy answered him with a shrug,"Oh sorry I didn't think that. Hahaha!"

Jimin had a vein popping out of his forehead when he heard the sarcastic answer,"Are you fucking kidding me?! Even at the verge of death,you can joke around huh?"

The silent masked guy spoke this time,"Verge of death? Are you sure sir?"

Jimin,"What?"

Jimin could feel his smirk even under the mask.

The spiritual bindings started to loosen slowly with everyone's eyes out of their sockets. Is it even possible?! Is it possible to come out of spiritual bindings?! Not to mention it was Ezra who was using powers to supress the intruders.

Everyone looked at Ezra who was having a hard time controlling his power. His face was ashen in colour with cold sweat appearing.

Taehyung came forward with a snicker and used a whole magical shield around the two intruders instead of spiritual bindings so even if they escaped from the bindings,it would be impossible to come out from the shield. Only a mage par with Taehyung could break this shield.

Ezra took large gulps of breath after letting go of his power while Lucy helped him stand straight. Ezra was bewildered. How could they escape from the spiritual bindings?!

"The tower master doesn't seem so useful at all",Taehyung didn't forget to throw his snarky comment at Ezra.

Namjoon squinted his eyes seeing the carefree nature of the intruders. Even after being captured,they are not scared. Something felt off. "Jungkook,take the imperial family members to a safe place",he ordered.

Jungkook didn't fight back since he was the imperial knight commander. He bowed slightly taking the order and escorted the imperial family members outside immediately. But Dylan stayed. He waved at Jungkook cheekily indicating he is staying.

Namjoon,"Your highness,it's best —"

Dylan,"It's not like imperial family has any hope for me. Just let it go man"

Namjoon sighed and eyed Hazel who was walking towards them. Is Dylan staying because Hazel is here? Plus point for him for that.

Namjoon them turned to Hoseok,"Take all the people out safely"

Hoseok frowned,"What's wrong? We already captured them"

The loud masked guy exclaimed enthusiastically,"My lord! I'm not too sure! You better take them out —oh! She is already here!"

Who is already here?!

Breaking the ceiling,someone came inside. That person directly landed infront of the two intruders! She penetrated through Taehyung's shield without a problem like a piece of cake!

Taehyung's eyes widened in pure shock.

Nobody moved as they were all rooted to the ground. It was a cold bucket of water had poured all over them.

The woman had black long hair. Her hair was flowing nicely upto her waist. A white silky blindfold covered her eyes. The skin was so frosty pale with red lips. The gown she wore was white like a funeral robe but it had its own elegance with silver veils. Even if her eyes were covered,anyone could see how beautiful she is.

Taehyung felt his body trembling due to the shock. He was supposed to strengthen the barrier but he was too much into his dazed state that he forgot he needed to fight.

The woman did not talk. She placed her palm over the shield and looked at Taehyung. She was staring at Taehyung through her blindfold,as if giving him time to react. But Taehyung was too late when his body reacted. The shield broke down.

As soon as the shield broke down,a blood chilling roar of a beast echoed through everyone's ear.

The building was slowly collapsing!

"TAEHYUNG!",Hazel yelled bringing him back to reality. "Protect the people!"

Taehyung flinched and created another barrier ontop of everyone so the building won't collapse on people.

The three intruders had already jumped out of their place to who knows where. As the building collapsed,a hell dragon rose above everyone.

"AHAHHAHA WHAT IS THAT?!!"

"SOMEONE PLEASE SAVE US!!"

"IT'S COMING!"

How in the world a hell dragon came here?!

"Protect the people!",Seokjin yelled.

The dragon blew out fire causing everyone to panic. All the mages used their shields to protect the people from the fire but the fire was spreading around them like a wild forest fire.

Hazel gritted her teeth and raised her gown a bit revealing her sword attach to her covered leg using leg chokers.

"Be careful",Dylan warned from her behind but didn't try to stop her.

