"Are you sure she is the one?",A middle aged man as he stared at the woman on the ground with her hands tied together. Her hair was all over the place covering her brown eyes. The gown made from silks was messy from all the struggles she put to resist.

"I'm certain! She got brown eyes and was riding the royal carriage! She must be the foreign princess they mentioned!",Another bandit exclaimed excitedly. "I can't believe her own kingdom people would ask us to kidnap and kill her"

"Tsk,doesn't matter. Go and increase the security around this warehouse. We need to wait until those nobles come and confirm her identity",the middle aged man ordered. He looked at the princess and scoffed,"How pitiful. Don't hold grudges your highness,we only work for money. Hah! What are you glaring for? If you have a problem,then you should glare at those who ask us to kidnap you"

The woman said nothing but glared. She couldn't really speak even if she wanted since her mouth was covered from a rag.

Just then another man who looked like an underline,entered the dirty warehouse and whispered something to the middle aged man. A sinister snicker left his mouth as he gazed at the woman. "Time as come your highness. I really regret that I have to kill a beautiful lady like you but money is beautiful than anything",he looked at his underline,"Go and escort the young lord"

The middle aged man was surprised that even after everything,the woman on the ground was not shaken. She looked calm as if she is calculating their every move. The only time she put a little struggle was when she was getting kidnap and that was it. She just sat there like a good little kitten.

Soon enough,the door of the warehouse was opened and a man in a long black hoodie cloak came in. As he approached the woman slowly,he stiffened a little seeing the woman's face. After several seconds,he took another few steps and stopped right infront of her and took off his hood. He was a young man with the same brown eyes and handsome features.

"What the hell! Who is this?!",The man fumed in fury as he pointed at the woman.

The kidnappers were dumbfounded for a second as they looked at the young man with wide eyes.

"She –She is the woman who was in that carriage you mentioned ",The middle aged man tried to explain with a confused and baffled expression. He couldn't understand. The woman fit to every detail he received,so what went wrong? Why is this young man looked so displeased?

"She is not the princess!!! What the fuck!! Couldn't you do a simple task as kidnapping a fragile woman!! Did I pay for this shitty work!!"

Everyone was so focused on the young man's constant yelling that they didn't notice how the woman smirked darkly. She broke the tiredly wrapped ropes around her wrists so easily and removed the rag around her mouth. Changing her position,she leaned back to the wall and brought one knee up into a bossy position.

"My lord! Please forgive us! But we haven't seen the princess since she is a foreigner. We only went with the details you mentioned!"

"Fuck!! She must be already in the capital now!! It will be hard to kidnap her again with Pendragon protection!",The young man held the roots of his hair in utter frustration.

"Ho ho,what makes you think she will not be safe until she reaches the capital?"

Everyone snapped their heads in unison towards the woman who was once tied but now sitting there freely. For a moment,on one could utter a word because of the shock.

"I'm sad that you think so poorly about the protection Pendragons could give. Capital.....is not the only territory they could rule",The woman snickered twirling the ropes in her fingers.

The young man stepped back when he saw how the demeanour of the woman changed. A chill ran down his spine when the woman smiled. "W –Who are you?! Where is Beatrice?!"

"Beatrice? How dare you address the princess by her name?oh wait,maybe you are someone who is allowed to call her name? Mmm,who might this be~",She sang pretending to think.

"Y –You! Identity yourself or I will you this immediately!"

The woman chuckled tilting her head to a side. She sighed still keeping her smile and raised her hands to show no harm and spoke,"Alright,then let me introduce myself",She slowly stood up making the young man pull out his sword in defence. "Oh come on,don't tell me you're putting your guard up against a fragile woman"

"Stop the shit talk and identity yourself damn it!!",The brown eyed man yelled anxiously.

"So impatient. Alright then",she snickered and closed her eyes. She stayed closed eyed for few seconds before opening them in a painful slow motion. Pair of fiery crimson eyes greeted them erupting gasps from everywhere.

The young man's eyes went wide seeing one of the world wide famous crimson eyes owners. The predators among humans,dominant monsters hidden inside  human skins,only one name came to their heads. Pendragon.

"Greetings,your highness, prince Alexios,from the North"

As she finished,a loud crashing sound came from above their heads. Startled,they all backed away instinctively and not a second a passed when someone jumped into the middle after burst opening a hole on the roof. Silver white hair shone under the moonlight with another pair of crimson eyes. The red and black knight uniform and the logo on the chest represented the house Pendragon. In a blink of an eye,his sword tip was slightly gracing over the young man's throat.

"Woah Luca! What a grand entrance!!",The woman whose eyes are now red,clapped proudly irritating the silver white haired male.

"Shit babe,I'll take of you after this. For now,let me fucking kill this bastard prince"

The young man gritted his teeth with a pair of aggressive and ferocious brown eyes,"How dare you?! I'm a royal prince!! You dare kill me?!"

