Another tragedy. Their grandfather,Kalisto's father had died. It was a mystery how he died. Was it a natural cause? Or someone murdered him? Of course it can't be. He was the strongest Pendragon that had ever happened to be born with both mana and holy power. He wielded a sword while using magic. No one really has a chance winning against him.

The funeral was also held respectfully. The kingdom was in chaos now. It was an ugly time for the Pendragons. They were at the weakest resulting Seokjin to go another round of ruthless killing infront of people. It was a clear warning to not touch his family. This time Jungkook didn't participate to enjoy it. He seemed to be tamed and calmed.

Ethan Black,one of the knights who trained Hazel and her batch of colleagues,he sat in the bar with Logan,Noah,Julia and Lucy. Since the Pendragons are back,they have quite the free time now. Without them,they were working their asses off to back up the kingdom in case of an emergency attack from another Kingdom.

Logan was leaning against Noah crying about how he missed Noah. He is extremely drunk now.

"I can't believe he is going to be the next Duke of his dukedome",Ethan said looking at how childish Logan is.

Logan,"What's wrong with me being a duke?!"

Noah rolled his eyes,"He is not wrong though"

Logan pouted,"You wouldn't say if you saw how they raised me"

Noah fell silent at that but others frowned.

Julia,"What is that? What do you mean?"

Noah,"He is drunk. He is babbling nonsense"

Logan nodded ,"Yup!"

Ethan sighed,"So,you are going to have to marry"

Logan smiled cheekily,"My father said he would choose a bride for me! A beautiful one!"

Lucy sipped her drink with a small nod. She didn't even know why she was there. She was dragged there by Julia.

Logan,"Oh but our Lucy already has a fiance right?!crown prince's cousin?"

Lucy choked on her drink a little earning a little pat from Julia. Lucy cleared her throat,"It's a political marriage"

Julia,"That sucks! It's surprising how your mother let you marry for a politics? I didn't know she was like that"

Lucy,"Uh,it's not mom's idea. It was my decision"

"Haah! That's unexpected! Why did you choose a villain bastard though? Is he your type?",Logan barked out a laugh.

Noah,"Oi! Watch your mouth!"

"I'm not wrong though! Ezra is a villain bastard! He is so rude!",Logan whined.

Noah grimaced at his drunk stupid words even though he is right. He looked at Lucy and bowed,"I apologise for his rudeness"

Lucy shook her head,"He is right. He is uh a bastard?",she blushed because she rarely insults people. It's uncomfortable for her.

"Well,for someone like you who has another villain bastard boy at home,Ezra shouldn't be a problem",Logan laughed again.

Ethan,"Who are you talking about?"

Logan,"Luca! Hahaha! If Lucy can handle that little cheeky bastard,Ezra is nothing"

Noah sighed as if he is done with Logan and smacked his head. "Shut up now"

Logan hissed but didn't comment about the smack. He looked at Ethan,"What about you and Julia. Aren't you two going to get married?"

Julia blushed and took a quick glance at Ethan. But what he said brought a frown to her lips.

"What the hell are you talking about? We are not lovers. And my mother is already looking for a bride for me"

The whole table fell into an uncomfortable silence. Even the drunk Logan couldn't ignore the awkwardness. The always oblivious Lucy also choked on her drink hearing it.

It was an open secret about Julia's crush on Ethan. She had always made it obvious to him. She loves him. And she had always been with him. She was the only one who was there for Ethan whenever he was at his worst.

No one knew what to say. Julia was the most affected one. She couldn't bear it. But still she smiled brightly,"Alright everyone! It's getting late. I think I should head home"

She got up and left.

Lucy also got up after sending a glare to Ethan,"I'm also leaving"

Logan scoffed,"Dude! You are awful"

Ethan glared at him,"You are the one to talk Logan"

"What do you mean?",Logan is all sobered up now.

Ethan looked at Noah with a meaningful gaze and then at Logan. Logan seemed to get some idea about what he meant.

Logan's face darkened which startled Noah. Can Logan even make such a face?

Ethan looked straight at Logan,"You get that? You can't talk about my personal affairs when you haven't sort out yours . I'm leaving"

As he stood up,Logan spoke,"My situation is different. Julia doesn't deserve what you did"

Ethan laughed sarcastically,"Oh really? How is it different? Fuck you Logan"

And he left.

Noah was confused,"What was that? What were you two talking about?"

Logan gulped down the rest of the drink and smiled at him,"Nothing. Do you want to go home too?"

Noah made a face. Logan never hide anything from him but that doesn't seem to be the case now. Still,he won't force Logan. "No"

Logan smiled widely,"Really?!"

Noah sighed but smiled and nodded,"Hm. Just drink up and I'll be here"

Another person entered the bar. Jungkook. He saw Noah and scowled at him before sticking out his middle finger.

Noah rolled his eyes and looked away.

Jungkook disappeared with two girls in his arms.

Hazel was in Dylan's arms that night. Her body was trembling slightly looking to be in some extreme pain.

The moon light was peeking through Hazel's window illuminating the dark room. The silk white curtains danced to the rhythm of the wind.

Dylan's mood wasn't good seeing Hazel in pain. He could only give her comfort like this. After few minutes of silence,Hazel sighed as if her pain faded away.

"Are you alright?",Dylan whispered.

Hazel nodded and looked up at him with a slight smile. Her lips were blue like she had been in extreme cold weather. Face pale like a white sheet.

Dylan released her and turned his back to him looking extremely pissed. But he didn't say anything.

Hazel sighed looking at him being mad again. She hugged him from behind. "Are you mad?"

"No I'm happy",he said sarcastically.

Hazel chuckled and walked around to face him.

Dylan,"Don't smile. I hate it"

Hazel,"Do you?"

Dylan,"I don't like cute girls"

Hazel,"Really?"

Dylan,"I don't like you"

Hazel pouted,"Why?"

Dylan caught her pouty lips with his fingers,"Don't pout"

Hazel caught his wrist and released her lips from his grasp before kissing his palm. "Do you remember the day we almost had sex on a tree?"

Dylan raised an eyebrow.

"You asked if there is no any hard feelings",Hazel continued.

Dylan,"Don't continue"

Hazel,"I lied. There were hard feelings"

Dylan looked away but Hazel again stood infront of him. "I didn't do it because I was fine with having casual sex with a man. I was fine because it was you"

Dylan had a defeated look. He looked up with squeezed eyes,"Why are you doing this to me?"

Hazel,"So,you don't really like me?"

Dylan didn't answer. He didn't look down.

Hazel kept her voice normal,"Fine then. I'll marry Leo. I will kiss him. Will make babies with —"

"You love me",Hazel said the obvious with soft eyes shining with affection.

Hazel slowly grabbed his collar and pulled him closer to her face. She smiled,"Are you curious about how I feel?"

Dylan bit his bottom lip. He seemed anxious. "No. Just let me be with you. That's enough. I'll be whatever you want. Servant? Fine. Slave? Fine"

Hazel pecked his lips,"Stupid. Are you that scared to know my answer? After everything? For real?....I love you too you fool"

Dylan was taken back. "You....love me?"

Hazel,"Yes. Orpheus,I love you"

Dylan's eyes shone in green hearing his real name. He is excited.

"Is it even possible to love someone like me? I'm a demon Hazel"

Hazel,"And I'm a human scum"

Dylan,"No. You are my spring day"