Hazel looked at him and nodded before running towards the dragon. She was glad that Dylan wouldn't hinder her duty as a knight just because they are in love. But she knew that his eyes would always would be on her,ready to save her any moment she needs help.

Dylan stood where he was with crossed arms without helping anyone. He didn't have any duty to protect anyone,also he didn't care whether anyone dies or not.

"HAZEL BE CAREFUL",Yoongi yelled from afar as he also ran towards the dragon.

Hazel climbed onto a tree before jumping onto dragon's back. Her eyes snapped in crimson as she stabbed the back of the dragon with her sword. The dragon screamed in pain as he started swaying to give Hazel a hard time.

"Hey"

There was someone else on the dragon's back and she just noticed it since he was hidden from scales earlier. It was one of the masked guys. The silent one.

The man started attacking her without a warning. Hazel had no choice but to fight with him ontop of the dragon. She almost slipped down because of dragon's swayings but she held into a scale. Down there,she wondered where the other guy but she had not time to think when the guy infront of her started attacking her again.

Soon,she increased her Pendragon power along with the snapped strength weakening her opponent. She became even more vicious as the bloodlust surged through her veins. If she continued to increase her strength,she might go out of control. But the smell of blood made her high.

The guy suddenly started backing away and when she was about to chase him and end his life,he jumped backwards from the dragon disappearing from her sight. She went to the edge and looked down to see no one.

"Hahaha,look here!"

Hazel looked back only to see the other mask guy.

Soon another figure jumped next to Hazel. It was Yoongi.

"I'll take care of the dragon. Can you handle him?",He asked.

Hazel grinned as her mind was going crazy with excitement for blood. "Yes"

It was like Hazel had wings when she jumped towards the masked guy. Hazel had the upper hand with her skills but the damn dragon started flying upwards as Yoongi was trying take him down.

Hazel clutched onto a scale  so she wouldn't fall. She could see the mask guy was also clutching to a scale. It was hard to fight this way.

Meanwhile on the ground,the rest of the knights were taking out people to a safe place while protecting them.

Dylan was just humming with crossed arms waiting for Hazel to come down.

Pendragons were on lookout for any ambush. They knew that Hazel and Yoongi would be enough to bring down the dragon so they weren't troubled with that.

Luca was also on lookout for any attack but his eyes caught Nakamura staggering towards him with an injured arm. It was hella bloody! How the hell did this man get hurt?!

"Bloody hell Nakamura! What the fuck happened?!"

Nakamura hissed,"I fought with one of the masked guys when I was protecting Jaykar and Ruby. But he ran away suddenly!"

Luca widened his eyes,"Where are they?!"

Nakamura,"The mask guy? I don't know. I was chasing him but —"

Luca,"Not that fucker! I meant Jaykar and Ruby! Where the fuck are they?!"

Nakamura,"I sent them away with sir Logan"

Luca looked around,"But that fucker should be here —ugh whatever! It's better Logan is with them"

All the strong knights had remained in the place to prepare for any fight so Luca thought Logan would stay. It looks like he had gone to protect the people.

Nakamura,"It's me who asked him to leave with them. What if they attacked people instead of this place"

Luca nodded as it made sense. Nakamura is a calm and collected guy so he could think rationally than any one else. Luca felt reassurance to have someone like him here.

"The dragon is falling!"

True enough,the dragon was falling lifelessly onto the ground.

"MOVE AWAY!TAKE COVER!!",Jimin yelled.

Dylan smiled slightly and jumped up in the air. He knew that Hazel could land without an injury because of the dragon's body and also there is Yoongi with her. Not to mention Taehyung who is ready to catch them if anything happens. But he simply didn't want his queen to free fall like that when he has his hands to catch her.

He saw Hazel in dragon's falling body and extended his hand pulling her to his body before engulfing her in his arms with a smirk. Hazel stared at him with wide eyes.

The dragon crashed onto the ground with the heavy fall.

Dylan landed on the ground gracefully with Hazel in his embrace. Though most of the people had their eyes on the dragon,Pendragon men had their eyes on Hazel and Dylan.
