"Papa,I know you turned back time"

The moment Kalisto heard those words from Hazel 4 years ago,he was surprised. Though he knew she might know something since she was transmigratted to this world,he didn't expect her to know what he did. He waited few minutes with his mouth slightly opened.

Hazel didn't change her gaze as she stared directly into his eyes. He finally sighed and removed his working specks. "Was it Dylan?"

"Yes and no. Even if he didn't say anything,I'd still have found out"

Kalisto narrowed his eyes and looked at the closed door of his office. She had locked it,meaning she has come prepared to talk directly. "Hazel...."

"And I know what happened in your past life,papa",Her eyes softened. "You must have suffered a lot"

Kalisto widened his eyes,"Hazel, wait....no —I mean —"

"Nabi",Hazel cut him off. "Even though you intended to bring back my sister,it happened to be me. I know I can't replace her but papa.....can you call me by my real name? Just for once? "

Kalisto stood up immediately with a panicked face and walked around the table to reach her. He pulled Hazel –No,Nabi to his embrace. "What are you saying? If I knew there was you,I'd have tried to bring both of you back. I'd have done anything to bring you back home. Nabi,my sweet little girl,you are my daughter. Don't think I replaced you for someone else. This father loves you"

Hazel hugged him back hiding her face on his chest. She stayed silent hiding herself in her father's embrace. A place she found to hide her vulnerable state. A warm embrace she'd do anything to protect. "Papa"

"Yes Nabi"

"You should stop now"

Kalisto went stiff. "What –What do you mean?"

Hazel detached herself from him and looked at him in the eye and smiled sadly,"Stop suffering. Just stop. You don't have to do this anymore"

Kalisto had a bewildered expression,pale and tensed.

Hazel,"You can rest now"

Kalisto didn't know why but he had chills all over his body. He just had a little hunch over what she means and that is what scares him. "You....no. What do you plan on doing?"

Hazel,"Something only I can do"

"You went to meet grandpa. Does it have something to do with what you plan?"

Hazel neither admitted nor denied.

Kalisto,"....I knew it. You are not the type to reach out to someone you never knew if you didn't have a reason"

Hazel still kept her unreadable face.

"Nabi,you already know there is no way out. For us,the only ending is facing our destined deaths. So,the only thing we can do is delay it....until we all can die peacefully"

"Papa,there is a way out"

Kalisto stared into Hazel's eyes in disbelief. "A way out?"

Hazel sighed and looked down. She stayed like that for few minutes before looking up again,"I talked with Taehyung today. He knows about me"

Kalisto frowned when she changed the topic.

"He must have talked to you right?"

Kalisto,"Yes but —"

"I erased his memory "

And that was another bomb. Kalisto wasn't sure if he was shocked at the fact Taehyung lost his memory or Hazel did it to him. He didn't even know what to ask as he went speechless.

"Not everything. I only erased few memories of him knowing the truth about me. That's all. It's temporary. Taehyung is way more smart for his own good. He will find out my plans even before I could take a step. I only want him to stay silent until I do my part. After that,I don't care if he regained his memories or not"

Kalisto felt his heart clenching. Why was he hurting? Was it because his daughter is trying to go on a path where she would never be able to return or the fact that he has to stay guilty about Taehyung? Yet,he asked something else ,"You know magic?"

"Only few spells I learnt. Someone helped me"

Kalisto didn't need to ask who she was talking about. If it is not that hell King,then who else?

"But I don't want to do that to you without your permission papa. Because I don't want to hide anything from you. Papa,....can you give me permission to erase your memory?"

Kalisto was speechless for the nth time for the day. He felt like he was drowning under water. It was getting harder and harder to breath. "....what memory?"

Hazel hesitated for a second before replying,"...Memory of me being Nabi. Memories of your past life. Just live in this life papa. Stop suffering. Give me all your suffering and I promise you,I will protect this family"

Kalisto felt a tear leaving his eyes. He wanted to. He wanted to forget everything million times. All the memories only made him suffocated but he had to keep all the memories to protect his family. But now he was given the chance to forget,what would he do?

"No",he said without missing a beat. He couldn't do it because it would mean letting his daughter suffer. "I don't want to"

Kalisto remembered the conversation he had with Hazel 4 years ago. Hazel never said what she was planning on doing. And he tried his best to act like he wouldn't interfere. But he couldn't let her do it. He was determined to save her. He didn't want to imagine the destiny of his next generation as long as what he has today is safe. His children. That's all he cares. If they can live peacefully until they all die naturally,that's all he cared. He didn't go back in time just to lose one child.

"Nabi,I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I can't lose you",he pulled out his sword and let the holy aura of the sword shine so brightly.