Hazel laughed waving her hand,"Don't take his words for the literal idea. He always tells me he is going to kill me too"

Her carefree nature at this serious situation only added to the prince's fury since he felt humiliated from how they were handling everything so easily. After destroying his all the plans,how dare they play around?!

"What are you all watching!! Kill these two brats!!",Alexios yelled  he tried to back away.

Luca rolled his eyes,"I really hate this. Why the fuck am I here instead of that bastard Nakamura!! He is the one responsible for the royal shits!!!"

A group of bandits entered through the door at the command of the prince and surrounded both Luca and Hazel. Hazel stretched her arms and neck getting ready to fight. "Because you love me so much that you had to rush to save the damsel in distress?"

"Damsel in distress my ass! Oi! Diamond bitch!",he screamed as he looked up.

Hazel also looked up and Ruby's bored face popped out from the hole Luca created. She pulled out Hazel's sword and threw it down to Hazel's awaiting hands. "Please hurry,I need to go to the casino"

And somehow,the fight didn't really take that much time against the fifty or so bandits. At the end,Alexios was tied up in a corner helplessly.

"You will be sent back to your kingdom like this for the crime of trying to murder your own sister",Hazel said with a cold tone. "Can't believe these type of crapy brothers exist"

"You don't fucking understand. Crown is all matters to survive",Alexios said with a defeated tone. He had to come all the way from his kingdom to destroy his sister's mission of signing a peace contract between the two kingdoms. If she succeeded,then the possibility of receiving the crown to her will be higher and he'd be left with nothing.

"Hm,right,I don't understand",she simply said and turned around to see Luca tapping the ground with his foot impatiently. "Oi,let's go and let the other knights handle the rest. We need to greet the princess Beatrice"

Luca groaned rolling his eyes,"So we have to go to the imperial Palace? It's been almost 4 years since we visited the palace. I hate it. The bastard crown prince is going to be there"

Hazel's pov|

It's just as Luca said,we haven't visited the palace for almost 4 years. And during that time,we didn't come across the crown prince either because of the busy schedule. Going back and forth to various parts in the kingdom to kill the wild beasts was exhausting but it was very worthwhile experience.

I sighed as I went out from that filthy place. This was the first mission I received which involved the imperial matters. To protect a princess from another Kingdom was my responsibility since it was a very sensitive matter which needed Pendragon assistance. Few days ago,sir Nakamura contacted me saying he needs assistance and that's how I came here. Sir Nakamura,it's been so long since I last saw him too. It was regretful since he couldn't be a Pendragon knight since he was already under imperial Palace knight order. Since he used to be a war hostage or something,he needed to be kept under the imperial Palace according to the law.

Gosh,this mission is so boring compared to the beast hunting but I enjoyed playing the damsel in distress. I even had to ask Taehyung to change my eye colour for a while. It was fun to see these thugs playing the villain against the fragile woman.

"Oi bitch,do I really need to go with you to the palace? I'm not even your escorting knight now",Luca grumbled as he strode along with me and Ruby. I watched the knights going inside the warehouse to arrest the bandits and the prince Alexios. To think that prince even had sent a marriage proposal to our house to marry me,papa was furious when he saw it. It was all a game of thrones for them.

"You don't need to if you dislike it that much",I replied. Luca isn't my escort anymore. Papa gave him permission to be a front row battle knight since I really didn't a knight. After all,I'm a knight too. But the thing is,Luca had gotten too used to be with me and Ruby. He doesn't like other people and never made friends. He is a loud introvert with a big ass mouth who doesn't like socialising.

But our Luca had grown so much that people couldn't stop approaching him. Specially girls. Can't blame though. A sharp jaw line,broad shoulders,crimson eyes,and the perfect body. If he didn't boast about his nine inches dick when he was drunk,I wouldn't even know it.

"You don't like it too. That Eva bitch is there",Luca rolled his eyes as he got got ontop of his horse. I also got ontop of a horse Ruby had brought and she sat behind me holding my shoulders.

The night is peaceful so far. No sign of a rain. But the wind was picking up slowly. "Hm,she is under the imperial knight order so obviously she has to be there",...."Well,it's inevitable. I have to be there since I'll be one of the escorting knights of princess Beatrice until she goes back to her kingdom safely"

"My lady,you need to be careful. The anti Pendragon association has influenced the palace too. It will be best to stay guard up",Ruby said. She must be worried since I won't be able to take her with me. Only permitted people are allowed to enter princess Beatrice's palace as security measures.

Luca had a grimacing look with the mention of the association. Of course he would. Those bastards had tried to so hard to pull stunts during the last 4 years,even going as far as trying to kidnap me. It only ended up in a bloody bath. Fools,do they think it is that easy to kidnap me? They all ended up dead by my hands anyway.

"Don't worry Ruby. I'll be fine. Jungkook is at the palace too. No one will be stupid enough to attack me"

After all,my Jungkookie is the commander of the imperial knight order. He's been busy so much that I could hardly see him. I hope I'll be able to see him tomorrow.