The darkness around him disappeared with the increasing light of the sword in his hands. Tears were leaking his eyes as he mumbled 'I'm sorry' over and over. "This father is weak. I can't lose you. So just stop"

The sword glare intensified illuminating the whole area.

Jungkook was ontop of the giant serpent's head ,gripping into its fins while Taehyung was pulling red strings of magic which were wrapped around the serpent's upper body so it wouldn't dive into the water with Jungkook. It was a hellish trouble for them because the serpent was aggressive like a beast that had starved for centuries. Its skin was slippery so it gave a hard time to Jungkook who was trying to stay ontop of its head.

The serpent tried to dive into the water to get away from Jungkook who was obviously trying to kill him. But Taehyung pulled the red strings towards himself with his bare hands.

"Jungkook! Hurry!!",Taehyung yelled from the too of his lungs. He was frustrated that this beast was not affected by anything he did. He even tried to burn it alive but hell is fire itself. So,obviously these creatures are fire proof even though they live in water. So,that lead them into the current decision where they'd behead this creature.

Jungkook pulled out his sword and snickered,"You bitch,just die already!",he stabbed its neck drawing a blood rain from the creature. The serpent screeched loudly and tried to shake him off but Taehyung was keeping him at one place with bindings.

Jungkook pulled out the sword and stabbed again bathing another blood rain. He pulled out his sword again and decided end it in one go. Going into his snapped state with glowing red eyes,he slashed the serpent's head in one go.

Jimin and Yoongi were walking side by side in the forest.

"How did we all got separated like that? It's like when I blinked,I was in another place",Jimin said in a confused tone.

"Shadows",Yoongi replied.

"Huh?"

"They are shadows. They are not some ordinary shadows. They manipulate the distance and time. Though we might feel we are a lot more away from others,they might be a lot more closer than we think. If you're careless,they can even manipulate your minds into seeing things"

Jimin paused.

Yoongi walked few steps forward and stopped to look back. "What?"

Jimin furrowed his eyebrows with a little tilt of his head,"I thought it was only father. But....you too? How do you know about what separated us? ",...."I know you fought a lot of beasts than us but still.....this hell is a complete different subject"

Yoongi kept staring at him blankly.

For some reason,Jimin felt a chill on his back. Subconsciously,his hand went to his sword hilt.

"JIMIN! RUN!",now this is the real Yoongi's voice,Jimin thought as he looked back to see Yoongi standing behind him. Two brothers with the same face and voice. Jimin didn't have to think twice because he knew where to run for now.

He ran back to the Yoongi who just came and both of them started running away from the other Yoongi who was still standing there without making a move.

"What's going on?!",Jimin asked as he ran along side Yoongi.

Yoongi,"I don't know!! I met someone like you too!! I thought it was you damn it! But I figured out it wasn't really you!"

When the both of them felt like they weren't followed anymore,they stopped. No one was there. Only the two of them.

Jimin panted,"How did you figure out it wasn't me?"

Yoongi also panted,"It –It was awfully smart and calm. You are not that smart"

Jimin didn't know whether to get angry or grateful. "So I am an idiot to you?"

Yoongi scowled,"Of course you are. What....has anyone never told you how stupid you are? I thought Taehyung had done his part as a cocky bastard reminding you every day how stupid you are"

Jimin wanted to beat the crap out of his brother. "Even so,I'm better than Jungkook"

Yoongi,"By the way,you ran back to me as soon as I yelled. Didn't you think I was the doppelganger?"

Jimin sighed,"I also figured out it wasn't you. That thing was also awfully smart so I figured it can't be you"

Yoongi had a blank face at this.

Jimin,"I'm telling the truth!"

Yoongi,"No one said you were lying"

Jimin,"Then don't make that face as if I was just being petty because I was upset"

Yoongi,"You were though"

Jimin,"I wasn't!",...."Alright. Maybe. By the way,how can I be sure you are not another doppelganger?"

Yoongi also had a thoughtful expression. "Tell me something only we know about? Only you and me?"

Jimin scoffed loudly with his hands on his hips,"Are you kidding me? You never tell me something so important like that. If you had a secret like that,you'd be going to either brother Seokjin or brother Namjoon!"

Yoongi nodded,"Alright,that's enough. You are not a doppelganger"

"You only confirmed I wasn't a doppelganger. How am I going to confirm you are not?"

Yoongi,"Do you know why I don't tell you secrets? Because the next day,I'll be hearing the same secret from someone else in the family! You can't keep your mouth shut!"

Jimin,"....."

Yoongi,"Confirmed?"

Jimin,"YES!"
